Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura con la mia famiglia (mio marito e mio figlio di 4 anni). I proprietari sono incredibilmente cordiali, disponibili, loquaci e molto gentili. La posizione nel cuore della Toscana è un sogno. La camera era confortevole, pulita e funzionale. La colazione era piuttosto varia. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze o Bologna, soggiornerei sicuramente in questa struttura.

This is a really unusual gem run by two lovely people who were lovely and very helpful. We were welcomed almost as part of their family and enjoyed sharing their little bit of paradise on the side of the hillside. Beautiful views. Few facilities on site apart from sitting peacefully looking at the scenery but that is very worthwhile.

A perfect place to vacation
Superlative. The setting is magnificent, nestled in the hills with sensational sweeping views. It’s a restored 1780s farmhouse run by a Swiss-Italian couple, who treat their guests like family. More like the families on old TV shows. It’s a working farm with dozens of horses, 3 dogs, a cat, and a handful of chickens (whose fresh eggs are served every morning). Everything is clean, comfortable, and well appointed, but don’t come here looking for plush. About 200m away is an unassuming restaurant with terrific local food and good service at a reasonable price. The place is close enough to the highways to be close to lots of fantastic day trips, but far enough away to be truly rustic and relaxing. We were there for a long time and the other guests were uniformly friendly and neighborly. Definitely highly recommend.

Sitio con mucho encanto y con magníficas vistas en plena Toscana. Tanto la habitación como el baño super limpios, está todo muy cuidado. Tienen aparcamiento para los vehículos. Los dueños son super amables y serviciales, siempre pendientes para que te encuentres a gusto, incluso se molestaron en reservarnos en un restaurante para cenar, que por cierto estaba riquísimo. Sus mascotas me han encantado. Muchas gracias por todo! Esperamos volver algún día!

Un grand merci à Titty et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil très chaleureux. La maison d'hôtes en pierres a beaucoup de charme, elle est idéale pour se détendre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les deux chiens de Titty sont adorables ! Nous avons vu également ses chevaux, ses poules et son chat. Fattoria Ca' di Fatino est un paradis pour les gens qui aiment les animaux. Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur !

Titty og Willy er fantastiske mennesker som i løpet av vårt 6 dagers opphold tok oss imot med åpne armer. Oppholdet føltes som å besøke gode venner. Det har vært godt å være omringet av landlige omgivelser og masse dyr, med bare 45 min kjøring fra Bologna/Firenze. Vi trivdes svært godt og kommer gjerne tilbake. Kan ambefales på det varmeste.

The owners was so sweet and welcoming! And a beautiful area! Cozy restaurant just nearby where we had really good food. The comfort however was not up to standard: the double bed were very very soft and the actual duvets and linen was quite old and a bit smelly. The place was extremely noisy as well as one could literally hear the guests farting and sneezing upstairs as well as flushing the toilet. The breakfast was alright.
Again the hostess was really really friendly and nice and we even got a farewell present upon check out. We would actually love to come back in the summer if the place just had better beds as the comfort of beds really mean a lot to us. As well as no noise.

Out in the middle of nowhere, with a view over the mountains, this little gem is hidden. The owner is a absolutely charming old lady, who lives too in the house dating back close to 800 years! There is a restaurant just a few minutes walk along the road that you might want to try out too.
