We stayed at this hotel for two nights.
Great area if you are doing the Cala gồnone boat tours.
The staff was friendly and super helpful we show up early and they offered us free cocktails on their outside bar patio overlooking the harbor and beach. Beautiful location. The hotel has an excellent roof top bar and spa with spectacular views of the harbor. Close to all restaurants, bars and shops. The room are small but cozy and designed with a beach harbor theme. Very adorable. I only recommend better pillows:
Otherwise great place to stay especially for the pricing..

This hotel and its staff are all wonderful! Very clean, and nice amenities. The breakfast is top notch! We were overheated and sunburnt one night and they let us borrow their front desk fan even. Very sweet helpful staff.

We were lucky to be able to book the Junior Suite overlooking the marina and beach. What a treat. This Hune visit offered less crowds and slightly lower prices than the peak season. Cala Gonone is a lovely compact village with an abundance of options for fun and good. Staff were extremely helpful when asked about local things to do. Room service always dodo a wonderful job of making sure the freshly cleaned room was a joy to come back to each day. We had the balcony doors open pretty much all the time, even when sleeping. The noise of the marina and traffic might be annoying for some, but we happen to energy this brings. It just may not be for everyone. In that case the doors off quite a bit of noise reduction. This stay made out Sardinia trip one of the best we’ve had.

Amazing top floor terrace with 360 degree views of area.
Lovely bar terrace out front if Hotel great for aperitivo and drinks overlooking the bay.
Top Central location in Cala Ganone in the middle of everything. There are swimming areas close by.
Very useful for those booked in any boat tours.
Parking is available in paid parking station in front of port but have to get in early otherwise fills up with boat tour travelers. Gets super busy in summer period. We parked the car on check in and left it there until check out paying parking ticket daily. Side street parking can be tricky. Note there is no parking in front of property or on site of hotel.

We had an issue at check-in when we were given a room that turned out to be smaller than we had reserved even though the receptionist asked if we had reserved a triple room . I went back to check-in and she gave me keys to another room . This also was a double room and when U went back to reception she said I must be wrong and insisted she accompany me to see the room ! She apologised once she saw it and finally we were given the room I had reserved, the same as I. The photo ! I have been travelling for forty years and this was a first ! The lift was an issue, you could access the lift from the street without needing a room key ! We saw this as a security risk , again we have never experienced this in a hotel . The list was out of action for half a day during our stay . The towels in the bathroom were thin cotton so not great at drying . The room condition was good. The hotel is by the port and we were woken early by the restaurant next door emptying glass and the boat people getting ready . We wouldn’t recommend this hotel

We loved the location of the hotel, the view of the harbour from our little balcony and the friendly staff. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay there as the hotel experienced some problems with their hot water facilities in the rooms. The hotel staff swiftly upgraded us to another hotel in the area, added complimentary breakfast and the aperitivo on our first night to make up for the inconvenience. We will definitely be back as the location is perfect and we need to try out the jacuzzi on the rooftop!

This was our second visit to the Bue Marino. It does not disappoint. The hotel is perfectly situated and the customer service is amazing. The rooms are not fancy but they are super clean and have pretty much everything you need. The hotel supplies beach towel and umbrellas and the staff are amazing. The rooftop breakfast is so good and the view is incredible. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Cala Gonone.

Impossibile to sleep on this hotel

On our room the Aircon was very old and noisy. Our room was on 3 floor with sea view. The open bar is located in front at the hotel. The staff kept loud music until 1:00 am for every single night of our stay. IT’S OK. The problem was when the STAFF started to tidy up the bar after 1:00 am, as they started dragging metal chairs and chatting without caring about guests on the rooms. After 2:15 am, sick and tired of their noise I had to complain with the reception. At 6:00 am they started again dragging chair to the bar. It was difficult for them to lift chairs up? Hopeless... Staff completely careless and unrespectful. Our room when with closed windows, become very hot because of the mini fridge on the room. Nice view for breakfast. Not much quality in the buffet breakfast perhaps the bartender kindly prepared a good coffee. If you looking for relax, avoid this hotel. I will never return back to this hotel.

Hotel is located opposite the main beach with a fantastic restaurant on the top floor allowing an exquisite view over the beach and harbour. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and even assisted in suggesting and booking restaurants and guided us to which boat expedition we should book.

