excellent glamping experience, the view is spectacular. you can see the whole snow-capped Caucasian mountain range right in front of your room, Room is comfortable. bathroom is excellent. Staff service is wonderful. you can enjoy fantastic view when you have your breakfast. It is a bit far from city center but with your own transportation, it is not a problem. excellent stay and highly recommended

We just stayed for one night for our marriage anniversary and indeed It was unique experience as we have never stayed in this kind of property. Breakfast was delicious, scenic was stunning and staff super friendly.
Main reason I put 2 star for property condition and facilities is because hot tub did not work at all, even though we paid extra to have room with hot tub. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it for that night
I hope Expedia would refund the difference we paid for extra which we couldn’t not enjoy

C’est une honte absolu que cet endroit ne soit pas déjà fermé. Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, problématique quand l’on travaille dans le tourisme et qu’on a une gamme de prix qui vise clairement un public international. Ce même personnel qui essaie de nous arnaquer, en prétendant que le jacuzzi n’est pas prévu dans le prix et demande un supplément de 100/gel par jour ce qui est tout bonnement du vol. Il est impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude à la douche (donc j’ose à peine imaginer le jacuzzi) la chambre à une odeur infecte de mélange de plastique et de produit chimique. Enfin les rideaux occultant pour la baie vitrée sont bien là mais assez inutile quand l’on voit qu’il est impossible d’occulter les fenêtres latérales.

Je ne peux que vous conseiller de fuir cet hébergement.

- panoramic view
- a bit away from the crowd
- large tents
- good airconditionig

Negative things:
- staff does not speak English
- very basic breakfast
- plastic smell within the tents
