This boutique hotel has the most amazing staff. They’re extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your time spent there is perfect. Rafa at the front desk was my go to person for directions, transportation, and dining recommendations. He and entire staff were wonderful!

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel in Rome. hHonestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and well thought out. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and just has that perfect mix of comfort and style that makes you feel at home but also like you’re on a luxury getaway.

One of my favorite parts was the complimentary breakfast and happy hour such a nice touch and definitely something we looked forward to every day. It made the whole experience feel even more special.

The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was kind and attentive, but a special shoutout to Raffa, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That level of hospitality really sticks with you.

The location is also perfect super close to major attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.

I genuinely loved everything about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Rome. I’d definitely stay here again!

The Dharma was exactly what we hoped it would be. Incredibly helpful staff who made sure we enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast buffet was great and the breakfast staff were very attentive. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well provisioned. An added benefit was the happy hour on the terrace that included snacks and wine. The location was perfect, on a quiet street with several restaurants nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the coliseum. I look forward to going back there sometime.

Our 5 night stay at the Dharma Boutique hotel for our honeymoon was excellent and we would highly recommend anyone stay here.

At every opportunity the staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Raffa in particular was so friendly and helpful every day, remembering my nut allergy at breakfast. Every member of the team was excellent in providing local advice and recommendations of how to travel, places to go, where is good to eat etc. The hotel have a 24hr wattsapp service where you can contact them at any time whether whilst in the hotel or out and about for help.

The breakfast was a lovely range of fresh fruit, pastries, continental, cooked breakfast, sweet treats and fruit juices. A fantastic range of options for every preference and the kitchen team would make extra eggs on request, everything was delicious. The happy hour on the roof terrace from 6pm-8pm was lovely with free wine, sparkling wine and snacks with very attentive waiting staff. *note the access is up a narrow spiral staircase.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable, fresh linen and towells daily, bed was extremely comfortable and i usually have back pain from beds when abroad. Room amenities were excellent, coffee making and fridge provided however we didnt have any tea making facilities. We didnt bother to ask but if we had I am certain they would have accommodated us.

We found our Euro plugs were not compatible so take Italian adaptors with you. We bought one from the shop nearb

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were beautiful, of course.
But what made it the best Hotel was the staff. They were helpful far beyond expectation.
They always greeted you with a warm welcome and a smile.
The suggestion for restaurants was spot on, and we were walked down the road to a restaurant by the staff to make sure we got there OK.
The free breakfast was over the top and prepared by one of the nicest ladies with the warmest smile you’ve ever meet.
Top it off with the rooftop happy hour from 6 to 8 with free drinks and snacks.
We will definitely go back.

Amazing!! Loved the hotel and staff. From the moment you entered the team couldn’t do enough to make your stay the best experience. From breakfast in the morning to the roof top happy hour everything was perfect. The hotel is tucked away so it’s so quiet at night but the streets are lively during the day. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the front door too. Ask the hotel desk for recommendations! They will assist with cabs if you need them.

What a wonderful stay we had at the Dharma Boutique Hotel in Rome. Raffa greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were taken care of for our entire stay. The Hotel is charming, and the room (Jr. Suite) was terrific. The location is incredible with quick access to the major sites of Rome. The hotel staff is knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure our trip was a delight. Without doubt, when we return to Rome, we will return to the Dharma.

Romantic, Quiet and Peaceful Visit to Rome!

This was our first trip to Rome and I am so happy we found the Dharma Boutique Hotel! I had to last minute arrange an airport pickup for myself and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I did not have any complaints or issues. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops, and within walking distance to some of the larger attractions. My overall experience was amazing and that was because of the staff. They were very accommodating and offered to help or even just an espresso or water when we walked in the lobby. We wished we stayed at The Dharma our entire week of vacation so hopefully next time!

Amazing Boutique Hotel

The staff was amazing, and they offer booking for the top sites like Colosseum and Vatican Museums. Great free breakfast, the rooms were clean and spacious, especially for Italy. Would highly recommend if in Rome and won’t to be central location walking distance to all sites.

This property was exactly what I was looking for in Rome! Great location, smaller hotel with personalized service, and helpful staff. Breakfast was included which was a full buffet breakfast with all the trimmings. All of the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. Great modern hotel in the centre of Rome. 1 minute walk to a metro stop that goes straight to Roma Termini station. 10 minute walk to the colosseum. Room amenities were great though lacking full length mirror. Slightly marked down because in my room the water/drakn pipes were very loud whenever they were used

Hidden gem

This is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel’s unassuming entrance is setback from the one way street. Some cabs had a hard time taking us to front door. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating-ie, coffee brewed at all hours, brought to your room. We needed ice in a bag for ankle swelling-no problem. Reservations and recommendations for restaurants-done. They sent a car service to pick us up at airport (65E), booked us a great Coliseum tour that picked us up at hotel (95E), & arranged our drive to the port in a luxury car (165E). The selection in the complimentary breakfast is extensive. And they will make eggs to order. The double room seemed a bit small though well appointed. There is a roof top area with complimentary happy hour, out door patio and even a spa and a small gym. Nice place!

