This is a very nice hotel. However, we arrived Friday night and the air conditioning was turned off. No staff member was available to come and check on our room until Monday morning which made for a hot and humid weekend.

Very good service

Close to city center. The room was big and the matress very comfortable. There was a wedding on the ground floor reception room but the music was not loud at all. Good breakfast and good service.

Value for money

Overall a nice and pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean rooms, you can have everything you might needed. Breakfast menu is something that there is still place to improve in Terms of variety and choices. Staff is friendly and willing to assist. Would stay again. Overall value for money.

Average hotel that could easily be better

Positives. The staff were all brilliant. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very decent. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard. Negatives. It isn't a great location and is at least a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre. There is very little in the immediate hotel area. The rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment (we were put one room in error, and then moved to our apartment). Both rooms needed attention - broken lightbulbs, broken bracket for the shower hose, no cups or pots in the apartment kitchen etc).

Overall we had great times

The room, location and facility was great.Staff were very helpful (e.g. Stephan). The breakfast selections were limited but reasonable. The only problem that we had was insect bites (probably mosquitoes) as we kept windows open sometimes.

We had a marvelous stay in Timisoara, Romania at the Boavista Hotel. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend the hotel's Vendetta Restaurant for their outstanding service received by Mr. Cosmin for his extraordinary service.

Good overall. Too bad for the smoking policy

I must say straight away that the hotel staff were fantastic throughout our week long stay. They were quick to supply equipment needed for our 6 month old baby and they were very polite the whole time. If you are a smoker this hotel deserves top marks. Unfortunately we are not (and we travelled with our baby) which is why we were upset to find ashtrays in our room despite the specific request (both online when booking and over the phone prior to our arrival) to have a non-smoking room. The excuse we were given was weak: \"guests cannot be prevented from smoking\". One day we even had the misfortune to have cigarette smoke come through the air conditioning system (that was struggling to begin with). The great location, the awesome service, the overall tidiness and the pretty decent breakfast made it an overall good stay. To the hotel owners I would suggest a couple of improvements: mosquito nets for the windows and \"real\" non-smoking rooms.

Wir wurden im Nebengebäude untergebracht und obwohl eine Hochzeit stattfand wahr es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war schon mal besser und die Auswahl war gering. Das Apartment war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.

I like Boavista, I've stayed there many many times. However a couple of times, this one included, there was a LOT of noise at night. I totally understand that they host parties, however in such cases it would be nice to be given rooms as far as possible from the noise ;)

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort. Leider haben sie ein Problem mit dem Reinigungspersonal. So wurde 2 x die Suite nicht gereinigt, obwohl jemand das Zimmer aufsperrte und Nachschau hielt. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption reagierten sehr überrascht. Weiters waren die Damen der Reinigung äußerst unhöflich und unfreundlich.

Maga a hotel nagyon szép, tiszta és modern.Ár/érték arányban jó választás.A parkolás ingyenes.A fürdőszoba és a zuhanykabin nagyon tágas volt, ami pozitívum.A környék szintén nagyon jó,15 perc séta a belváros.Az ágy kényelmes,sok csatorna volt a tévén.
Ami negatívum volt, és ezért csak 4 csillag, hogy a wifi egyáltalán nem működött,de ami még nagyobb probléma volt,hogy bejelentkezéskor nem volt a szálloda rendszerében a foglalásunk.A hotels.com kinyomtatott bizonylatával tudtam igazolni a foglalást.Ez bejelentkezéskor viszonylag hamar megoldódott, viszont kijelentkezéskor egy másik recepciós volt ott, aki azt mondta nincs kifizetve a szállás.Legalább 15 perc győzködés és bizonygatás,részéről telefonálgatás után sikerült belátnia, hogy a szállást már előre kifizettem.Ez elég rossz tapasztalalat volt, de ezt leszámítva tudom ajánlani a szállodát!

