The receptionist was friendly warm and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and the best shower of our whole trip. I only wish there had been a kettle in the room to make a coffee in the morning. The food in the restaurant area, next door was wonderful. Again, the receptionist helped out in the breakfast room which became a little hectic but was nevertheless all that we needed. A very pleasant stay and I would happily stay there again.

We arrived early at the hotel and because we hadnt booked directly with the hotel chain we didnt have the entry code so could not access tahe hotel. Fortunately, there was a staff member tidying up the frontage and she got the manager to come and check us in. He was very kind and pleasant
The room was very good and clean with a modern shower room. We were both very surprised by the restaurant which was excellent.

A great place to stay for an overnight stop.

A great place to stay for an overnight stop. Very easy to find. Plenty of parking. Our room was bigger than we were expecting. The bed was large and comfortable. Conveniently situated in that there was a supermarket (Lidl) across the road and a petrol station a couple of hundred yards away.

Good stop over

Check in was electronic as no one on reception. Although scheptical this was very easy and efficient. Everything was very clean. What spoiled a good nights sleep was no sircon working and no fan so room was far too hot. Breakfast was adequate and staff was efficient and helpful.

La chambre est propre et l’accueil est sympathique. En revanche, l’halogene du parking donne en plein sur la fenêtre et il est difficile de fermer l’œil. La tuyauterie du chauffage de la salle de bain fait un bruit continu. Je ne reviendrai pas pour ces raisons

Très bien pour passer la nuit, mais il ne faut pas en attendre plus. La chambre est \"dite disponible \" jusqu'à 12h mais il n'est plus possible d'y retourner après 11h car le digicode ne fonctionne plus. Il n'est donc pas possible d'y laisser ses bagages, ni de les mettre en garde à l'accueil jusqu'à 12h malgré ma demande.

dommage que l'automate n'imprimait pas de ticket avec les codes d'accès. On ne pouvait que les afficher et les recopier à la main.

Pre accueil parfait. Acces direct à la chambre.
Juste une odeur desagreable qu'on a fait partir en ouvrant la fenetre qques minutes.

Excellent accueil, patron aussi convivial qu’efficace.
Repas préparé dans le restaurant situé dans l’hôtel : excellent plat du jour 2 soirs d’affilée, à un tarif raisonnable. Parfait. Habitué aux Ibis rouge ou vert, je recommande cet hôtel refait à neuf, avec un bon matelas et de bon oreillers, et une chambre (sur l’arrière) silencieuse et spacieuse. Bravo

Une nuit dans cet hôtel, très bruyant à côté de la route qui va vers Langres. Taper un code de 6 chiffres pour entrer dans sa chambre n'est pas aisé. Plus personne a la réception a 21h, dommage. Chambre toutefois correcte et conforme aux attentes.

Hotel très confortable, mais à l'écart de Chaumont. Nous aurions choisi plus en campagne si on avait su qu'il n'y avait pas grand chose à voir en ville (viaduc en travaux, donc inaccessible aux piétons depuis Nov 2018 !).

une bonne surprise

De passage à chaumont en déplacement pro , une halte au BB hotel fut une agréable surprise , confort , propreté , service rien à dire , je recommande ... un point négatif qd mm mais qui reste un détail , le robinet du lavabo a été posé par un professionnel ??? on n'arrive mm pas a y placer les mains dessous !!!

Une soiree étape sur le chemin du retour des vacances.
L'hôtel tout neuf était très bien sous tous les rapports.tres propre bonne literie déjeuners copieux avec beaucoup de choix proposé .

Un lit correct pour une nuit

Hotel un peu vieux mais correct. Les équipements seraient à ameliorer, tv wifi etc...
Le restaurant est cruellement à ameliorer.
Le petit déjeuner est tres varié, un jus d'orange de meilleur qualité serait apprécié. Le personnel du petit dej plus agreable que le personnel du dîner.

Na een vakantie in de Provence hebben wij na 15 u in het hotel verbleven en de omgeving ontdekt .Het was een leuke ervaring om na een goed avondmaal ( dat uitstekend was ) te overnachten met een goed uitgebreid ontbijt . Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar .

Hotel vieillot au premier abord, moquette partie commune et chambre, trace de moisissure dans la salle de bain.
Le restaurant est bon, le petit déjeuner est cher par rapport aux choix.
