The location of Hotel Leon d'Oro is perfect! It was several short blocks to the new Old Town Square and the world renowned astronomical click. It was also an easy walk to Winseslas Square and St. Charles Bridge.

Where to start? Slap bang in the middle of the 'Old Town', within 100m of the Clock Tower and the central Xmas Market. Really nicely appointed hotel, oozing class the moment one walks in the door. Bedroom and ensuite bathroom very clean and modern: beds made up every day with clean towels etc. Comprehensive breakfast with oodles of choice. Friendly staff at all levels. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Prague and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The breakfast was included and had something for everyone. They use skeleton keys, that we leave with the front desk for safekeeping when coming and going. I felt safe there, which is important, esp being alone with just my son and i travelling. Ph, and they hold bags if you areive early or have a later flight.

I paid for a room with balcony and I didn't get the room that I paid for. They gave another type of room. I took a shower as soon as I got to the room and the drain was clogged. The water started coming out of the shower. I asked for another room and they sent the maintenance guy to fix the problem. Breakfast is very basic. Bad experience. I don't recommend this hotel.

Very, very good hotel in a great location for all the sites. Well run, friendly efficient staff and an amazing choice for breakfast. Within 5 minutes or so are the old square, Charles bridge and many other sites. Trams will also take you to the castle, cathedral, etc.
all in all you would struggle to beat this for the money - reasonably priced too I would say. Prague is great 👍

This hotel is a gem. The staff was welcoming, and very accommodating. They also took the time to respond to a message I'd sent previous to my arrival. I appreciate this. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is excellent. It's quiet and safe, but easily walkable to all the sights as well as numerous restaurants and activities. BEST of all was breakfast. I love a good hotel breakfast and I've enjoyed them all the world over. But this one, this was the most impressive I've seen. So many choices, all excellent, in a relaxing atmosphere with plentiful staff to efficiently make it happen. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my stay and most especially that breakfast. I know where I will stay from now on any time I am fortunate enough to visit Prague. Thank you Hotel Leon D'Oro!

our room was on the top floor which had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and stairs up to another bedroom and the private decking/courtyard with furniture and lovely vies across the skyline, old town astronomical clock, it was lovely and surprisingly quiet considering how close you are to the town.

A gem of a hotel. Excellent service, I felt like I was in good hands. The front desk staff really took care of us and answered out questions. We had juat 3 days in Prague, and we wanted to make the most of it. I got a triple room, and after the tiny hotel rooms in Switzerland, the Huge room felt so luxurious! Very quiet, with comfy beds, yet only 2 blocks from Wenceslas square, a pedestrian shopping avenue, also a 5 min walk to the astronomical clock. About 5 min walk to the metro. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel tucked away on a side street in old town. I recommend getting the breakfast option, bc it was plentiful with a good variety.
