I liked the location, its by the sea with nice views; walking distance to the new shopping center by the sea and the center.
Staff were nice, didnt speak english so not much communication.
I hated aome terrible smell that came in one day frim the outside, bot sure what it waa but it was jmpssible to stay in the room
The door handle in the bathroom was broken, so i couldnt close the door. The shower needs to be replaced.

The breakfast is fabulous lots to choose from . Hotel presented beautifully. Accomodating staff . Rooms spacious and clean . A little old but good value for money and in a great spot . Good for parking .

Nice reception / lobby area but rooms are not the same. Standard of rooms are very poor and in need of modernisation. Also, no telephone, no tea / coffee or safe box in rooms - restaurant doesn't open until 8am so for early risers that need an early coffee fix this isn't the hotel for you.
I was checked into a room with a broken balcony door that would not lock. I had to raise my concern 3 times before they offered me another room.
The lifts in the hotel was also broken so I had to walk up / down 3 flights of stairs and the bell boy had to carry my suit case up these stairs!
The breakfast was ok - very basic. Restaurant attendant was rude and arrogant to me and other elderly guests.

Booker two rooms which comfortably accommodated our family of six. Stunning views of the sea. The bed was comfy and the shower nice and hot.
Standard kahvaltı options were available and delicious.
The hotel was fairly close to the old town which was lovely to walk around. There weren't any nice beaches nearby however.
The slight issue is that we have to cross the busy main road from parking to the hotel which can be abit daunting with three small kids.

This hotel is in a beautiful quiet location about a ten minute walk from the center of town. However, none of its staff wore masks (as required by law) nor was the receptionist interested in my track and trace number (HES - required by Turkish law). The only pandemic precaution was a large plexiglass wall protecting food at the breakfast buffet. The food was served by staff - not masked or gloved - who offered the smallest portions I have ever seen in a Turkish hotel (2 cherry tomatoes, two slices of cucumber etc), and the plates on the top of the three stacks of plates at the start of the buffet had food particles baked on from dishwashing, which the server kindly offered to wipe off. I had serious hygiene concerns about this hotel and shared them with the receptionist, who shrugged them off

Bathroom was dirty, old and not enough light to see yourself in the mirror. I booked a standard room which led to a room with no view at all on the highest floor. Very loud floors where other guests are closing their doors in the middle of the night to wake you up several times. Breakfast took forever because of one lady trying to serve all guests, short on staff.

Çok kötüydü..Odalar mefruşatı eski.. Verdikleri ilk odada jeneratör yanında,gürültüden rahatsız olup odayı değiştirdik..Bu sefer yeni odada klima çalışmıyordu . Bütün gece soğukta yattık..
Bundan sonra bu otel ve Ayvalık hotellerinde kalmayı düşünüyoruz..
Bugün Kuşadasına geldik aradaki farkı gördük.. Ayvalık oteli için bana bundan sonraki rezervasyonlarım için bir ödül vermenizi bekliyorum. Kötü ve soğuk bir gece alacağım var sizden !!

konumu güzeldi araç için otoparkı mevcuttu biz aracımızı otoparkta bırakıp otelin önünden geçen dolmuşları kullandık bizim için büyük kolaylık oldu. Kaldığımız odanın balkonunun tam önünde tüm balkonu ve pencereyi kapatacak büyüklükte kocaman kaya parçası vardı ve kaya parçasının balkonla mesafesi yarım metreden bile azdı onun haricinde kaldığımız odada iki tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler çift kişilik yatak gibi hazırlamışlardı yatağın ortası bu nedenle yatarken hiç rahat olmadı oda ve banyo genel olarak temizdi mini buzdolabı ve klima mevcuttu fakat televizyonu çalışmıyordu kapılar mobilyalar ve duş oldukça eskiydi kahvaltı mini bir açık büfe şeklindeydi ve deniz manzarası eşliğinde kahvaltı yapma imkanı sunuyordu. son olarak oteldeki asansör çok eski ve çok küçüktü iki kişi zor sığdık.

Otel gayet düzgün, otopark problemi yok Ayvalık'ın genelinin aksine. Oda temizdi ancak tuvalet kokusu biraz rahatsız edici belki kuvvetli bir havalandırma veya tuvalet kokusu olabilir. Odada ses problemi yoktu gayet sessiz bir gece gecirdik. Son olarak da açık büfe kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve güzel.

Bu otel konaklama sitesine yanlis fotograflar vererek icersinde 1 tane cift kisilik, 2 tane buyuk tek kisilik yatak fotoraflariyla odayi tarafimiza satmis. Odaya gittigimizde 1 yatagin hastanelerde rastladimiz acilir kapanir tek kisilik koltuk oldugunu gorduk. Durum son derece can sıkıcı oldugundan magduruyetin giderilmesini istedik ama resepsiyondaki gorevli ve daha sonra otel muduru ysrdimci olamayacaklarini soyledi. Oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Otel yonetiminin musteriye davranislari son derece kaba ve hizmet beklenenin cok altinda kalitesiz.

Pet olduğu için başka depo bozması bi odada ağırlıyolar. Pencere duvara bakıyordu. tuvaletten gelen gider kokusu bütün odayı zaten sarmış bi şekildeydi. Giderlere iki kere ilaç döktüler bi işe yaramadı. 40 derece sıcakta cam açık uyumak zorunda kaldık. Check outa 1 saat kala yeni oda teklif ettiler.
