The staff was very kind and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away. The room was clean, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. We also appreciated having a smart TV with streaming capabilities.
Breakfast was good, and the free dessert was a nice bonus. They also offered free activities each day, which was a nice touch.
The main downside was that the room felt a bit small for our family of three, especially with suitcases—we had to navigate around each other. Additionally, the laundry room could use better management or upgrades. The dryers were not drying properly, and some guests ran them for long periods, leaving others without a chance to use them. As a result, we had to hang our wet laundry in the room and even use the hair dryer to help dry our clothes.

My stay at The Bridge Hotel in Shinsaibashi was a very enjoyable experience overall. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.

The location is excellent and would suit many different types of travellers, especially shoppers. There are countless shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy walking distance. Shinsaibashi Station is also very close by, which made using the metro extremely convenient. This made it simple to travel around Osaka and also connect to other stations for day trips or exploring further afield. Dotonbori is just down the road, so you can easily walk there to enjoy the food, lights, and lively atmosphere.

The hotel itself represents very good value for money. Like most hotels in Osaka and across Japan, the rooms are not particularly large, but they are very functional, practical, and well organised with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of the hotel is the daily complimentary offerings. Guests can enjoy free ramen and ice cream at selected times. There is also a generous free-flow period where cocktails, whiskey, sake, and beer are available during specified hours. These small extras really add to the overall experience. The hotel also provides massage chairs for guests to use, which was a great way to relax.

Our party of 4 stayed here for 3 nights while we were visiting Osaka.
We all just enjoyed this hotel!
All entire staff (from check-in to the restaurant) were extremely helpful and friendly!
The hotel was close by our transit station and all the great places to eat & shop (all within walking distance).
Some great things about this hotel:
1) The 5 massage chairs in the lobby.
2) The great breakfast buffet every morning in the restaurant.
3) Complimentary liquor (beer & hards) during their happy hour.
4) Free tasty ramen in the evening.
We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Osaka!

The room was quite small for a solo traveler compared to other locations I have stayed at. The AC system took some time to work. The room was not designed for someone taller than 188 cm. The nightly activities was great along with the free ramen and drinks. The staff was great and helpful.

Easily one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were very lovely and put on little events each day, I made a resin keychain for my wife. They had coffee machine and massage chairs available 24/7. Alcoholic drinks available from 3pm to evening. They even had ramen available for hotel guests in the evening which is very handy as you might not always want to walk around in the evening.

Rooms were very nice and the cleaning was very good too. Aircon was brilliant, it hits you as soon as you walk in the hotel and it's a welcome relief from the humidity outside.

Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Shinsaibashi subway, 1 minute walk to the American Village and about 7 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi-suji. The subway itself is very convenient as it's easy to get to Namba and Umeda, two great areas of Osaka.

Hotel was great. They were able to accommodate us an extra day when we had to extend our trip. Breakfast food was good. The free alcohol was good. Kids liked the ice cream. The 24/7 drinks helped keep costs down. Massage chairs on the lobby for guests to use helped our achey bodies from walking everywhere all day. Centrally located to shopping and very close to the shinsaibashi train stop. Can easily get to the hotel by train from KIX.

Beware when they say that 3 people can fit in a room with only 1 double bed. Definitely won't fit 3 American linebackers. Maybe 3 small teenagers at best or parents with a small child under 10.

We arrived just in time for free ice cream and beer! Room was small but had what we needed (3 beds) - my only concern was we were put on the 12th floor which houses the smoking room. We were told our room would not be stinky, which was mostly accurate, but getting down the hall to the elevators was not pleasant. Fantastic location, walkable, so would stay again, just would request a different floor.

