El hotel cumple con lo que se necesita, los cuartos se encontraban limpios y las amenidades del hotel estaban dentro de lo aceptable. El costo beneficio es muy bueno. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento privado pero no es difícil encontrar donde estacionar cerca del hotel por lo que no le veo problema.

The room was in good condition, they just need a little effort to make this an excellent place to stay on my next trip. Make sure they have toilet paper in the bathroom, hand towels and washcloths, and probably something to step on after showering too, especially when elderly people are visiting. Thanks!

The staff were so lovely, they felt like family by the end of the week. I wasn't crazy about the room they initially gave me. It received very little natural light. But then I asked if I could have a brighter room and they put me in a nice bright room on the second floor. They were very accommodating.

We’ve spent the last two months traveling throughout Mexico, and this has been by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had anywhere.

Check-in was awful. We were placed in a room directly next to the pool with an open window and loud music blaring, with no warning. We had to immediately return to the front desk to request a quieter room.

The rooms are old, musty, and unpleasant, with a noticeable odor. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest at all. The WiFi is terrible, with a weak signal that constantly drops, and the room key repeatedly stopped working, requiring multiple trips back to the front desk just to access the room.

The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower drain was completely clogged, and there is no shower tray, which caused the shower to flood the bathroom and spill into the hotel room. This is a serious maintenance and hygiene issue.

Basic amenities were missing:

No refrigerator

Only two towels

No bathmat

Cheap, unhygienic shower curtain

When we asked for a bathmat, we were told to go to the front desk ourselves and then waited over 10 minutes for it.

What’s most shocking is how positive the Expedia reviews are. Based on our experience, they feel completely disconnected from reality and have made us question the reliability of Expedia reviews altogether.

This property fails on cleanliness, comfort, and service. Do not rely on the photos or reviews.

Did not look at all like photos. Entrance is off the street, off a busy street. Room was not like photos, bathroom smelled like urine, fridge didn't work. Bed sheets and pillow cases stained. Spent night with noisy air conditioner, cars and traffic, horns all night. Kids didn't sleep, neither did we. Definitely a budget hotel, not worth what we paid. Had to keep going down to desk to ask for more toilet paper and towels. WiFi weak. Staff friendly.

Very basic but clean room. No outlet in the bathroom. Only one outlet in the bedroom area. Nice pool. No amenities whatsoever. Beds were comfortable. Right next to a very busy street with no safe way to cross it for a few blocks. The hotel was located in an area that was not close to the more touristy areas so we left and moved to a different hotel. We were there over the Christmas holiday and there was no place in walking distance to get food other than the Subway fast food. The hotel did have coffee but no cream or sugar.

Pool was supposed to be closed at 10 but it was insanely loud well after 11. Room door wasn’t secure- you could see the outside with how big the gaps were around the door, felt very unsafe. Towels were dirty when we first got there so we had to exchange them before we could even shower. There was a tv in the room but you have to pay 1000 pesos for the remote to turn it on. Ok place if you just need a cheap one night place but wouldn’t recommend.

A 1or 2 star at best. Super simple accommodation, nice staff, but having to return tv and ac controller, to the front desk made it feel like we were not trusted as guests. No elevator, stairs only, w no available help if needed. No coffee available in the morning and the self serve water jugs were often empty.
On the upside, the pool area was lovely.

Communication goes a LONG way!

They made us give a large security deposot and then could not reimburse the credit at checkout. We had to come back a week later to get the issue resolved, very inconvenient.

We went out to dinner, came back to a locked hotel and no key, no poated phine number and no way to get back into our room.

The main gates had combination locks, but no combination was provided and took about 2 hrs to get back into the hotel for the night.

Hot water tank was alao off, but thats pretty common in Mexico, so we turmed that on ourselves.

Also, earliest checkout weve ever seen at 10AM, but will jot let you in 1 minute before 3PM.

Probably one of our worst stays ever due to poor communication (and we had a spanish speaking person with us).

On the plus side, penthouse was staggeringly gorgeous & huge. If they get their renovations finished and get their act together, they will eventually have a beautiful facility.

What a nice little oasis! From the moment you walk in, the staff is very pleasant, the plants around the pool and sitting areas are well taken care of, the air conditioning is good and the beds are comfortable. My only suggestion is for a bath mat, as tile floors are slippery when getting out of the shower!

