I appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel. This is in a very convenient part of New Taipei City and has a lot of shopping nearby. Perfect for couples and small groups especially for those who want to shop.

If there was a gripped about the hotel, it would be the 3 elevators are not enough for the 19 to 20 floors of guests.
Also wish the lobby was a tad bigger and room to sit.
Food options around Cham Cha are plentiful. But given the heat, we opted for Uber Eats and its fast delivery.
Overall, for a hotel close to Banqiao station, it’s a decent hotel and worth staying at.

Hotel Cham Cham Taipei is relatively clean and has fairly new facilities. The location is a bit out of the way since it’s in New Taipei City, but transportation is convenient. The area around the hotel is a little boring, but it’s very safe, and there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. In my room, the bathroom didn’t have a sink—the sink was located in the hallway next to the bedroom, which was a bit strange. Overall, though, I was quite satisfied.

This is my go-to place in Taipei due to its convenience to transportation, facilities, and price. However, it has been deteriorating lately. Probably due to the reasons I mentioned, it is always packed, and the front desk and elevators are not able to handle the load.
In particular, they have taken to shutting down one elevator overnight until 8AM. I understand saving the wear and tear, and electricity, but 8AM is FAR too late to turn the third elevator back on. Everyone who is trying to get breakfast before a busy day is trying to get the two remaining elevators from 6AM on, and the result is a long wait for an elevator, and a traffic jam in the lobby. If they DO want to turn the elevator off, I would suggest 11PM to 6AM and again from 11AM until 3PM.

This hotel is near the banqiao HSR, train and metro station which made moving aroundnTaiwan very easy. The hotel room is of good size. The only thing not so satisfactory is when i asked for late check up as a platinum expedia member, the 1st lady just rejected my request without even bothering to check but when i asked another staff the next day, i was given the request. I think there's inconsistent SOP.

We stayed at the hotel every time we come visit Taiwan. The first couple of years was excellent but this time the drainage pipe on the vanity was blocked, the silicone in the bathroom was full of black mould. Not as good compared to the last few stays. The front desk did offer to resolve the blocked pipe problem but was very late at night and we only stayed for one night so we did not accept the offer. But overall the room was nice and comfy.

Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card.

Stayed with my family in Taipei for 4 days. Around 10 mins walk from the train station. The hotel is quite new. We stayed in a tripe bed room. The room is spacious and we like there’s enough space for us to put our luggages and personal belongings. Also the toilet and bathroom is separated which is very convenient. There’s a water dispenser on each floor so we don’t need to buy bottles of water. Staff and friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends who will be travelling to Taipei.

Overall staying is good with the room clean and big. Just a bit unhappy with the front desk staff that not really friendly and words from them is uncomfortable.
Understand with some additional requests is too much but a friendly yes or no due to peak season will do and not reply us saying that “you guys choose the cheapest room type range and still ask for so many request that we can’t match your needs”.
Then whenever we ask something from them they will use this reason “oh because we match your needs so u can’t ask for more”.
That really let people feel very uncomfortable and I personally feel those cleaning staff is more friendly & polite.

My husband and I stay this hotel. We like the hotel. mattress is pretty good. It is clean and close to Banqiao MRT station(blue line). Blue line is a major line to go places such as Xinyi district or Ximending. We will recommend the hotel to who want to be close to railway station and MRT station.

This hotel is not near downtown but very convenient to go anywhere because the train station is only 10 minutes walk which also has High Speed Rail available. There is a mall across the street which you can go for brunch (food court opens at 11am) before heading out to other part of the city.
The staff always helpful in calling taxi or helping you with finding direction to travel or printing out boarding pass.
The cleaning staff very respectful, courteous and professional. We took only one bus to get from the airport to front of the hotel.

Staff was very accommodating upon arrival and during the stay. Location is great being right where the subway station is. Walkable to lots of restaurants and local shops. Room is clean and view is great! Price is portion of Cesar park and Hilton and literally right next to them! Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!
