I really like this hotel. I have been staying here for around 10 times now. The hotel is located in the park, by the river, so is very quiet. It is possible to walk both to the centre of Zgorzelec and Goerlitz in around 10 minutes.

My mother and I recently stayed here while visiting Goerlitz. The town is cute cute cute and this hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was WONDERFUL. The staff was very nice. Our room was a little dated, but it was really clean and comfortable.

Awesome hotel. The staff were very family friendly. After the first morning at breakfast, they would always have two high chairs already set up when we came down. The waitress brought toys to help entertain the twins while we ate. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was lovely and actually had a bath tub! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location across the river from Zgorzelec. Also, about a 10 min walk to Goerlitz Centrum. Nice clean rooms with new decor. I opted for the underground parking which is 10 euro per night but in my opinion very much worth it. Restaurant serves French themed food which is very well prepared. For about 65 euro per night this hotel rivals 150 dollar rooms in US.

Excellent hotel! Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Our two 50 lb dogs were welcome. Nice sauna in the hotel. Parking in the garage was extra, but it was well worth it for security. The hotel is next to a nice park with a lovely playground for the kids. It's only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to downtown Gorlitz. We will definitely stay here again!

A little gem that we had not anticipated. We came to Goerlitz as it was recommended as a must see in an American Travel Guide book . We booked the hotel the night before upon recommendations from Hotels.com and were not disappointed. I would certainly return for another stay and take at least a few days to explore old town and surrounding sights. I thought the location was especially ideal with views of the river. It must be quite pleasant during the spring and summer.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, good wifi, clean bathroom. The only issue was the shower. The glass partition was too short to prevent the water from going onto the floor. 15 min. walk to the attractions. Free on-street parking.

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant and underground parking. Price was good but there were fees for everything. 9 Euro for internet per day. Parking was extra. Every time your wanted your car you had to go to the front desk and secure a token. Minor inconvenience. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Hotel is in excellent condition. The view over the river into Poland was great. Fairly short walk to the old a part of town. I would stay here again.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, was man im Bad merkt, nur Badewannen statt Duschen. Der Service war gut. Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Hier ist auf alle Fälle noch viel Luft nach oben.

Hab mir von einem 4 Sterne Superior Hotel mehr erwartet. Die Rezeption beim Check in, war sehr unfreundlich. Beim Check Out besser, aber immer noch nicht so wie ich es mir von einem 4 Sterne S Hotel erwarte. Zimmer waren sehr altbacken. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich, allerdings auch unter dem Niveau von 4 und 3 Sternen Hotels. Alles in allem recht mittelmäßig.

Hotellet ligger lätt tillgängligt med bil och det finns goda parkeringsmöjligheter ovan mark och i källare. Hotell med trevlig atmosfär, vänlig personal och centralt både för promenader i gamla Görlitz och om man vill gå över bron till polska delen av staden. Erhöhtes Polizeiaufgebot, was einen verunsichert. Nachts Böller/Schüsse gehört. Restaurant war geschlossen, da die Köchin frei hatte - offensichtlich gibt es nur eine Köchin dort? Wir sind dann immer abends im Dunkeln die leeren Gassen in die Altstadt gegangen. Die Bar wurde vom Empfangspersonal gleichzeitig betrieben. Im Treppenhaus roch es am ersten Tag nach Abfluss, am zweiten Tag wurde dann offensichtlich gereinigt, der Geruch war weg. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung war gut, allerdings ist es hellhörig, so dass ich die ganze Nacht den Schnarcher aus dem Nachbarzimmer sowie laute Gespräche der Nachbarn hörte. Beim ersten Frühstück hatten wir eine total nette Bedienung, die alles möglich machte und am nächsten Tag eine launige Dame, die am Buffet auch nichts auffüllte, nur auf Anfrage Dinge brachte. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt für den bezahlten Preis ok, aber sonst auch nichts Besonderes.

Wir hatten einen netten Kurzurlaub. Parkhotel ohne Parkplatz, aber 50m weiter ein öffentlicher kostenfreier Abstellplatz. Guter Service trotz Covid-19. Wunderbar an der Neiße gelegen, ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, traumhaft ruhig, freundliches Personal, welches mir ermöglichte, dass ich noch spät die Sauna nutzen konnte, dazu viel Platz im Zimmer, ein relativ bequemes Bett und das alles in einer wunderschönen Stadt.
