Do not book here online!!
Scan artist. I showed up on the day I was supposed to check in and was informed that there are no available rooms. I explained that I had already paid weeks in advance and as no one spoke anything other than Italian tried to explain over Google Translate. I was then shown a hand drawn sheet and I was told they didnt have ny reservation and all rooms were booked. I got no notice from the owner what so ever, all he had to say was that I should contact Expedia (Hotels.com) I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere in a small mountain city and everything was closed for soesta. Would NOT recommend to book anything online here as they dont know how to navigate the booking systems properly, xlearly. Istill havent gotten my money refunded. Completely unacceptable.
