Nice and clean room. The TV was useless for us, with only a few channels, all in Thai language only. The breakfast and place where served was awesome. The Shore restaurant, nice position at the beach, but food Ok and several misshap due to communication. The hotel has a great infinity pool, and private beach area. Both are great, but probably would be too crowded, if hotel woukd be at full caacity and all gustes will want to use those. Lucky for us the hotel was not full, and there were less people on the beach or pool, than those seen at breakfast. Except a fire show repeating every few days, there is no other entertainment. It worked well for us, as we wanted a quiet and restful vacation, but some might want different things. Even with a few small problems at Shore restaurant, this is a hidden gem. Take a chance with a vacation here, before will become too popular. A special thanks to Brian, who worked tirelessly to insure customer are well taken care, and resolve any issues occured.

I booked a garden view room and they gave me a construction view. I informed the staffs and requested a change and they refused. I contacted support and they refused to respond. The room also had damages and throughout my stay there was construction noise. This is unfair as I specifically chose this hotel for comfort and beach proximity. But the treatment by the staffs and refusal to fix the problem made the stay really bad. I was also made to sit for almost an house from 5 to 6 pm to checkin because they were still cleaning the room. At 5 pm.

A good hotel. The deluxe room we had was excellent, clean and a good size for 2 of us. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, even those who didn’t speak English (and why should they) did their best to understand and be understood. We stayed after our civil wedding and before and after our traditional ceremony at my wife’s family home, the hotel put extra decorations on the bed to make it romantic and special, a lovely unexpected gesture. The one thing I gathered from one of our party is there is a big difference between superior and deluxe rooms so it’s worth spending the extra money. Some of our party said the corner rooms are excellent too

They gave us a coupon for a free welcome drink when we checked in. Tried to use it at the bar. The only drink we could have was was for a glass of fake (very sweet) orange juice which is equivalent to something called Sunny Delight which you find everywhere in USA. Also my room was not very clean. I could tell they didn’t change pillow cases before we arrived. It was the same one from the previous guest. Very disgusting. Do not stay here.

1st time stay at Sand Dunes

First time staying here for only overnight. Looks like rooms were renovated in 2016 but bathrooms could use some attention. Everything was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the toilet not working and they fixed it immediately. My only criticism would be no one greeted or offered assistance with luggage when we arrived. Front desk never even said hello to me. Decent buffet breakfast.

Nicely designed hotel. Modern building and room. Beautiful pools and beachfront. Closed to restaurant and market. Good breakfast in terms of selection as well as dining room. However, maintenance is not so good. Dirts and small pieces of papers can be seen after cleaning, also spider web in the bathroom. Better go there before it gets old.

The hotel is attached to the sea, Chaolao Beach in Chanthaburi province. It's quite private. Overall atmosphere is very good.

The reception is poor. We have to wait the room about 2.5 hr. Staff is quite professional.

Room is big and clean. Water pressure of shower is low pressure. The balcony is designed for sea facing in all room.
Wifi in room is fast but limit for 2 devices only.

The restaurant is reasonable price and delicious. Breakfast is variety.

Overall result is very good except staff that need to improve. Price for the room is quite expensive.

1. When I arrival hotel reservations cannot check my booking, it waste around half hour.
2. When I book though hotel.com it show me I book that is double king bed but when I go inside room that is 2 single bed.
3. Low pressure of shower water that not enough for take shower and wash hair!

Ja das Hotel ist kein Jungbrunnen mehr. Aber wir hatten hier ein tolle Zeit und würden immer wiederkommen. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Das wlan läuft. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück wenn viele Gäste da sind ist der Wahnsinn. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bei Brian dem Manager bedanken. Er hat uns nicht wie Gäste behandelt, sondern wie Familie. I had a fantastic stay! It couldn't have been better. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe is important to me, and I truly did here. Incredibly friendly staff, amazing room, fantastic location... Delicious food in the restaurant. I grew so fond of everyone and actually felt sad to leave. The staff made my stay a 10/10. The hotel had excellent facilities and was very fresh. No noise or disturbances! I recommend this hotel to everyone, whether you're traveling alone, as a family, or as a couple.

We stayed only 1 nite because we needed to overnite in Chantaburi before heading to Koh Kood. Hotel had a great location by the beach. Rooms was nice but no view of the beach (room 1407). Hot water in the shower took forever to get warm. The hotel was was not busy. We were hoping for a room with a better view. But since we booked the cheapest rate, the kind but “go by the book” receptionist said not possible…. Inspite of the low occupancy. Most hotels i’ve stayed at offer free upgrade when occupancy is low… making me as guest more appreciated, which adds to better customer experience. We like the hotel because of location, food, facilities… but service could be better.

