Gentleman at check in very professional and polite, staff all round very helpful and considerate. Breakfast - waiter service, good selection and filling. Decent sized outdoor pool, great location and parking available. Room could've been just slightly bigger but it is in proportion of the building as a whole.Hotel environs very clean so all in all good stay albeit for just one night.

The air conditioning was not working very well and therefore we had to open the window. But so many mosquitoes! Also a little disappointing that breakfast is only available after 9am.

The rooms are newly renovated, pretty and clean. There is a country chic look with a nice distressed furniture look that gives the room nice lines. The staff although knowing limited English were helpful. The bathrooms are glass enclosed so anyone in the room can see fully into the bathroom which for me wasn’t an issue because I was traveling alone but if you are traveling with anyone other than a life partner it would be odd not to have toilet privacy. Although even with a romantic partner an open visible toilet is odd. I had the a/c on the whole night on full but it never got very cold. Summer heat could be bad. When I arrived there was no tea kettle and this was quickly remedied. Although I questioned whether the room was not a full view room and was told partial views were on the lower level, the room did have part of the view cut by the building next door. Also when I arrived I wanted to take a nap but there was a lot of hammer banging. In the evening the power went off for about 10-15 minutes. In the morning the water temp kept changing. The hotel does have its own parking. You are up on a hill and not in an area where things are easily accessible without a car. However it is near walking distance to windmills. Wouldn’t take the car as right after the hotel the roads become terrible with uneven rocks. Their bteakfast was great. Fresh egg dish offered along with a traditional Turkish breakfast with fresh pishi and a variety of breakfast items.

This hotel is beautiful. I though it was a bit pricey but it was worth it. The pure white setting is extremely refreshing. We booked duplex the room and it provided sufficient privacy. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit tight and the cobblestone road around the hotel has bunch of pot holes that can destroy your car so be careful when driving through. The surrounding area has many food options. Cunda island by itself is a cool place to hang out.

Rooms are nice and bed is comfortable. They need to find better pillows, because pillows were very cheap quality. Floor was dusty and housekeeping was not working daily unless you request it -which is not convenient- Service is good, staff had a positive attitude. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Breakfast is quite alright. Location is good, but If you are not familiar with the area, you shouldnt trust Google
maps,otherwise you may find yourself in a middle of a olive farm. I’d expect a more professionalism for this price.

Cunda Pur Beyaz was a fantastic surprise for us. We enjoyed our time there immensely.

STAFF: The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly yet professional, not hesitating to go beyond what is necessary to ensure you are satisfied. Example: Last morning we needed to check out at 7:30 to make it to our ferry. We stopped by the front desk the previous evening to ask if we should check out that night or in the morning. They immediately said: \"oh no, you will miss your breakfast (which starts at 8:30), we'll take a note so that the night guard prepare you breakfast before you leave.\"

ROOM: Rooms are small, but very efficient. They have a Scandinavian feel; simple lines yet modern with lots of storage for a room that size. We loved the transparent bathroom walls; makes the room feel larger. Some people may have privacy concerns (not us), there are curtains you can pull for increased privacy,

FACILITIES: Small reception area, but there are local goods being sold; local olive oil, olive soap, wood products handmade from olive trees. There are two outside decks with beautiful sea views. The pool was small but functional and was welcome after a hot day of walking around in town.

LOCATION: On the top side of town. Great if you want to avoid the noise and enjoy the view, but a bit of climbing after a late night.

COMMUNICATION: One area to improve: rooms are only cleaned if you request. This is fine, but we were not told until we asked about it. Also minibar prices not listed.

Bu uygulama üzerinden yapmış olduğumuz rezervasyon üzerine otele gittik, ekonomik oda olarak seçim yaptık,fotoğraflarda gözüken odanın manzarası bizi yanılttı, bize verilen odanın manzarası arkadaki değirmeni görürken, fotoğraflarda yalnızca adaları gören odaların fotoğrafı mevcut.
Ekonomik oda tercih edecek olan kişilerin bunu dikkate almasını öneririm. Oda dışındaki yerler gayet temizdi ama oda yeterince temizlenmemişti odanıza girmeden önce temizlenmesini isteyebilirsiniz.

Odalarda klima yerine konmuş cihaz asla odayı soğutmuyor ve çok gürültülü. Sıcaktan balkon kapısını açmak zorunda kaldık bu sefer de perdeler kapıyı tam kapatmadığından sivrisineklerle uğraştık. Dolap yerine konmuş soğutucunun içi oda sıcaklığındaydı.

Duş kabininden dışarı su sızıyordu, ilk gün bunu söylediğimizde sağolsunlar temizlediler fakat su sızdırmaya devam etti.

Kaldığımız süre boyunca oda temizlenmedi, havlularımız değişmedi.

Duş ve tuvalet odadan sadece cam duvar, cam kapı(kapısının yanında boşluk olan) ve perdeyle ayrılmış fakat banyoda aynanın yanındaki camları kapatacak hiçbir şey yoktu. Bir kişi banyoyu kullanılırken diğer kişi odadan çıkmak istese aynanın yanındaki camlar direkt odanın dış kapısına baktığından banyonun içi dışarıdan görünür hale geliyor(oda kapısının hemen yanından çekilen bir fotoğrafı ekliyorum.) Mahremiyete gösterilen özen sıfır.

