I stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a very comfortable bed.

Excellent choice if staying in this small, somewhat remote city. Beautiful building and rooms. I stayed for five nights… there are some service hiccups for us westerners, but all is forgiven due to the very friendly and earnest staff. The food is excellent and I don’t say that often. Breakfast is a vast spread featuring both western and Asian dishes including omelette and noodle stations. I had cocktails and dinner four different nights and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.

big clean room with nice staffs. Water temperature from the shower was unpredictable (suddenly turned too hot or too cold). Breakfast spread was not good with many tasteless dishes (only a hand full of customers eating breakfast each day during my 3-day stay so it was tough for the chef to cook many dishes for such a small crowd).

Just an escape from Hanoi pollution

The area is not used to foreigners, but also, kids in the hotel were rowdy (splashing water at us, ringing our doorbell and running away). There are not that many places nearby to eat at, not many attractions. But it was a nice escape from Hanoi pollution.

Hotel only 2 weeks new! Very nice and luxurious facilities and rooms. Very comfortable sleeping environment. We had a wonderful and lovely experience! Spa service was excellent and very relaxing!

ホテルは非常に素晴らしのですが、ハノイ中心部からかなり離れており、公共交通機関でハノイに行くのは非常に難しいです。これは私の調べ方が悪かったのであり、ホテルには責任がないのです。ホテルは非常に素晴らしく、朝食も豪華でおいしかったです。ハウスキーピングを含めて、非常に良かったです。ホテルでの宿泊を楽しみにしているのでしたらお勧めです。

L'hôtel est très bien (même si les murs de la piscine aurait besoin d'être repeint). Le personnel est compétent. Le seul bémol est peut être la ville située à une trentaine de km des sites touristiques de la région.

利用時期が旧正月後の時期であり、隣接のショッピングセンターも休業していて不便であった。前回も利用時はオープンしており、ちょっとした買い物にも大変便利であった。朝食もおいしく、妻はいつもフォーを2杯いただいている。

新しいホテルですね。設備は良かったです。小さいながらもショッピングセンターが併設され、シネマもありました。ショッピングセンター前では保育園児？のイベントもしていました。治安も悪い地区ではないので外出も可能です。

さすがの5つ星ホテルで、施設的には３つ星とは大きくことなっています。28階の建物の27階に泊まりましたので、景色は素晴らしく、ベッドもバスルームも文句なしです。トイレではトイレットペーパーをそのまま流せました。朝食はエクセレントです。基本、ビュッフェスタイルで頂きますが、セットも別に注文でき、その日は牛肉などの煮込みのスープやチャーハン、ブロッコリーやキノコ、豚肉等の炒め物でした。どれもおいしく、日本のいい感じのレストランで頂くレベルの食事でした。カットフルーツの盛り合わせもgoodです。唯一の欠点は、1時間に1回程度の頻度で、5秒～10秒ほど雷のようなゴゴーっという音がずーっとしており、何度か夜中に目を覚ましてしまう状況になっていたことです。そこは通常はあり得ないことなので、ベトナム感が出ていました。