En ægte ‘Hidden Gem’. Stranden er meget privat og smuk - lækkert sand og klart vand. Fantastisk pool - ren og velholdt! Kolde drikkevarer og god mad fra The Shore. Hotel manageren var meget venlig og hjælpsom, og vi manglede intet under opholdet. Rigtig god morgenmad med frisklavede æg, søde sager, thailandske retter og alt hvad man havde brug for. Et lille tog man kunne tage ned til stranden var et sjovt påfund og meget fint, især til børn! En perle i Thailand! Vil klart anbefale.

ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นตัวของผู้ที่เข้าพักเป็นคนแขก กลิ่นแรงมากไม่มีการใช้น้ำหอม หรือดับกลิ่น จนลูกค้าต้องเอาน้ำหอมมาฉีดเอง ในเรื่องนี้ถือว่าไม่ดี ทำให้เป็นภาพลบ และทีวีก็ไม่ดี ความชัดไม่ดีเลยดูไม่ได้ การเตรียมของร้านอาหารไม่พร้อม เพราะต้องรู้แขกที่พักว่าเทศกาล ร้านเราจ้องพร้อมไม่ใช่รอนานๆมาก และแถมโรงแรมแจกคู่ปองให้ไปใช้สรึป ฉีกทิ้งไม่มีประโยชน์ ต้องไปกินที่โรงแรมอื่นๆแทน

โรงเเรม location ดีมากคะ มีสระว่ายน้ำดี มีหน้าหาดกว้างเเละสวย เเต่ หน้าฝนไม่มีใครลงทะเลได้ น้ำทะเลคลื่นเเรงเเละไม่สะอาด ห้องพักที่ีชอบคือ Pool Access ที่พัก คือดีกว่าทุกแบบ เเนะนำ เเต่ราคาอาจสูงมากเมือ่เทียบกับที่อื่นในระยอง หรือ จัน อาหารเช้าดีพอใช้ได้ พนักงานบริการดีมากๆๆ ที่จอดรถดีมากเจอฝนตกตลอดทั้งวันเเต่ที่จอดมีที่บัง เดินก้อไม่เปียก ห้อง Fitness ปานกลางคะ เครื่องเล่น ธรรมดา คนใช้น้อย

ทำจองไป 2 ห้องพร้อมกัน ได้ห้องพักคนละตึกกับเพื่อนเลย คืนที่เข้าพักเป็นคืนที่ห้องพักเต็ม เลยไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนห้องอะไรให้ได้
ห้องพัก - จองห้องพักวิวทะเล เปิดระเบียงมาเป็นข้างรั้วของโรงแรม วิวทะเลแบบไกลๆ ความสะอาดของห้องพักยังต้องปรับปรุง ฝุ่นที่พื้นเดินติดเท้า ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่สะอาด ต้องเรียกให้พนักงานมาเปลี่ยนให้เลย
อาหารเช้า - รสชาติดี มีหลากหลาย คนเยอะแต่ปริมาณก็เพียงพอต่อลูกค้า

ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กมาก ราคาแพง

เข้าพักห้องดีลักซ์ ราคาห้องประมาณ4,000 บาท ห้องมีขนาดเล็ก ในช่วงเข้าพักมีกลุ่มสัมมนาจำนวนมากทำให้เกิดความเสียงดัง ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัว ห้องอาหารเช้าอาหารเยอะแต่มีผู้เข้าพัก กลุ่มสัมมนา คนเยอะทำให้อาหารหมดเร็วและพนักงานไม่เติมอาหาร ถามพนักงานบอกว่าอาหารหมดแล้ว ราคาห้องพักขนาดนี้น่าจะดีกว่านี้

โรงแรมติดหาดเดินทางสะดวกที่จอดรถเยอะดี

เหมาะสำหรับมาพักผ่อนแบบเป็นครอบครัว ที่พักใกล้ที่กิน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ถ้าครั้งหน้ามาเที่ยวจันทบุรีอีกกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนครับ

บรรยากาศสวย ห้องพักสะอาด คุ้มราคา เด็กๆชอบ

พักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่ 2 ค่ะ ประทับใจสถานที่ ห้องพักและการบริการของพนักงาน ครั้งนี้มากับครอบครัว เด็กๆชอบสระว่ายน้ำมากค่ะ อาหารอร่อย แต่น่าเสียดายลูกค้าเต็ม 100% ห้องอาหารเลยแน่นไปนิดนึงค่ะ

ห้องกว้าง สะอาด แต่อุปกรณ์เก่าไปหน่อย ผ้าปูที่นอนเริ่มเปื่อย แต่โดยรวมดีมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีให้เลือกเยอะ
