Rude front office clerk

The front office person was very rude to the customer. We asked for 1 more bath towel but he said it’s not authorized. Refused to give us a towel. They provide a towel later. I never met any hotel’s front office person is rude to the cusomers.

Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village.

Lovely little hotel, spotlessly clean with spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly reception staff. Good value for money. Excellent entertainment options on a huge TV. Limited food/drinks available on site but plenty of options nearby.

Just to note that the hotel is in a part of town used by sex workers and many of the hotels in this area are love hotels with strip clubs nearby. (which made sense of the floor-to-ceiling mirrors by the bed and a few other design touches in our room!).

This did not mean the area was unsafe - it was busy and well lit in the night time and the hotel was perfectly fine but it just might be a bit offputting if you are not aware in advance.

We didn't have a problem and were happy with the hotel itself.

Lots of potential.

Parking was abundant and safe. Check in and out was extremely easy. Huge tv was cool and a desktop computer connected directly to it so we could stream all our content. Sound system on TV was poor. Room smelled like smoke the whole time. Hotel bar had a great view and decent beer. If not for the smoke smell, and the sound system id give this hotel a 5/5 for what you pay for.

솔직 후기

전체적인 청결도는 그나마 공주에서 나은 것 같음
그러나 깨끗하다는 이야기는 아님.
에어컨에 먼지가 덕지덕지 눌러붙은게 보임.
제발 슬리퍼는 일회용이었음 좋겠음
검정 슬리퍼가 미끌거림.. 누가 어떻게 사용했을지 모르는 슬리퍼... 그래도 스타일러가 있는 것에 깜짝 놀람

호텔 공주 스위트룸 만족스러웠어요~

밤늦게 도착했고 만실인 상황에서도 주차장 넓어서 별 어려움없이 주차할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 8층 스카이라운지에서 밤에는 공산성 야경 보면서 즐거운 시간 보냈고, 아침에는 1인당 7천원에 한식으로 조식 먹을 수 있어서 참 편리했습니다.

카운터에 남자 사장님이 처음에 너무 불친절해서 별로였는데 가만히 보니 너무 피곤해서 그러신것 같더라구요;;, 그정도는 감안해주시면 될 것같구요, 그래도 여자분이 친절하셔서 괜찮았습니다. 야경이 너무 이쁘고 객실도 깨끗하고 가격이 너무 비싸지만 ㅠ 다음에 또 오고 싶은 객실입니다.

아침식사 쿠폰을 만원 주고 구입하였으나 비용에 비해 반찬구성이 영 아니었습니다. 침대시트도 매일 교체하는지 살짝 의심이 들었습니다. 머리와 발부위는 주름이 없는데 몸이 닿는 부위는 주름이 많은 상태였습니다. 혼자 자기도 하고 귀찮기도해서 그냥 침대위에 수건깔고 잤습니다.

룸이 넓고 깨끗해서 만족했습니다.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 룸이 넓어서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 필요 어메니티도 잘 갖춰져 있었구요, 1층에서 커피와 생수를 마음대로 가져가 마실 수 있던 부분은 정말 좋았어요. 가장 좋았던 건 방에서 보이는 '공산성 야경'인데요, 뷰가 즐거운 숙박에 한몫했습니다.

8층 스카이라운지가 운영이 안되고 있어서 조식을 먹을 수 없었다. 리버뷰인줄 알고 스위트룸을 예약했지만 스위트룸은 반대쪽 전망만 있는 룸이다. 사전에 미리 알 수 있었다면 스위트룸을 이용하지 않았을 것이다. 리셉션은 필요한 것을 다 알려주지만 상당히 사무적이다.

가족 여행이라 2개를 얻었는데 1개는 업그레이드 해서 괜찮았고 저희가 사용한 2층은 9시가 되어야 난방이 되어 바닥이 차가웠고 침대는 추울까 전기장판이 있더라고요.ㅠ
히터를 켜서 추위를 견뎌야 하는..
욕실은 전면에 있고 필름지가 붙었지만 변기가 바로 보여

공산성 바로 앞이고, 교통이 매우 편리하다. 다만, 주위에 모텔이 너무 많다. 차로 이동해서 크게 상관은 없었지만. 방은 매우 따뜻하고 안마의자가 꽥 유용했다.

모텔촌에 있는 호텔이다. 모텔을 개조한 호텔로 생각된다. 모텔 냄새인지 좀 불편한 냄새가 나고 벌레가 있는 것 같다. 청소가 제대로 안 되는 듯하다. 적어도 3.5성급은 아니다. 아침 식사는 대체로 만족한다. 공산성을 바라보며 맛있는 조식을 즐겼다.

