Stayed here for 1 night in late September 2025. The hotel is stunning, with fantastic grounds and gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and we didn’t expect the chocolate brownie, which was a nice treat. The evening fine dining was expensive but delicious, and the ales and beers from vexin were top notch. The grounds around the hotel feel very safe, and we were able to store 2 bicycles in an outside storage facility, which was secure.

They have bikes you can borrow, I would suggest taking them for a ride in the nearby paths.

The grounds of the property are very pretty and we liked how the room was decorated, but, unfortunately, this didn't make up for the negatives. The bathroom was great, but the bed sheets had some stains and quite a few hairs, the carpet was also dirty in places. Additionally, we felt as if the staff member who checked us in could have been friendlier/more polite - they answered the phone in the middle of us talking, with no apology (some staff members were nicer though).

We stayed at this property specifically because there was a restaurant that was supposed to be very good. We had been traveling for two weeks and didn’t want to drive anywhere. However, upon check in we were told the restaurant was closed for a private event and dining in was not possible. We had to drive to a small town nearby for dinner. The room was sufficient but there were a number of items which included no instructions, such as towel warmer, skylight window that was open and we had to search for the remote to close it. There were a few other annoyances. We just didn’t feel value for what we paid. If we had known we couldn’t have dinner there, we would have stayed somewhere else. Plus we had to leave at 7:30 to catch our flight at CDG and no breakfast was available. All other places we stayed had breakfast at 7:00 a.m.

So beautiful, I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Loved our cute room in one of the other buildings, over a bridge with a beautiful small river. The grounds are gorgeous. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was delightful. I think the gal at the desk was named Maev. Very helpful and sweet. They set the bar high for the rest of our trip. But made our first night in France memorable.

Nothing was too much trouble for this excellent establishment. We had a very relaxing overnight stay in tranquil surroundings, with a superb meal in the evening, en route to our house in the Limousin. Exceptional service , particularly in these troubled times. We will definately return.

Hotel is really well presented. Food imaginative and tasty.

Young staff in restaurant are excellent. Receptionist lets down the hotel. Cool and formal when you want a helpful and welcoming approach.

Breakfast not available before 9 pm on Sunday. So we had to go without. Ridiculous for a service industry!

Stunning stay in glorious surroundings

We had an amazing 2 night stay, with a whole day to visit Monets house and garden in Giverny which far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was quirky, and relaxing set in superb countryside. The chef was excellent- I recommend his langoystinr dish which I believe should be his signature dish.

Quiet and quirky, with great chef.

We spent 4 nights here, chosen at random as close to Giverney. A small, family run place with an aspiring chef. We tried out the 6 course evening menu, which was excellent, even better when we found out at check out that it was part of a free night deal (Tuesday/Wednesday nights). Pool was small, but great to chill as was empty! Room was in a separate building, a short stroll from the main building, more expensive rooms are in the main Chateau. Spacious and modern with good size bathroom.

The main house and grounds are very beautiful, and the peacock and peahen walking around were quite the surprise. The room we stayed in was in a renovated stable- not what we were expecting, but it was comfortable and quiet. Minor complaints: the shower did not drain very well at all, there was no ventilation/fan. Major complain: the wifi/internet connection was extremely slow. (We were informed by hotel staff that this is a problem for the entire town and not something fixable by the hotel.)

Charming Northern France Hotel near Giverny

This is a gem of a hotel. The setting is pastoral and beautiful. The grounds are immaculate and peaceful. The room was exceedingly comfortable (although, of course, somewhat small by American standards but large by European), charming, with an excellent en suite bathroom. The hotel restaurant was superb and, although expensive, well worth it -- both the food and the attentive service. I would stay here again, and would highly recommend it to any friend.

Beautiful Garden Hotel

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is located near many castles you can visit. The room was clean, large, and very detailed with a coffee machine, cookies, and double sinks and private toilet in the bathroom. The old manor house, separate from the main chateau, felt like it came directly out of Pride and Prejudice. A small creek with a walking bridge takes you to the manor house. Out the window you can see the surrounding gardens, listen to the creek, and hear the church bells ring from around the corner. After a busy day of sightseeing, this was the perfect location to relax.

We did not eat at the restaurant due to some mediocre reviews. But don't let that keep you from staying at this lovely hotel!!!

Brilliant hotel, great position for centre town.

Really helpful staff who tried to make our stay enjoyable. Restaurant expensive but really beautiful food. Great breakfast!! Lovely room overlooking town centre square with its activities and fountains. A few minutes from the cathedral which would be a crime to not visit! Stay out to see the luminaire shows all over the city.

Nice, but to far from Beauvais Airport

Nice hotel but an hours drive from Beauvais Airport. Sauna and steam room were nice but limited hours, 3 ~ 6 pm, so if you are out for the day it is unavailable on your return. Room was nice / clean, but poorly soundproofed. I stayed in the annex, was woken at 4am by the TV next door. Didn't use the restaurant as thought expensive.

La gestion de la relation clientèle est déplorable. J'entends qu'il puisse s'agir d'un hôtel économique sans véritable management, du moins nous l'avons constaté, mais il y a tout de même un minimum à assurer quand on est professionnels de l'hôtellerie. Aucune gestion de l'urgence, pas de solutions trouvées/livrés à nous-même, et la direction ne répond plus aux emails une fois la région quittée. J'espère qu'il n'y a aura pas d'imprévus à votre séjour, car ils ne savent pas le gérer, ni même l'assumer.

Vi åt även middag på hotellet som var underbart god och som serverades i hotellets fina matsal.

Den enda anmälningen vi har är väl i så fall frukosten, den var kanske inte värd priset. Annars var vi så nöjda med vår vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera detta mysiga hotell!

Chambre remplie de moustiques, malgré que les fenêtres soient fermées. Je ne sais pas par où ils passent. Moustiques mort sur les murs, pas propre. Le sol n’était pas propre. Trace de moisissures sur le côté droit du lit au niveau de la plainte (chambre Centaure).

Salle de bain propre, rien à dire et bien equipé.

Draps propres.

Meuble un peu ancien, chaise, taché, rideaux taché.

Mais des petits détails qui mitigent l’avis.
Nous recevons notre clés de chambre mais arrivés à la chambre : pas de barillet sur la porte. Geste commercial : 4 petit-déjeuners offerts.
Une serviette usagée dans un des tiroirs de la table de nuit. Et une bouilloire électrique avec de l’eau un peu croupie.
18€/petit-déjeuner : cher par rapport à la taille du buffet et le choix.
Nous avons profité des nuits gratuites avec Hôtel.com mais sinon cela aurait fait cher le rapport qualité prix

If you have a really nice building, it doesn't mean its also a good hotel. We arrived on Sunday afternoon. After a long drive, would have been nice to find something to eat. No way. Hotel bar? closed till 6. Can we have a glass of wine? No.
So made coffee in the room, and went to the deck. After some search, i even found the seats for the deck chairs.
Went back to the bar 6.15.. the bartender is not here yet.
Can we have a glass of wine? No, wait for bartender..
After he arrived around 6.30, we could only order a cocktail.. could not understand why, as there was a wine safe and wine in a refrigerator...
Although everyone was friendly, this is no service..
Decided to try the restaurant.. it is overpriced somewhat, but the wine.. ok, 50 euro for a bottle of white is normal in a restaurant. As we don't drink a lot (2 glasses are fine for me with dinner), i asked for wine per glas. 20 euro for a glass (10cc). No, that is a rip-off.
Breakfast room was cold. On arriving we found 4 small croissants. Had to wait 20 min before someone fills up..
So no, we will not be going back. It is a really nice place, but the service is useless.
