Stayed here multiple times. I’ve loved how accommodating and friendly the manager and staff are and they are clearly focused on guest comfort. The swimming pool is super clean and perfect temperature. Will definitely be back!

The staff is not motivated to give you friendly 4 star service. They are just going through the motion like robots. I have been to many resorts in Vietnam. I was a little disappointed with this one.

Old style, needs renovation, but beach-side

There are not many options in Phan Rang-TC, with all resorts look like they have been built more than a decade ago (or longer), so old-style (thick carpets, heavy doors, dark bath rooms, inconsistent decor) and very run down, and to the pricey side for what you get (especially when comparing to nearby Nha Trang). All of them also seem to follow the Vietnamese star-system, not the international one, as this was definitely not 4 star. Saigon Ninh Chu is one of the 'better' options - mainly because of the great (and clean) beach location and your sea view from the room. The hotel is full of Russians all the time, and Vietnamese families in the weekend, so breakfast is catered for that clientele. Breakfast not continental at all, with limited options (who eats cold french fries for breakfast?) and not often replenished. Reception and check-in service was fast and good, without any complaints. The hotel is a bit out of the city center and has limited restaurant options, so better to rent a motorbike (opposite the hotel, not from the hotel) for convenience. Whatever the state of the hotel, Phan Rang-TC is a good location to be to head out on your bike and explore the coastal road south- as well as north-wards - one of the most stunning beaches and ocean views in Viet Nam!

Very good location, close to the beautiful beach

I had a very beautiful room, with superb view of the beach. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Very clean. The staff very nice and helpful. Food could be improved .

Not 4 stars, 3.5 more accurate, but okay stay.

Stayed 2 1/2 days. Immediately noticing it is not the 4 stars that it was rated. Room is 80's style dated, fairly clean. Nothing to complain about but this was more 3/3.5 stars, even for Vietnam standards. Pool is very pretty. Ocean view is very nice as well. You can walk right into the beach and ocean from hotel access. Breakfast buffet is very subpar. Honestly, I wouldn't have eaten it if I hadn't already paid for it. Food is okay, not bad, not great. For the price and being right on the ocean, it is an okay choice for the area. But personally, I will not be staying here again, was looking for something more updated and modern.

OK if you have to stay here

I was visiting family in the area and this hotel was the only decent option. I would never stay here for holiday otherwise. The rooms are old and dirty and the hotel property are also old, dirty, and no air-condition anywhere. The breakfast room was particularly hot and uncomfortable while eating.

1- Tôi đặt phòng là 2 người lớn + 1 trẻ em 7 tuổi. Nội dung trong booking của hotels.com là miễn phí ăn sáng 3 người. Nhưng gia đình tôi phải trả thêm phần ăn sáng cho trẻ em (7t) đã đăng ký.
2- Hồ bơi dơ quá. Tắm bị ngứa. Đáy hồ rất dơ.

Yêu cầu hotels.com trả lời cho chúng tôi về việc thu thêm tiền ăn sáng của trẻ em đã đăng ký.

Nice location and services

Room are roomy, clean, nice view. Staff are friendly, good restaurant services. The front desk lady need to smile to welcome customer and provide proper guidance to customer when checking in.