잘 머물고 갑니다.

조금 오래된 건물인 듯 하지만, 리뉴얼이 잘 되어 있어서 방도 크고, 안마기에 컴퓨터 등 각종 편의시설이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 숙소 자체는 정말 만족스러웠습니다.


다만 주변 모텔 건물들 때문에 유흥가 분위기가 나서 바깥에 가족들을 데리고 나가는 것이 조금 꺼려졌습니다.

그리고 아침식사가 밥과 국, 간단한 반찬들로 가정식처럼 제공되는 데 1만 원까지 하나 생각이 들었습니다.

스타일러 공기청정기 안마기 등 다양한서비스가있고공산성과의접근성도좋아요. 아쉬웠던건들어가자마자담배냄새가ㅜㅜ 특히화장실에서많이났어요. 욕조가커서좋은데 욕실바닥에항상물이흥건하게고여있어서불편했어요. 침구나가운은깨끗했습니다. 가성비괜찮습니다.

스위트룸이 방도 욕실도 정말 넓고 편했어요. 여름휴가 여행 마지막날 경유지라 안마의자에서 피로도 풀고 잘쉬었네요. 컴퓨터가 안되서 약간 아쉬움은 있지만 1시 체크아웃은 정말 여유있고 좋았습니다.

공주에는 호텔이라해도 대부분 다 모텔급인듯합니다.
일단 대실있다는것에 대해 의아했구여.

좋은점
1. 주차장 넓다.
2. 침구류는 청결함
3. 방 종류에 따른 가격 세분화 됨
(고층, 리버뷰...) + 40,000 , +50,000 등
4. 물과 커피 무료제공 (아침먹고 공주 관광나갈때 1개씩 챙겨가면 좋아요)
5. 아침식사 (주말 10,000 / 주중 7,000) 해장국 먹는것보다 훨씬 좋습니다. 반찬도 다양하고 맛도 있음.


아쉬운점
1. 방 종류에 따라 저렴한 스텐다드는 몽창 2층..ㅠㅠ
2. 스텐다드에는 마사지기계 없고
3. 침대옆 쇼파 음식 얼룩

스타일러가 있어서 출장여행시 좋습니다.

주변에 모텔들이 많이 모여 있지만, 외관부터 다른 숙소에 비하여 깨끗하며, 디럭스룸 룸컨디션도 좋습니다.
무엇보다 스타일러가 있어서 정말 좋았네요.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 특히 스타일러는 많은 도움이 되었어요. 아침 조식도 싸고 깔끔했습니다. 공주에는 특급호텔이 없어 불편할 거라 예상했었는데 아담하고 편안하고 좋았습니다.

공산성 건너 위치. 가족 여행도 많이 오시는 곳 같아요. 스타일러 있고 화장실 널찍 깨끗. 소음없고 조용해요.
모텔촌 위치. 대실하는 커플들 많아요. 3.5스타 호텔은 아닌거 같아요. 그냥 조금 쾌적한 모텔.

작년 여름이후 에어컨 청소 안했는지 에어컨에 덕지덕지 눈으로도 보이는 먼지가 달려있고요. 진짜 너무 더러워서 에어컨 틀기가 망설여져요.

근데 에어컨 키면 다른방 담배냄새 엄청 들어와요. 분명 금연 객실이라 광고하지만, 손님 담배 피는거에 대해 숙소에서 크게 제지 안하는거 같아요.

에어컨 환기구 방끼리 다 연결되어 있다는 뜻이니. . 방안에 있다고 코로나로 부터 안전한건 아닐듯.
전기주전자 내부 바닥도 물때로 진득했고요.

다른건 다 만족인데, 먼지구덩이 담배연기 뿜는 에어컨때문에 너무너무 불만족이에요.

프론트에 말하였으나 뿌린지 시간이 얼마 안되서라고하여
참았으나 밤새 심하였음
창문바로 앞에 옆건물 콘크리트벽이 꽉막혀있음

갈만해요

객실내 머리카락이 몇군데서 보였지만 전반적으로는 깨끗해 보였어요. 주차공간 넓어 편했고, 아침조식은 맛은 있었지만 주말이라 인당 1만원 가격은 비싸보였어요.

강변뷰 아주 좋았습니다!

걍쪽 창가에서 들려오는 금벽로가 메인 도로라 밤에는 생각보다 소음이 커서 숙면하기는 힘들었어요. 하지만, 야경으로 보는 공산성은 아주 일품이었습니다. 강변뷰를 선택할만한 가치가 있어요. 객실은 좀 더 세심했더라면 완벽했을 정도로 깨끗했습니다.
