Breathtaking Views, Warm Hospitality, and Very Convenient Location

I stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved every moment. The view is breathtaking, and the room was clean with fresh, clean sheets that smelled wonderful. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

What truly made this place special was the hospitality. The owner, Jane, and her assistant were incredibly kind and made me feel like I was among friends and family. I didn’t have a car during my stay, but I didn’t need one — the location is very convenient, just a 7-minute walk to a beautiful beach, great cafés, restaurants, and delicious street food. It’s also a 35-minute walk to the Saturday night market.

Jane and her assistant even volunteered to take me into town to the supermarket twice, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. The maintenance man was also fantastic — always available and ready to help with anything 24/7. He even carried heavy water bottles to my room for me.

This is the kind of place where you feel cared for, relaxed, and at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and convenience.

it is an apartment which is not the one like in google show resort. resort is another side, this one apartment is for sure lower class. and the unit is old, and room is not very clear. towel has stained but is washed clean but still stain permanently.

Very budget stay, not suitable for a good sleep

Pros - near to swimming-friendly beach, water pressure in toilet awesome, aircond works perfectly, parking space decent

Cons - first impression with the management system already OUT. They let us checked in into a not-yet-cleaned apartment. Imagine coming into an apartment with rubbish full in the dustbin, bedsheets all over the bed etc. The cleaners came after that and they clean \"ala kadar\" using broom only (not a vacuum and mop?!) There is a large cockroach in our toilet. Beds and pillows condition are terrible. Toilet drainage is poor. No BIDET at toilet. Must use \"cebok\".

I reach hotel late night due to some prob, but once reach into the room, no towel at all. The building is separated with the front dest/receptionist. Need to drive car just to take towel, and all the front desk workers some of them not too welcome us as a guest. Always grumble once we ask anything or help... Pls upgrade ur service

After booking via Hotels.com, called the reception and they mentioned earliest we can check in is 2.30pm. Fine. We arrived despite the heavy jam and parking at the hotel/apartment area was scarce. The security guard informed we can parked by the roadside but he did not tell us we might get a summon from MPPD (please be aware on this). The apartment unit was so-so only. Some bed sheets had stains on it, pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms were ok. There was some problem with the extension plug, we called the technician and he came and took it for repairs but never returned causing us to have no access to Astro. Quite disappointing. A plus point would only be the view of the ocean/sunsets it offers.

One thing the plus point for the Paradise Lagoon Apartment , it is are always magnificent because of the sea view. I have been coming here often as the price is very reasonable, the only thing the management could at least improvised the amenities as some of the items are old and rusty, for example the kitchen utensils (the electric kettle filamen etc). The management should also refurbish the whole block of the apartments by giving them an overall some paint work onto the building it is already old looking. Another thing is 2 nights (during Hari Raya, 7 & 8 June 2019) during my stay at night time at about 9pm there is no water supply coming in monthly till 10 pm plus. If the Management plan to have the water works done, it shoulld be done when there are no occupants around.

The beach is very clean, saluteto the management! However, very dissapointing as guests we are charged rm20++ for adult & rm10 for children to use the swimming pool. The only downside of the whole trip.

Just \"OK\" for a budget apartment.

Poor condition apartment but with nice ocean views. A bit rundown, rusted kitchen accessories, a bit dirty but near to beach and town. Just OK for those looking for a budget stay. Definitely got better deals somewhere nearby.

Nice, no-frill hotel, better than a hostel

Other than the fact, that place was a bit run-down, over the years, it was an okay value for the money, with decent service. I would bring my bedding, and towels, to 'enjoy' this environment. I probably would still recommend to someone how is/was budget strapped. All-in-all, a 'can-do' place. Just lower your expectations when you go there, as it would not be more than 1 'star' rating accommodation.

Pros:
1) Budget price
2) Nice sea view from the apartment
3) Aircond, TV, heater, refrigerator are working well.
4) Located near town center.

Cons :
1) Limited parking space
2) The mattress was not comfort.
3) Some of the lift buttons are not working.

Overall we are happy during our stay in the apartment. With the budget price, you cannot expect much.
Please bring your own towel as the management did not provide any.

