Loved this little hotel. Close to the metro, walk about 10 mins to Eiffel Tower and Seine River. Great to sit in the lounge with a drink and watch the people go by. Staff were great, even before we got there with instructions on how to arrive by train, and Lily the cat was georgous. Definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is truly excellent—just a short walk to the metro and within easy reach of the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The bathroom was modern and spacious, though the door annoyingly wouldn’t fully shut, and the bed was very comfortable. I also found the staff friendly, which is always appreciated.
However, several issues took away from the overall experience. The lift had recurring problems, which was especially inconvenient when carrying luggage. Speaking of luggage, I was disappointed to find the hotel charges 10 euros per room to store bags for just two hours before check-in—a fee that feels unnecessary and quite unfair, especially for guests arriving early.
Another frustration was not being able to use the air conditioning due to a rule that the receptionist seemed to have made up on the spot, this made the room uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was limited, and the staff were slow to bring out more food when items ran out.
Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and some comfortable features, but several policies and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were within 3-4 blocks of the Eiffel Tower. I would’ve given them an excellent rating but the air conditioning in our room had just gone out so the nights were a little too warm. They did give us a small discount because of it.

It's centrally located, near the sights even if you want to walk around at night, its easy to go back to the hotel. Subway/trains are right next to it.

Rooms are are clean, just the bed is put together (2twin size) and you can feel the gap.

Overall, we would still comeback and stay here

The hospitality and security created a cozy environment that also housed a cat. The cat was very welcoming and didn’t disturb us in anyway. The lobby had a campfire, an Eiffel Tower, and a ton of comfy seats to enjoy it! Furthermore, the room was quite clean. Overall, the stay was great!

I was here with my family for 2 nights from Feb 20 and checked out Feb 22nd. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the metro RER C. The hotel looks mildly aged with a small lift to fit 2 people. The amenities worked very well. I would like to mention that the Indian woman that checked us in was very nice and efficient at check in, always greeting us with a smile when we walked in and out the hotel. The lady at the breakfast area was quite nice as well. On check out, the black gentleman was kind and efficient checking us out. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Melony provided invaluable assistance with directions to our planned events and warned us about potential scams to watch out for. Jean-Claude was also very hospitable and friendly, as was the hotel mascot, Lilly the cat. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro, making it easy to explore other parts of Paris. The room was well-organized and had ample space for our bags and belongings, though it was a bit on the smaller side. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros- The hotel is central to Eiffel Tower within walking distance. Also metro line right outside the hotel door. Rooms were adequate.
Cons- The bathroom did not have a proper functioning shower with a shower curtain. The bath overflowed during shower. The rooms are small but this is to be expected from Paris. Also expect to pay 10 euro charge to keep luggage when you check in and out. I found this odd and never experienced this in any hotels I have stayed in all over the world. Lots of guests were complaining about this charge.

I higly recommend this hotel. I absolutely love the location of this hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and gift shops, giving you a real taste of Paris right at your doorstep. There's also a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around the city easy and hassle-free.

Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people to sleep comfortably in, even though the room was small. Public parking nearby and great transportation system. Staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi to the train station. I would recommend this hotel. My only real complaint was the people hanging out across from the hotel. Just didn’t feel safe , especially after being warned about pickpockets from a restaurant patron who lives in the area . You are 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, and 10 minutes by metro to Norte Dame Cathedral.

Excellent staff .. room too small . Hard to move around in the room. It was dated but clean . Very busy outside the hotel with some unsavory characters just across the street. I was warned by taxi driver and a patron of a restaurant to watch for pickpockets in the area . I liked that it was a 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower . I liked that they had a parking garage nearby, being I had rented a car . Excellent public transportation nearby and like I said the staff was excellent and we had a taxi on time , that was arranged by the front desk . Also, the breakfast was great and worth the price. I would recommend this hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Eiffel Seine! The location was so convenient to the metro, food and beverage options, and attractions. Because we were out and about all day, we only ever interacted with Wilfred, who was just the best! He was so charming and went out of his way to welcome and take care of us while we were guests at the hotel. He had great recommendations, advice on getting around Paris and the sights, and also was truly interested in what we had done and where we had visited when we would return at the end of the day.
As first time visitors to Paris, we highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was veey driendly ans it was veey easy to get to popular attractions. Eiffel tower was a 5 min walk. Hotel arranged for mt rickets to 2 attractions. Hotel also arranged my airport pick up but when i came down at 5:30am the driver was not there. I was able to get an uber for 20 euro cheaper so no worries. Overall a very good stay

We had hotel to get us a taxi for the train station. Instead of getting one of the black cabs with a taxi sign that you are supposed to take, the desk worker called most likely a friend with no meter or taxi sign on top. He charged 45.00 for the trip back to the train station. The trip from the train station to the hotel in a cab with a meter that took twice as long was on 28.00, The hotel employee should have known better because we were told better by someone earlier . We just don’t recognize it with lack of sleep until it was too late. Call your own cab. Be sure it is a black one with the taxi sign on top and a meter. This was a rip off.

If you want a large, modern room stay out by the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Jean Claude who we had the most contact with while there. Location was great. The property was under construction the whole time we were there. All the amenities that were promised and shown on their website were not available. The only amenity that available was a continental breakfast that was mediocre at best. The construction workers were using the same ancient elevator that was needed for guests to get up and down along with housekeeping and guests. When we voiced our disappointment, the manager told us to take the issue up with Expedia.com since that is the entity we were hoping showed accurate hotel amenities for guests.

The area was convenient. Located very near the Effiel Tower. The room was very small, did not match the picture in booking. No safe for personal items. No towels daily (although there was a sign in the bathroom stating towels daily). Had to ask two times for additional towels.

Note: I arrived at 2pm and my room was to be ready at 3pm. I asked we can have room early, since we had a very long flight, and they stated no. They told me my room was on the 4th floor, when I came back at 3pm my room was on the 2nd. I called a few days before to make sure my booking was valid and right away they wanted me to cancel Expedia booking and book directly with them. I declined to do that. Maybe that is why my booking was changed to a smaller room? My other party booked a room directly with hotel and got a room that I saw on the picture in Expedia, but I did not get the same room.

Though, the employees were nice and polite.

If you're looking for a low price to stay, it's ok, but just to sleep and go.

Tiny elevator, where two people and one small suitcase barely fit. We couldn't use stairs because it was blocked due to construction. Instead of one room for 2 adults 2 kids, we were in two separate rooms (at the end of the hallway). Breakfast was less than mediocre.
But it was great that they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready.

This is a 3 star hotel so go with that expectation but what is 5 star is the friendliness of the staff (especially Wilfred) and the location
We spent 3 nights there. We walked a couple of miles the Roland Garros stadium tour and a couple of miles in the other direction to the start of the marathon at the arc de triomphe
For first timers it is easy to get to the hotel from Charles de Gaulle airport via the RER B train and onto the metro line 6 to Bir Hakeim. It takes 40 minutes with the 1 change. The Bir Hakeim metro station is opposite the hotel but we didn’t hear them in the room.
Would recommend for a 2-3