Oteli özellikle havuzu olduğu için tercih etmiştik fakat gittiğimiz ilk gün tüm şezlonglar dolu olduğundan havuzu da kullanamadık.

İlk defa bir otelde kahvaltıda boş masa olmadığı için beklemek zorunda kaldık :) kahvaltıdaki ürünler de çeşitliliği az ve lezzetli değildi(Cunda gibi bir yerde özellikle ev yapımı reçel beklerken market reçelinin gelmesi).

Olumlu tek yanı otopark sıkıntısı çekmememiz ve manzarasıydı.

Cunda Piano Otelde 3 gece konakladık. Konumu merkeze yürüyerek 10 dakika. Yol biraz yokuş ama yorucu değil, rahatlıkla çıkabilir. Genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Odamızı deniz gören balkonlu odadan aldık. Fakat otelin en kenardaki, diğer balkonlu odalara nazaran en az manzara gören köşe odası verilmişti. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz odalardan farklıydı. Temizliğin de çok iyi olduğunu söyleyemem. Oda temizliği istediğimizde banyodaki çöp değiştirilmişti ama odadaki çöpler atılmamıştı. Havlular değişmiş ama çarşaf ve yastık kılıfı değiştirilmemişti. Ayrıca kahvaltıdaki tüm ürünler taze ve lezzetli olsa da porsiyonlar biraz küçüktü. Ürün çeşitliliği de azdı. Uzun süre konaklayacaklar için her gün aynı şeyleri yemek keyifsiz olabilir. En kötüsü de odalarda dedektör olmasına rağmen bazı misafirler tuvalette/odada sigara içiyor olacak ki, sabahları odaya sinen kötü kokuyla uyandık. Havuzu kullanmadık ancak temiz görünüyordu. Her akşam kullanım sonrası da temizlendiğini gördüm.

Manzarası, odaları, ortak alanları çok güzel bir otel. Fakat odalarda klima yok. Havalandırma benzeri bir cihaz var ve asla soğutmuyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü fakat odanın temizlenmesi, havalandırmanın kontrolü gibi şeyler rica edilmesine rağmen yapılmadı. Kahvaltı ortalama ve her gün aynıydı.

Biz giriş katında kaldık, giriş katı olduğu için gece gelip geçenlerin seslerinden zor uyuduk.
Odada gardırop yok, kıyafetleri çekmeceye koymak zorunda kaldık.
Banyo ve tuvalet cam bir kapı ve üzerinde perde ile ayrılıyor konfor açısından kötü odanın içinden banyo ve tuvalet görünüyor.

Biz 3 kişi 2 gece konakladık. Odamızın tasarımı çok güzeldi.Manzaramız zaten büyüleyici… Hiçbir yere gitmeden sadece balkonda manzara izleyerek bile 3 gün geçirebilirdik. Konum olarak her yere çok yakın bi o kadar da sessiz ve sakindi. Kahvaltısı yeterli, havuzu temizdi.Tabi bir de otel çalışanları için ayrı bir parantez açmak lazım. Fazlasıyla ilgili, aşırı yardımsever ve güler yüzlü bir ekiple çalışıyolar. Son gün bize yaptıkları jest için de tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz. Özetle; yine Cunda’ya gelsem başka otel bakmam gözüm kapalı tercih ederim.

Her şey çok güzel ve temizdi, özellikle resepsiyondaki Ahmet bey her şey için çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltıları küçük ama kişiseldi. Standart oda kapsamında tercih ettiğim otelin -1 de olduğunu bilmiyordum keşke belirtebilirlerdi yada otelin uygunluk durumuna göre değiştirebilirlerdi manzara odası koyup standart oda verilmesi çok hoş değildi ve bunu bu şekilde söylemelerindende hoşnut olmadım zaten otelin konumu sapa bir yerde açıkçası ve 1 gece konaklamak için onun gibi birsürü otel var kış sezonunda tercih ettiğim bir yer cunda kahvaltısı standart serpme kahvaltı çok ilginçtir ki ayvalıkta menülerinde yeşil zeytin yoktu 😅

Düş kırıklığı

Yıldızları personele verdim. Aksi taktirde değerlendirme yapmam dahi doğru olmazdı. Bu kadar nezih bir beldede ve iyi konumda olan bir otelde hidrofor ve jeneratör yok. Belediye çalışması nedeni ile su ve elektrik gitti ancak otel o kadar hazırlıksızdı ki ; o esnada tuvaleti ve banyoları kullanamadık. Dışardaki bir mekana gitmek zorunda kaldık. Maalesef beyaz otel siyaha büründü. Odada dikey bir elbise dolabı yoktu. İlk kez yatay yer dolabı gördüm. Odada eski usul toz içinde ve etkisiz bir klima vardı. Sıcaktan kapıları açtık ve tabii sivrisinek istilası oldu. Personele teşekkür ederim. Sanırım tek gelmelik planlanmış.
