My husband and I have stayed at the Harbor House Hotel two times now, and will definitely return. The staff was great; very friendly. The breakfasts were amazing, and the room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Also loved having an espresso maker! The lounge is inviting and there are fresh flowers everywhere which add to the lovely and peaceful atmosphere.

Amazing breakfast with wonderful staff. The breakfast sure beat the powdered eggs and heat and serve sausage patties at a big chain. We had a lovely room. Only issue was the faucet for the shower was failing and so it was increasingly difficult to set the temp without being scalded. I let the front desk know at check out and they were on the phone to maintenance as I walked away! I’m looking forward to staying here again late fall when I return for work.

The only reason we gave a 4 star as apposed to a 5 is the noise that you can hear from the hallway and possibly other rooms.
The doors have a small space under them that allows you to hear everything. This would not stop us from staying at this lovely hotel again, but it might bother families.

Harbour House is a beautiful and comfortable inn. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would stay again. The decor is inviting. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast food was delicious, although I would have appreciated a little more variety for vegetarians and vegans. The wine and cheese in the afternoon was very enjoyable. There was coffee available in the lobby and in the guest bedrooms, but we would have also appreciated the availability of tea.

Overall, this visit was pleasant, but the bed in our room was very squeaky, making it difficult to sleep without disturbance. Additionally, the room wasn’t as clean as it was during our last stay. Aside from that, everything else was great.

We chose Harbour House for its unique location and pretty house, and we were not disappointed, the house was well kept and maintained, staff were polite and very helpful. They offered free welcome afternoon wine & cheese section and breakfast, we all enjoyed. The location was few blocks away from the Main Street (Queen Street), so it was quiet and less crowded. The room was spacious and well equipped with jetted tub and large shower room, everything was just right and perfect!

It is a beautiful property with nice size rooms and a gas fireplace in every room and whirlpool tub. Very friendly staff and beautifully decorated. Very comfy king bed too. Also close to downtown and easy ride to Niagara Falls. Niagara in the Lake is also beautiful with plenty of restaurants

A great location as it's walkable to everywhere without being on the really busy main street. They run a shuttle to all the restaurants, which is very easy to use - including when you need picking up. The Wine Happy Hour is a lovely way of getting to mingle with other guests!

The staff were friendly, but there was miscommunication regarding vegan options for breakfast. Check-in staff asked about dietary restrictions but it was not translated to breakfast staff and there was limited food options for my friend. From my perspective, the breakfast was very tasty, but it was disappointing in light of the earlier question.
