We stayed at this hotel in mid-December and, despite a pleasant arrival, the experience quickly went downhill.

Several nights into our stay, we were awakened early in the morning by extremely loud drilling. When I complained to the front desk, I received no apology and was simply told that the hotel shares the building with private residences and had no control over the construction. We were promised it would not happen again. That promise was false.

The drilling continued the next morning and went on all day. Only after multiple complaints did management move us to another room away from the residential area, and only then did we receive an apology.

At over $800 per night, this level of disruption is unacceptable. A five-star hotel should guarantee peace, quiet, and basic comfort. Instead, we were woken up early, unable to stay in our room during the day, and left to deal with a problem the hotel clearly cannot manage.

After repeated complaints, the hotel offered to comp a buffet dinner, which was an inadequate response to multiple days of lost sleep.

Yes, the property is attractive and the location is convenient. None of that matters if you cannot sleep or relax in your room. The hotel’s shared-building arrangement with private residences is a serious issue, and guests are the ones paying the price.

If you stay here, do not choose a fountain or city view. Insist on a room far away from the residential units. Most importantly, do not expect issues to be resolved fairly

Dining at Armani Mediterranean and the Burj Club added to the experience—flavors, ambience, and the overall vibe were simply unforgettable.

All amenities, including the spa, are fit for a 5-star hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs. This hotel was all that we expected. My big plus is the accessibility to fine dining within Burj Khalifa, especially the Atmosphere on the 122nd floor, and easy and direct access to the Dubai Mall. The view from our room on the 38th floor was fantastic!

The Armani Hotel is of course a luxurious place to stay and every beautiful detail will leave you amazed. But what stands out the most is the incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. I have never felt so cared for in a hotel as I did here. The Armani has the absolute best of the best when it comes to staff. Each person I walked past was so friendly and polite. From check in, they let us sit down while they handled the rest and provided us drinks while we relaxed. The wait staff at the restaurants I enjoyed onsite were just beyond wonderful and sweet. They gave me a rose and a personalized birthday greeting on a cappuccino which was so unexpected and thoughtful. And everyone I encountered always checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. There is no place like this one. To me, this should be considered a 10 star hotel. The Armani is hands down the best!

I need to start this review by expressing my **utmost** gratitude and respect to all the hotel staff members who work tirelessly day and night to ensure this property runs seamlessly—from the valet to the housekeepers. However, I must give special recognition to **Natasha from the Lifestyle Department** for her exceptional efforts in making my stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. Natasha’s attention to detail and dedication truly stood out—thank you endlessly, Natasha!

I’d also like to acknowledge Monica, Danyal, Anita, and Gloria for their outstanding housekeeping service. From the moment you step into the property, you’re warmly welcomed and treated as the **highest priority**, making you feel like royalty at the Armani Hotel.

The only con I’d note is the **layout** of rooms with fountain views. While the view is stunning, the lack of a balcony and furniture facing inward (rather than toward the fountain) means you can only fully admire it by standing near the window.

**All in all**, my experience was wonderful, thanks to the impeccable service and luxurious ambiance. Highly recommended!!!!

Overall property was meticulous. Surprisingly, the room (suite 505) while clean and looked after appeared to contain millwork and finishes that were extremely dated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of replacement. I am referring particularly to the closets, shelves, and built in furnishings. The room needed an upgrade!

Check in was long wait with cranky front desk staff complaining about number of people for checkin . Not welcoming not at all good experience , room was not good with flood lights outside my bedroom which went on a few times between 1am and 2 am . The phone in the powder room kept ringing throughout the night and the next day even after Maintainence. No preference given for regular guests, not happy with their hospitality .

Armani Hotel Dubái exceeded all expectations. We were really treated “like kings” either by Gerald (door person) or Mr. Torres at front desk. Mr. Torres was a high professional taking care of us all the time, and pending on all we needed. He also showed the room personally to us, explaining everything needed.
Honestly we have not receive this kind of excellent attention ever.
All hotel conditions were and are over expectations.
I truly recommend Armani Hotel Dubai to all! It is worthy the money you may spend. Thanks again to Mr. Torres and to Gerald for the attention.

“A Place of Absolute Disappointment – Avoid at All Costs”

If there were ever a perfect example of style over substance, this hotel takes the crown. Beneath the glittering facade lies an operation so incompetently run, it borders on insulting. The glaring negligence here cannot be overstated—it’s almost as if the management has gone out of its way to alienate its guests, especially those from the Gulf region.

Let’s talk about the most absurd oversight first: the bathrooms. In a suite overlooking the Dubai Mall fountains, one of the most iconic views in the world, how is it that only one of the two bathrooms is equipped with a bidet or hose? The master bedroom’s bathroom doesn’t even meet the most basic expectations of Gulf travelers, who make up a significant portion of the region’s luxury clientele. Ignoring this is not just tone-deaf; it’s outright disrespectful to your core market. The arrogance or ignorance behind such a decision is staggering.

And if that wasn’t enough, let’s move on to the disaster that is the air conditioning. The temperature system is so poorly designed that the room becomes an uninhabitable freezer. After just one night, I fell sick and had to turn the AC completely off—yes, completely off—in Dubai’s heat. This isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s a colossal failure that makes the entire experience miserable. How can a property boasting such pretentious luxury fail at something as basic as climate control?
