Clean room recently renovated in quiet convenient location. Great place also for dinner at the Indian restaurant which has some of the best Indian food we have eaten. Simple check in and departure would highly recommend staying for cost effective accommodation.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this stay to people who are looking for a nice stay. The room smelt like sewage, it was not clean, people smoking outside the rooms all night. Found rubbish in the draws. There has been an attempt to some upgrades but a long way off at the moment. I hardly slept choking on cigarette smoke. I notified the owner and got a non satisfactory response. I found another place but of course no refund from the this place. Highly not recommended.

Somewhat clean. Bed reasonably comfortable but interior should be ripped out and redone. Furniture at the Salvation Army would be in better condition. It would hurt to fill the holes in the walls and add new screens to the windows. Very disappointing especially paying neatly $200 for the room

This property was filthy. The mould was flaking off in the bathroom and on the curtains. The roof of the bathroom was truly a sight to behold.
The manager was nice when we requested help to move along some drunks who were shouting right outside our room.
As an allergy sufferer, this place was a total no-go.
Considering this was one of the more expensive options in Coota on the weekend we were there, I am severely disappointed.

Tried not to return my money for a room that smelt worse than any pub when you could smoke in it. Whole room needed a deep clean, carpet etc was dirty, basin had cigarette burns in it. I was to stay here with two young girls, however after persistence with the manager I got my money back. I have stayed here in the past and highly doubt I’ll be back, I cannot express how disgusting this room was! The manager later conceded that he was aware of its condition, however this took some hours and persistence from me. Absolutely the worst motel experience I have ever had.

An old and basic property. My room had twin beds and it was quite a tight fit. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the duvet very heavy.
The shower was great, with good water pressure. Some of the corners had been forgotten in cleaning, and one of the lamps was not working. General lighting was fairly poor.
The front-of-house staff member was extremely helpful and considerate, and I enjoyed the take-out food from the attached (Indian) restaurant.

The staff knew nothing about where to get food in town, only one place, to which she gave me very poor directions, in the wrong direction.

The room was clean but run down. No milk in the fridge for the provided Iternational Roast Coffee- which is awful!
Left early so that I could have a shower and a decent coffee.

The first room we were given had a used towel left in the bath room and the bed had a big black stain on the pillow and blankets.
The second room had tiles missing in the bathroom, the doors wouldn't shut unless you forced them with your body weight.
The toaster wouldn't work unless you held the power plug into the wall.

We didn't end up staying. The door to the room shook in the breeze because of a dodgy repair to the door lock. As a result of the dodgy repair the door was not secure and could easily be broken in to. I was shown another room which had exactly the same problem. It faced the same side of the hotel and the door shook in the breeze as well. The hotel feels worn and old but all I ask for is a safe and quiet place for my family to sleep. Staff have stated owner refused to refund any of my payment. Owner has not returned my calls. I have lodged a complaint with fair trading.

Very dated. Carpet in need of a steam clean. Was offered milk. I assumed it would be in a sealed container with date on it. I was provided with milk poured into a silver jug with no lid etc. Toaster provided but no small plates or butter knife. Very old fridge did not keep food cold. Beds comfortable with clean linen. Bathroom adequate.

As an overnight stay, to break a long journey, this was a pleasant motel. Being able to park at the room door, and having a ground level room, is not always possible in other towns and motels, but is very nice to simplify arrival and departure. Room facilities were fine, cleanliness excellent, and the tariff represents value for 2019 and a country location.

Good place for a short stay

We stayed for four nights, as we did not like the room that was given to us the management was happy to give us another room. The service here was excellent, rooms are cleaned and fresh linen supplied daily. The motel is ten minutes walk to town.

Entrance where car is parked overlooks car repair yard and general scrub. Room dark and generally ok but mouldy shower. Bed was comfortable. Room needs updating. Especially bathroom. Now very run down. Used to be a good motel with a nice resteraunt. There were some absolute idiots staying there when I was and the proprietors did absolutely nothing about it. Also I would like to remind hte current managers that you are not dong us a favour by letting us stay in your establishment, but we are actually keeping you in business! ( How long that is going to last is debatable!)

Great hotel within walking distance to main street

We were there for a wedding and it was perfect. The farden area outside next to the pool was the perfect spot to sit down with your breakfast before the long drive home.
The staff were great and always so friendly.

Lovely Motel in Cootamundra

Could not get accommodation in Temora and found this motel on Expedia. The lady at check in was very friendly, helpful and a fountain of information on both Cootamundra and surrounding districts. Location is peaceful, close to all the amenities in the town.