The hotel was exactly on left side of Corus Paradise hotel. Mistaken with the name.its was hard to find at first. and The front desk was bit far. i had to pay rm100 at front desk. they did not give any towel (fortunately i bring my own) . the floor was abit scary since quite dark even though its still morning. the door was hardly to open. need to become Hulk. The room is Ok. just nice. got water heater. 2 room as per requested. the toilet just ok. got table. oh. they did not provide iron... so I just change T-shirt on the next day. quite disappointing. TV just nice. the view fantastic. the pool on right side of the hotel need to pay rm20 for adult. for kids can't remember. Lots of sound even though in the morning. i dont want to know what is that and just ignore. The aircond is ok. fan also. lamp ok. just nice.

I was here on February that they still provide a towel but on my stay here on Dec they didnt provide anymore.There is no remote for tv and air cond.One of the apartment was very noisy as the tenant making noise with karaoke music(celebrate birthday party) that disturbing others.Please improve.

I enjoy the stay but the service need to improve

The apartment itself is great, but i do need to sweep a bit when i arrived, the sea view is amazing from my apartment, but the service, the owner act like he do not want to entertain me when i ask the direction of my room.. other than that, its all good, affordable price. The 2 bedroom apartment can fit 8 ppl, but only have 1 bathroom which u have to take turn. But its fine by us

Disappointing Stay

We arrived early in PD and went to the hotel to check in. we were not expecting to get the keys right away but just wanted to get the registration done. we are aware that check in is at 3.00 pm. However, when we arrived at the hotel's reception, we were met with a lady receptionist who was not friendly and had a stern face the entire time we were doing the registration. We asked several questions and were answered halfheartedly by the receptionist. She kept insisting that key will be given only at 3.00pm. We finished the registration and came back after 1.00pm. Just out of curiosity we went back to the reception to check if the room was ready and indeed it was ready. Another lady receptionist gave us the key to the apartment (L2-06).

In the apartment, there were a few things to highlight:

1. The master bed room door cannot be locked as the lock nob was missing.
2. The sliding door to the balcony was always jammed. Not sure if it needs oil or the whole sliding door needs replacement.
3. The sharing bathroom leaks from the ceiling when there are occupants in the unit above our unit.

Prior to arrival, I called to find out what kind of cooking utensils were provided and the staff on the phone could not even provide a proper list of what was available in the apartments. we had to bring our own utensils only to find pots, plates, and cups were all available in the apartment.

Don't expect much.

Insufficient parking space so you may have to park far away or by the main road. Don't expect a hotel. It's more like time-share apartments managed by the building management. You're allowed to use the swimming pool at Corus hotel (next door) but don't expect to swim in the sea in front of the apartment. Overall slightly below average in my opinion. The only plus point is the sea view from the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Lagoon Apartments
We liked the design of the apartment, which featured kitchen, dining area, lounge furniture, a seperate air-conditioned bedroom with king-sized bed, bathroom with hot shower and western toilet, as well as a large balcony where we could sit and watch the sea view. The very large glass windows meant you could also
see the beautiful view from inside as well.
We also enjoyed that the satellite TV offered many English documentary and movie channels. Wi fi didnt reach the room but was available just one floor below at the office.
The service was very good, when we asked for fresh towels or for the room to be cleaned, they would be there in just a few minutes.
We would particularly like to thank Chen and Mala, who work in the office, for always being so friendly and helpful.
We will definately be going back to stay at Paradise Laggon again.

Infront of my apartment's room there a bunch of rubbish that is not been cleaned by a cleaner. It's happened when I'm check in on 12pm. Supposedly the cleaner should be clear all the rubbish before another guest check in& the apartment don't a WIFI. It's freaking terrible tho.

Nice apartment close to beach

Spent almost 1 hour to waiting the management staff because he going for dinner when I reached 5:30pm. Overall it's good, not expensive, furniture and kitchenware is complete. Just a bit dust in the room and bed. Can use the swimming pool next to hotel. Suitable for a budget vacation.

I have never experienced a hot water which I can not control temperature! So bloody hot, how to shower? Bed sheets with sands/dirts...cooking pan rusted, some lights spoiled....Welcome to live in hell!

Horrible experience. Too many ULAT (indian man) acting like gangsters outside hotel at parking compound area. Blocking guess's car. Selling room. My wife and kids scared to go there anymore.. Port dickson got nice beach but paradise lagoon apartment become uncomfortable place.

We stayed here before. Then it was fine. But now the upkeep is very bad. There were cracked toilet seats, missing lift buttons, dirty mattresses and pillows etc.. Our 3-bedroom apartment on L5 floor was in a worse state than our 1-bedroom apartment on G floor. Sorry to say our family of 9 will not be returning here again.
