Sept ans après un premier séjour, la qualité de l'établissement et l'accueil du personnel sont toujours présents. La proximité avec Le Puy du Fou est appréciable. Possibilité de se restaurer sur des tables à l'extérieur et à l'abri;Très bon petit déjeuner.

Problème avec la borne pour récupérer l'accès à la chambre, le code de réservation ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons appeler à plusieurs reprise le service d'assistance qui à répondu au bout de 3 appels. L'interlocuteur n'étais pas très aimable.
Il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette dans la chambre alors que j'ai réservé pour deux personnes.

Le voisin de hôtel (restaurant)très désagréable je me suis tromper de parking un monsieur est venue et ma dit de manière pas très agréable que je devait pas me garer la hors que je faisais juste demi tour quand j'ai réalisé que je m'étais trompé de parking. Et puis celui qui étais a la réception de l'hôtel pas très accueillant pas souriant et le petits déjeuner pour le prix vaut mieux aller a la boulangerie du coin vous mangerais mieux et pour moin cher.

Bonjour, c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons et après une bonne expérience , malheureusement ce séjour a été gâché par une forte odeur nauséabonde ( pourriture ) !!! Avons été obligés de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte malgré la pluie et la fraîcheur de la nuit. Lamentable !!

No tienen recepción 24 horas y los recepcionistas no hablan muy bien en Inglés. Nos pidieron un taxi pero nos llevó a una dirección distinta de la que les habíamos escrito y nos cobró un montón después de hora y media de viaje. El trayecto debía haber durado 20 minutos. Creo que hubo un problema de comunicación, a parte de la cara dura del taxista que no de e de ser de confianza.
El hotel está en medio de la nada aunque hay un restaurante detrás. Ideal para ir a Puy du Fou pero con coche o uber.

Bien que l'arrivée ait été épique, notre nuit s'est bien déroulée. En effet lorsque vous voulez vous enregistrez à la borne on vous demande votre nom et votre numéro de réservation et ça ne fonctionne pas. Heureusement le service d'assistance est efficace. Il faut savoir qu'il faut mettre son prénom et non son nom. Pour ce qui est de la chambre rien à redire. Tout était propre, des serviettes pour tout le monde. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, pas de bruit. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Il y en a pour tous les goûts : sucre et salé. En conclusion séjour agréable.

arrivé 9h pour payer ma chambre puisque j'allais au puy du fou je demande a ce qu'on me garde mon bagage. la réceptionniste me demande à quelle heure je vais rentrée et me certifie quelle serras la pour m'accueillir. arriver le soir a l'heure prévue elle n'était pas là. j'ais du appeler le services de gardes pour récupérer mes affaires. de plus les rideau ne cachaient pas bien la fenêtre j'ai pas réussis a dormir. la douche ne ferme pas. même avec mon petit gabarie ont en as mis partout.
