This hotel is a bit out of the way from the centre of Jonkoping. Take note of this the hotel was clean and a pleasant stay. The deal with an evening meal is handy but the choice is limited. Also you have to register your car for the car park on each day you are there not for the stay. If you return after 11 pm the reception is all closed off and you can’t access the device to re register your car reg. we will see if they try and send me a bill or something.

Bewertung Best Western RC Hotel
Wir haben in diesem Hotel bereits zweimal übernachtet. Beim ersten Zimmer mussten wir direkt beim Check-in eine Beanstandung einreichen – Haare im Bett und Kaffeeflecken an der Wand. Wir erhielten daraufhin ein größeres Zimmer, was wir positiv bewerten.
Leider war die Klimaanlage im neuen Zimmer dauerhaft in Betrieb und ließ sich nicht abschalten. Für Gäste mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen – in unserem Fall eine Erkältung – ist das ein ernstes Problem, da der konstante Luftzug den Zustand merklich verschlechtert hat.
Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir von der Rezeption darüber informiert, dass das Zimmer angeblich doppelt gebucht worden sei und eine doppelte Zahlung erwartet werde. Erst nach einem Anruf beim Buchungsportal, das die korrekte Buchungslage bestätigte, wurde die fehlerhafte Doppelbuchung durch eine andere Mitarbeiterin storniert.
Das Reinigungsniveau, die technischen Mängel und besonders das Missverständnis bei der Buchung haben leider einen bleibenden negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Eine baldige Rückkehr ist derzeit nicht geplant.

Værelset var pænt og rent. Imødekommende receptionist som tog godt imod os ved ankomst.
Vi bookede bord til hamburgerbuffet og blev skuffet over maden var lun og burgerbollen kold. Tjeneren præsenterede os ikke for om man bestilte drikkevare i baren eller om hun kom til bordet. Samt vi fik ikke drikkevarekort. Så vi måtte selv gå i baren og bestille. Der var ikke den bedste service, før vores receptionist tog over. Hun var til gengæld fantastisk sød, hjælpsom og professionel.
Morgenmaden: manglede opfyldning, trods vi kom 09.10, var der ikke mere scramble æg, det blødkogte æg var hårdkogte, pandekager smagte som om nogen havde tabt en bøtte natron i dejen. Desværre ikke den bedste morgenmad heller.
Et okay hotel med masser aktiviter til familien med bowlinghal og andre aktiviteter, men der mangler at skrues lidt op for service og maden.

sängarna var fruktansvärt skrynkliga, reparera rutan vid badkaret eftersom den hotade att gå sönder, reparera den mycket slitna golvet som gav ett smutsigt intryck, ta bort den gamla telefonen, ta bort en stor mängd konstiga papper på skrivbordet, i mitt rum fanns ingen vattenkokare och det låg en gammal tepåse och någon sorts omrörare, mycket dåligt intryck. Jag är inte särskilt krävande, jag bor ofta på hotell och detta var långt under genomsnittet. Mycket dåligt intryck, jag kommer definitivt inte tillbaka hit.

Slitet, smutsigt och varmt.

Hotellet upplevs smutsigt och slitet. Väldigt smutsiga golv och stolar över lag i rum och vid frukosten.
Dusch munstycke med ordentlig avlagring runt och sprucket. Skulle ha bytts för länge sedan. Hyllor dammiga och dricksglas som man inte vet när de diskades senast.
Bokade rum med luftkonditionering men den fungerade inte, vilket andra gäster hade samma problem, så man fick en fläkt??. 26grader i rummet.
Man återger STOR frukost som ingår. Låt er inte luras. Den är absolut inte större eller speciell än en frukost från medelmåttig hotell.
Sängar otroligt mjuka. Troligen bara skumgummi.
Så nix ingen mer besök från denna familjen.
