建物は新しくないハズですが、古さを感じない位に綺麗にされています。
システム上は小学生の子供含む3人1部屋での予約は出来ませんが、先に電話で相談すると、大人2名で予約入れてメッセージ欄に子供の件を書き込んでおくと対応してくれます。
朝食に関しては品数は少ないですが、ビュッフェスタイルになっています。
宿泊者はロビー横のスペースにあるフリードリンク（宿泊者以外は有料）とマッサージチェアが無料で使用出来る点はオススメだと思います。

今回は外国籍の同僚と別々に宿泊。私は問題なかったのですが、壁の薄さによる隣部屋の騒音、道路の音も気になったとの事で、よく眠れなかったと言われました。外国籍の方は避けたほうが良いかも知れません。

ロケーションは静かな場所なので良かったですが、枕が硬いし低い。サービス内容を確認したが、枕の選択はないみたいだった。朝食は、ブュッフェスタイルでしたが、クオリティは低め。ベーコンは焼き過ぎ、卵焼きは無い、ソーセージも美味しくない、味噌汁はうすい。ただ、納豆は他のホテルビュッフェよりも美味しく、良かった。ジンジャーエール飲み放題なのも、好きな人にはいいサービスだと思います。無料貸し出しのDVDはサービスとして謳うなら、もっと充実させないと！ あれならやらない方がいい。

仕事で4泊滞在しました。部屋自体が小さいですが、清潔で、水回りもきれいでした。暖房がよく効き、とてもあたたくなりました。ホテル近くに食堂やアルプラザもあり、生活にも不便がありませんでした。無料WIFI、パーキングもできるので、助かります。またお世話になります。

近くに大きなショッピングセンターがあって便利です
サービスや客室については十分、充実しています。徒歩で行ける圏内にショッピングセンターがあり、買い物や食事にも困りません。また、20時までですが、ホテルの駐車場敷地内に美味しい唐揚げやさんがあって、とても良かったです。自動車移動が必要ですが、人工温泉にゆくこともでき、その際にはフロントで少し安いチケットを買うこともできました。とても満足しています。

施設の感想は新品ではないが手入れを抜かりなくしている印象です。宿泊当日は寒かった為、朝、水が出なくで困りましたが、1時間程度で回復しました。
フロントは若い方が気さくに話しかけていただきとても好印象でした。ホテルにはホテルのお作法があるかもしれませんが、私にとっては彼の気さくさが一番のおもてなしになりました。