The hotel itself is very nice, clean and modern.Value for money.Parking is free.The bathroom and shower were very spacious.The neighborhood is also good, 15 min walk to downtown.The bed was comfortable.
What was a negative, that wifi did not work at all, but the bigger problem was that they did not have the booking in their system at check-in.I proved the booking with the printed page from hotels.com.On checkout there was another receptionist who said that we didn't pay for the accommodation.After 15 minutes of convincing,proofing, and telephone calls,he admitted I was right.

Vernünftiges Haus mit einigen Abstrichen

Hotel ist relativ modern, Zimmer entsprechend ausgestattet; Betten sehr niedrig, nichts für ältere Menschen
liegt gleich an Trambahnstation, nach Umsteigen in Bus gelangt man in Innenstadt
Personal recht unorganisiert, keine Führung, z.B. war niemand so recht zuständig, das Frühstücksbüfett am 2. Morgen aufzufüllen (es fehlten Milch, Brötchen, Saft, Kaffee...), Büfettauswahl grundsätzlich ausreichend (wenn denn aufgefüllt wird!)
Mitarbeiter stehen viel vor Eingang und rauchen und reden
Rezeptionisten recht uninformiert über ÖPNV in Stadt (empfehlen nur Taxi obwohl Tramstation vor Tür liegt!)
Preise in Hotel nicht in Landeswährung, sondern nur in Euro!
Persönliche Taxibestellung zum Flughafen vom Vortag von Reception \"vergessen\"

Wir haben LUXUS Zimmer gebucht und leider haben wir Familienzimmer bekommen.Kein 60quatratmeter,kein Luxusbettwäsche,von Minibar nicht kostenlos wie in unsere Unterlagen steht.Bei Frühstück leider weniger Auswahl.

Bei der Ankuft im Hotel war der Mitarbeiter total unprofessionel. Ich hatte eine Luxus-Sweet gebucht und bekamm ein normalen Doppelzimmer. Erst nach 3x Versuchen und nur dass ich auf mein Recht bestannden habe dass ich für diese SWEET bezahlt habe gab man mir dieses Zimmer.
daraufhin hatt man 3 tagelang im Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht ! Es war ein schönes schlichtes Apartment und kein Luxus !

Det är OK men ha inte för stora krav

Jag hade inte stora förväntningar så jag blev inte besviken dock mina medresenärer hade mer att klaga på.
Obs. låga och hårda sängar. Rummet var tyst trots att hotellet var fullbelagt och centralt beläget. Vi fick ingen städning/bäddning ena dagen. Frukosten är inte märkvärdig men fullt tillräcklig. En av medresenärerna provade äta lunch och var väldig nöjd med rätten. Personalen anstränger sig både när man klagar på städningen eller när man har andra önskemål vilket gör att intrycket blir snart bättre.

Vi kanske är för kritiska då ett fel i värme/varmvattenförsörjningen gjorde att man inte kunde duscha med varmt vatten första dagen. Det påverkar intrycket.

Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet an sich alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
Fitnessraum und Sauna sind vorhanden, Restaurant ist gut und relativ günstig.
WLAN gibt es umsonst.
Die normalen Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, bieten ausreichend Platz und auch das Bad mit Dusche bietet genügend Raum.
Sauberkeit war auch ok.
Unser Zimmer war etwas defekt, die Türklinke vom Bad war nicht richtig befestigt / rausgerissen, war aber kein Drama.
Lage ist Zentrumsnah, für umgerechnet 3 Euro kommt man mit dem Taxi ins Center, zu Fuss sind es etwa 15 Minuten denke ich.
Die Studentenstadt ist direkt ums Eck und bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Fint prisvärt hotell med rymligt rum (lägenhetsdelen). Hotellet hade bevakad parkering och en ok service. Täckning för trådlöst internet var dålig i vårt rum. Mycket charmig restaurang personal!!

Bell'albergo nel cuore della città

Ho soggiornato per lavoro nell'albergo per due notti. Personale molto cortese, sono arrivato tardi (dopo la mezzanotte) e mi hanno accolto cordialmente. La mattina dell'ultimo giorno sono partito alle 4 di mattina e il check in e check out sono stati molto rapidi.