Excellent location close to subway, shopping and many food options. We walked to Dotonbori (Shinsaibashi shopping street is covered and connects to Dotonbori area). Steamer coffee next door to hotel is excellent, lawson next door and 7/11 around the corner. Lots of very nice thrift stores around the area. Hotel offered free alcoholic and non alcholic drinks all day, ice cream and ramen at specific times every day. Can borrow umbrellas, hair dryer, charger, anything you need. The front desk staff speaks english and VERY welcoming. Fast check in and check out. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens in a quad room. Rooms are small but very clean and had complete amenities and beds are very comfortable. A \"large twin\"cannot fit 2 people! So get 4 beds or 2 rooms. If you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep, stay here and spend your money on shopping instead! Loved the Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi!!

My family and I stayed at The Bridge Hotel for 7 nights in late June. The check-in process was easy. We stayed at a triple room, it is a bit small but doable. The location of the hotel is great, it is close to the shopping district. Shinsaibashisuji is just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel offers free drinks and ramen in the evening. There is a Lawson right beside the hotel, which is very convenient for breakfast or late-night snacks! The laundry machines are very busy in this hotel, also it's hard to dry the clothes in 1 round. You need to download an app to operate the machine and you need coins for the dryer. We did a Google search and there is a coin laundry nearby (6 minutes walk), it is faster and cheaper than the hotel machines. We used the luggage delivery service recommended by the hotel. We did the reservation online and left the baggage at the reception before 11 am on the checkout day. Our baggage arrived on the same day at our Kyoto hotel. Stress free! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel staff were also all very friendly and approachable.

Me and my family loved our stay at The Bridge Hotel. They have everything you’ll ever need. If it’s not in your room, they can lend it to you - from hair straighteners, iron, ironing board, legos for the kids, stuff for the babies, etc. What’s more is they have daily ramen night from 8:30-9:30pm, ice cream from 3:30-4:30pm, fountain drinks 24/7 and weekly experience events like matcha making experience, takoyaki event, and others. And when you’re tired from a day of walking, massage chairs are available for you to use for 15mins. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book The Bridge Hotel again when we come visit Osaka.

A very nice hotel centrally located with easy access to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and close to the train. While the room itself is small and the bathroom is really tiny, the hotel amenities make up for it. The all you can eat ramen plus drinks at night is especially awesome. Honestly some of the best ramen I had the whole trip. Also the breakfast is great. Really good sushi.

The hotel is located by a bunch of shops & restaurants (there’s also a 7-11 less than 2 minutes away) and the hotel has free ramen every night from 7:30-9:30! They had sodas, water and coffee available 24/7 and massage chairs available for use. They also have different activities on select nights (like hair pin making, kimono try on and more).

Rooms are your standard Japan size; small but manageable. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The windows were leaking wind and the curtains were disgusting. The rooms were very tiny. If you are someone taller than 6 feet, it’s very easy to hit your head on the bathroom ceiling. Please look through the reviews carefully.

The property was good and close to everything. Breakfast was excellent. Just many of staff did not want to be there. For example, it took me more than 15 minutes to get an extra bedding sheet. The front desk lady told me that sheets are not in the front desk department. What’s a nonsense. I think it is the fault of management. They didn’t train staff well, especially foreign workers.

Everything about this place is near to perfect. They actually have staff who are fluent in several languages. Very nice as well. The room is soundproof. The price is affordable considering its location. The one and only problem is their “beds”.

The beds are not really comfortable. My wife couldn’t sleep well. All in all, I’ll still give it a 4.3 star.

Excellent hotel. I had my family of four here. The room is small, but it's \"Japanese\" sized and that's pretty much what we expected. The room was comfortable and fit our needs; it had a small bathroom, as well as a mini fridge and a safe in the desk. We paid for the tasty breakfast each morning, which is about $10/person, which is totally worth it as it's a full buffet with different option each morning; also most restaurants don't open in the mornings until 9-10 in the area, so the buffet was super convenient. Each evening there are complimentary drinks such as beer and liquor from 3-9:30, and complimentary ramen from 8:30-9:30. The laundry was cheap and convenient. This hotel is right in the heart of the Shinsaibashi neighborhood with tons of shopping and eating options, literally a half block from the entrance of the metro, and an easy 10 minute walk from the Dontonbori street which is a real treat.