What makes this hotel so good are the staff - all of whom are friendly and extremely helpful, and also the amazing views from the restaurant/terrace. The hotel has everything you need: it's on the beach front, near the marina for excursions, a nice restaurant, great views, cocktail bar, great staff, and it's very clean. I would recommend this place & definitely stay here again if we returned to Cala Ganone. My only feedback is that they should fix/update the bathroom door as my partner got stuck in the bathroom (on his birthday!) & they implied this has happened before. Plus a 'welcome pack' in the room with details on wifi, bar & restaurant opening times, & reception number would be helpful.

Parking was available for unloading the car, free parking available 10 minutes walk away or you can pay to park per day on the road (6 euro, I think).

The staff was very welcoming and was always there to help us. Our room was cleaned everyday with new towels and toiletries. The hotel is right next to the beach so a very good location to rent a boat or to book a mini cruise to the other beaches near by. Food was suprisingly very good for a 3 star hotel. Price of food was pretty good too and you even save 10% off your food bill if you charge it to your room. Breakfast buffet was okay there is the same food every morning apart from 2 or 3 things that changes daily like crossiants or pastries and cookies. The hotel was able to book us a personal transfer from the airport to hotel and back for €120 each way which is a pretty good price comparing to many other taxis and coach services so I would book the transfer with the hotel.

We stayed in the Junior sea view suite which had spectacular views out of each window, not to mention the two balconies! The room was decorated very nicely and plenty of room for the four of us (two children). The beachfront bar is also great! The only thing to mention is that, while our air conditioning was fine, I overheard a guest at reception complain of the very noisy one in his room which was keeping them awake, and in trying to find another room with a quieter aircon was told that they are generally all old and most are noisy so changing rooms may not help. he was desperate enough to take another room with no balcony or view just to get a good nights sleep!

Very good and well located hotel in Cala Gonone

Very good and well located hotel next to the port in Cala Gonone where all the boat tours start. The hotel has a fantastic roof terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner and a cocktail bar in front. The room was basic but with all the amenities and you won't spend much time in anyway. The staff is very helpful for any problem you might have including helping you to pay your parking fine if you forget to pay again for the parking the next morning.

Breakfast, however, was the only thing that was disappointing. Very limited choice, not always fresh pastries and pathetic coffee. It's ok for those who stay 1-2 nights, but if you are there for a week, I'd better have breakfast some other place.

Cute hotel in center of town!

Great location that is directly across from the marina. Really great jump off point to exploring the Gulfo de Orosei! We got a suite (room 210) that had 2 balconies and 2 windows overlooking the water. The room was a really nice size with a large bed, a couch and double air conditioners. The bathroom was nice but we found the shower to be very confining and tended to leak water on the floor. All of the staff were very sweet and accommodating. Our rate included breakfast which was fine enough for coffee/tea and a small snack in the morning. The parking pass for the spots out front was a totally unexpected perk and we were very grateful they offered it to us. Would recommend room 210 for 2-3 people.

Estadia incrível! O atendimento da recepção, especialmente da Anelise, foi muito eficiente e atencioso! O quarto tem bom espaço para um casal e uma criança, o café da manhã estava muito saboroso! O hotel fica numa localização privilegiada, de frente ao Porto de onde saem os passeios e vá botes alugados, além da praia e também do centro da cidade! Fizemos o checkout e nos foi possibilitado usar a ducha da jacuzzi após retorno do passeio!

L’hôtel est magnifiquement situé, avec une vue sur le port et la proximité de la plage.
Mais quel dommage d’imposer une musique du matin au soir qui fait fuir la terrasse, le bar!
Nous disposions d’une des plus belles chambres, avec balcon, mais le confort et la salle de bains auraient été modernes en 1980.
Le site du petit déjeuner, la terrasse haute, est superbe mais ne fait pas oublier la médiocrité des produits proposés, du jus de fruits au café en passant par les viennoiseries, tout est chimique et industriel.
À quasi 300€ la nuit du vendredi, tout ça est hors de prix et injustifié.

The hotel is located right infront of the Marina where you can rent a boat and Drive on your own to the amazing coast line. The accomodations are clean and in good condición. The Room is comfortable enough but the bed was a little hard. The bathroom have All the necesary toiletries. It has a small balcony with partíal view at the beach. Great hotel with beautiful views and staff

We had a great stay here for two nights. Staff at the reception was so kind and helpful with recommendations for boat trips etc. Breakfast was really good with the most beautiful views. Room was clean with a good AC. We woke up because of noice from the hallway (housekeeping and such) but with earplugs that won’t be a problem. All in all, we would love to visit this place again!