Wonderful hotel with the best service!

Wonderful boutique hotel with the best service - every single member of staff is so welcoming and they genuinely want to ensure you have a great stay. The reception team in particular was incredibly helpful when I needed advice and recommendations. The happy hour on the rooftop is a lovely touch, even in the cooler months and the buffet style breakfast was ideal for getting the day off to a good start.
Location: Set on a lovely street with lots of great places to eat or grab a drink right on the door step. Termini train stn is about 10-15 mins walk for getting to/from the airport, and pretty much all of the main sites are within walking distance, making this a really convenient spot to base yourself. I also felt safe, which was a key reason for choosing here.
Room: The single room was very compact but the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It has a coffee machine and they also provide a kettle if you ask.
I spent a long time researching where to stay in Rome, and I am so glad I chose this hotel! Highly recommend!

My husband and I found this hotel recommendation on Reddit and are so glad we did! The hotel staff was the friendliest encounter we had the whole trip, the morning breakfast and cappuccinos we will never forget, and how walkable this hotel was to everything! Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else, in fact after a 3 night stay before heading to another city we booked one last night in Rome at this hotel before heading back home.

Don’t miss the daily happy hour! It was included in our stay and on the rooftop, a lovely sunset experience before going to dinner. We made sure to get there everyday to kick off our evening. This hotel is in the perfect location tucked away in a side street away from the hustle and bustle and is close to the Colosseum. The hotel room was high quality, spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast selection.

From the moment we booked the staff were exceptional. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful.

They helped with our private transfer bookings from and to the airport and for a trip whilst we were there as well as ensuring a gluten free breakfast was available.

The hotel is on What’s App which is very helpful for when you are out and about and have any queries.

We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We had a great time at Dharma. The room was very nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Some things that stand out to me were the lovely breakfast and the complimentary happy hour on the roof deck which we enjoyed. Very well situated - felt like we were in a neighborhood yet the walk to the Colosseum was only 10-15 minutes. I might recommend requesting on a higher floor if possible. We were on the first floor of guest rooms and right outside our window was a busy restaurant - not avoidable and certainly didn't impact our appreciation for the hotel.

My Husband and I recently booked 3 nights at Dharma Boutique Hotel and everything was great. The room and bed was very comfortable. The decor was lovely and the room had everything we needed. The included breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. The location was convenient with many restaurants and shops close by.
The staff was friendly and very attentive.
When my husband became ill the concierge was able to get a doctor to come to the hotel to treat him in our room. When we needed to extend our stay due to his illness they put us in a Junior Suite for another night for the same price as our last room. I cannot say enough good things about how well the staff took care of our every need. They went above and beyond.

The staff were amazing here - always greeting you and eager to help! I loved having the WhatsApp option to ask a quick question if needed. Breakfast had lots of options and they have a happy hour, too. With only 13 rooms, it was a nice intimate setting. The rooms were nice, too - maybe could have had a little more table space but not a huge deal. The hotel is very conveniently located with close access to restaurants and main attractions. I would totally stay here again!

Out concierge remembered us from the previous year and left a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room to thank us. The hotel is small but very modern and clean. We were happy to see they frontally brought Happy Hour to the rooftop. The breakfast is in a small area but it’s full of pastries and breads, fruits, juices and bubbly. The location is walkable within about a kilometer to the colosseum and also Spanish Steps where all the shopping is. We will continue to stay here when in Rome!

The room and the bathroom were very well appointed. The water pressure in the shower was more than adequate. The tv actually swung around so you could watch it from the sitting area or the bed. The staff were extremely attentive and contacted me several times before the say to ensure that i was not having difficulty reaching the hotel.

I wish I could give the staff a 10, I was so impressed with every one of them. They took care of all our needs with a smile. I felt like they really cared that we were comfortable and enjoyed our day. They arranged our car service, taxi service and marked up a map more than once for us when we needed help deciding what to do that day. We easily walked to the colosseum in less than 10 minutes. The dining options right on the street were wonderful and it was more quiet than the other side of Rome, we didn't have to wait to eat or get pushed around by a large crowd. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle all around you this would not be the hotel for you. Happy hour every night was wonderful and the selection each morning for breakfast was more than ample, all of us found more than enough to eat or drink. The rooms were a nice size and very clean with amenities you would expect to find in an expensive hotel. I hope I can go back soon, if so I will be booking here again.
