Due to weather, my son and I had to push back our travel plans. We came down to celebrate his graduation. We booked so many things, like scuba diving, surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, amdcar and bike rentals..EVERYONE else was so understanding and accommodating EXCEPT this hotel. If there's an issue, you can not even call and talk to a supervisor/manager..its all through email and even at that, you have to call the hotel and tell them you emailed..again..and again. We just wanted to push our room out a week and still stay there. They denied us that AND a refund. And even though it states \"full refund for cancelations\" on the site, its ONLY ON SELECT ROOMS. By select rooms, they mean all of them. The WORST customer service. Do NOT book with them. Save yourself. Any place would be better than this place.

I don’t have a lot to complain about here. I called about an early check-in an half hour before arrival and the girl on the phone was odd-she wanted me to call her when I got there to check on the availability for early check-in. Not sure why I would call while I was there but a gentleman at the desk was very helpful when I got there. The room was clean. The “fitness room” is literally just a cardio room. There are 2 pieces of cardio equipment—nothing more. If you don’t mind that, I think you’ll like it. There was lots of parking available too. I stayed during Memorial Day weekend and I never had to fight for a spot. It’s also conveniently located close enough for a quick drive to the HarborWalk or to James Lee Park (public beach access with free parking) or to Henderson Beach State Park.

The staff cleaned the room again and the smell was gone. Our stay was supposed to be from Thursday to check out on Monday. Saturday morning woke up to go to breakfast and noticed fleas on my legs. The night before I noticed that my feet and ankles were itchy but I didn't think much about it. I got a cup of water and put the fleas in it to show the front desk. We checked out 2 days early. I was refunded the test of my stay with no issue.

The hotel was small but very clean and comfortable, loved the fact that it has two pools and the indoor one being heated. Honestly would book again! A lot of places don’t let guests younger than 21+ stay because a lot can be very problematic and violate policies, but I’m glad this hotel has a minimum age requirement of 19 to check in. Only downside is you’d have to be up really early to be able to get breakfast.