Very nice people. The real Mexican experience.
The front desk people spoke quite a bit of English, better than our Spanish.
More fun than an all inclusive. Walk the neighbourhood for some good coffee and fun meals .
The rooms have AC and there is a nice pool in a beautiful courtyard .

Fue una experiencia terrible! es un lugar muy inseguro trataron de extorsionarnos y solamente el personal del hotel conocia nuestra informacion personal y el numero de cuarto donde estabamos y para colmo fuimos objeto de burla y sarcasmo cuando entregamos la porqueria de cuarto al siguiente dia! Despues de haber pasado una de las peores noches de nuestras vidas! Saquen sus propias concluciones y porsupuesto que no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto! No se a cuantas personas les hayan hecho lo mismo pero gracias a Dios nosotros no caimos en su trampa pero si nos hicieron pasar la.peor noche jamas volveremos a pisar este hotel y ojala y los duen̈os se enteren de las trampas que hacen sus propios empleados ! The Staff were excellent at the Hotel, our plane did not leave until 5pm they allowed us to have some time around the pool with enough time for a shower before we had to leave. They called a taxi which didn't arrive the staff checked the situation and found the driver was new and lost, they gave directions and he was at the door in 5 mins.Good service. Although our room was not perfect we had a fridge supplied and a place to hang our clothes, a microwave was available should we need to use one and hot water was supplied should we need tea or coffee. Clean sheets and towels were supplied each day with additional towels for use with the pool.We were disappointed with the hotel when we arrived but with the staff being so helpful and attentive our opinion changed for the better with in a few days. We met people there who had been visiting for the past ten years.

I don't know where to start. First I want to mention I only stayed a night out of the 5 I booked because I didn't like it I moved to another hotel and preferred to lose the money on the booking than stay there. Area is a construction site and has mounts of mud in front, cars and pedestrians have to go around the block to access the site.The motel has a pool and a nice yard, staff is friendly. When I checked in towels were missing from my room. Walls were dirty (could be mold too) and beds have dirty coverings. Beds are hard. No tv remote though tv is advertised. Safe locker doesn't work. The floors and shower appeared clean but the overall vibe is very depressing. Door has holes and a filmsy door knob so I didn't feel safe sleeping there for a night on my own. Maybe great for a family on a budget but not safe for a solo woman traveler. I didn't like the area within walking distance there wasn't much to do, restaurants in Versalles close early, there's a club open late and that's it. Hard to walk around due to the construction anyway. Definitely don't go there if you want to be close to better options or if you are travelling solo, it's depressing. Otherwise a decent cheap options but to be honest I wouldn't pay nore than $10 a night for this.

Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced daily, one day they forgot to replace towels and the front desk replaced without question. Staff was polite and greeted us almost everytime we entered. Pool was nice and grounds were clean. They did not always give a new roll of toilet paper but mostly every day. One night a few guests were very loud and they were told to stop being loud around 11 which is fair. oxxo just down the street, coffee shop and subway right next to the building is a plus. road had construction right out front and could hardly hear anything inside. wifi wasn't bad, videos would load fine but sometimes would stop for a moment to load more. Overall good stay and would recommend.

The initial listing said there was a restaurant on property. It has since closed indefinitely. The pool is not heated, but the weather was warm enough that it was tolerable, even refreshing once the day heated up. The room was clean enough, but spare.It was well within my expectations, but if you are looking for amenities, this is not your place.

One downside for me was the incessant, pounding music the motel turns on poolside at about 11am, and stays on into the evening. Not a relaxing place to sit and read by midmorning. And one evening there were a number of shrieking, running and screaming children that no one seemed fit to control. Which went on till nearly midnight. I am jot against children, I have two of my own. Who would not have been permitted to carry on like that. And the hotel staff seemed oblivious

There is a lovely cafe three doors down, and another one several blocks up around the corner.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I love it. The rooms are somewhat sparse, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. Jesús is a fine waiter and very attentive. I enjoyed every day I was there during my three weeks stay. You will too. Enjoy!

I stayed here for about 5 days, check in took about 20 minutes. I was charged more than the original price, when i checked in my roon i was surprised with the smallest beds and the smallest bathroom. The shower did not close all the way so we heard water droplets all night … the first day we had no electricity and no water and we could not shower after our long flight
The tv did not work for 4 days!
I would not recommend this place if you like comfort
