Confortable low cost hotel
I stayed for 2 weeks on Business. Excellent Japanese breakfast which has different bits each day. Hotel is on a main road but is quiet, no noise disturbance. Hotel is 15 minutes walk from Tsukuba Center, but there's nowhere to eat in the immediate area which is the biggest drawback. I did have some issues connecting to the wifi in the room - some days it wouldn't connect so I used an Ethernet cable. Wifi in the lobby worked well. Overall for the low price of £35 per night it was far above my expectations and one I would go back to if I'm in the area again

The breakfast was cold and very poor quality. The hotel is old and worn. The bathroom floor sounded like it was going to break through! The wifi connection was also extremely poor.

I stayed by myself for one night on a business trip.
This was a decent, basic hotel, with kind and helpful staff. I would go back again.
The public bath is all right, and there is also a small outdoor bath (rotenburo).

3 週間ぶりの滞在です．つくば出張の際はいつもここ．決め手は大風呂です．設備は古いですが，きれいに保たれています．ただし今回は，すこし掃除が甘かったかも，です．

リピータです．大風呂がきなので，つくば出張の際はいつもここです．建屋はやや古く，室内のユニットバスや廊下やロビーなど，あちこちくたびれている感はありますが，掃除は行き届いているようで，不潔感はないです．大風呂も快適です．このサイズで露天風呂があるのがよいです．泊まった日は生姜湯でした．こういった細かい心遣いも粋で大好きです．無料の朝食も，こぢんまりとしていますが貧相なわけではなく，大変ありがたいです．泊まった日は朝カリーもあり，なかなかおいしかったです．

コロナ対策も充分に実施されています。建物外観は、古さを感じますが、内部、室内は、とても綺麗に保たれています。エアコンのフィルターも非常に綺麗でした。朝食も、コロナ対策をした上で、おかずは、お弁当タイプにしていますが、ご飯と味噌汁は、温かいものを提供していただきました。機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

仕事でつくばへ行く際に利用しました．大風呂が好きなので迷いなく選びましたが，期待以上でした．建屋は古いのですが天皇陛下も皇太子のころご宿泊されたそうな（ロビーに写真あり）．部屋は清潔に保たれていました．ただ（使いませんでしたが）お部屋のシャワーの壁の継ぎ目の防水ゴムシールがカビているのがいただけません．なかなか掃除も大変でしょうが，カビキラーするか上塗りして消しましょう．もう一点，室内のテーブルの縁を補修していますが（補修はまめにやっているようですね），塗料を選んだ方がよいかもしれません．ペンキだとべたつき感が残るので，掃除をしてあってもべたついて，掃除されていない印象を受けます．大風呂はとても快適でした．この規模で露天風呂があるのは驚きです．ロビーや廊下に運営グループの活動が展示してありましたが，運営母体が地域貢献をしている素晴らしい企業なのだなと感銘を受けました．社員の育成もしっかりやられているようで，フロントの方は若い方でしたが，しっかりと礼儀正しく対応していただき，とても感じがよかったです．朝食も無料であそこまで用意されているのは驚きました．全体として大変満足したので，これからも使いたいと思います．コスパもよかったです．
