Tolle Lage, sehr empfehlenswert

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in toller Lage. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt: alles sauber, verhältnismäßig neu eingerichtet und ein freundlicher Service. Frühstücken durfte ich auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Abteikirche.

Hotellet er under renovering. Jeg fik et af de renoverede værelser og det var fint. Der mangler dog plads på badeværelset. Alt er er rent og pænt som forventet. Gode muligheder for parkering ved hotellet, og gode spisesteder tæt på.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Stadtmitte ist sehr gut. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Kein Lift vorhanden. Hilfe beim Koffertragen von der Chefin. Enge Dusche 80 x 80 cm ohne Ablagemöglichkeit von Seife etc.. Handtuchhalter neben Waschbecken abgerissen und noch nicht repariert. Altes und defektes Fernsehen wurde erst auf meine Bitten ausgetauscht. (Junior-Suite Nr. 3 im rückwärtigen Anbau) Für den Parkplatz wurden mir 5,00 € pro Nacht abgezogen, obwohl in dem ausliegenden Hotel-Vorstellungsheftchen nur 2,50 € angegeben waren.

Wochenendausflug nach Prüm

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen gegenüber der Abtei Kirche. Cafés, sehr gute Restaurants sind in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Es steht ein hoteleigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. In der Sommer- und Ferie Zeit sollte früh genug gebucht werden, da das Hot sehr beliebt ist bei Bikern. Fahrrad und Wandergruppen. Man kann Einzelzimmer aber auch Suiten mit Wohn-, Schlafraum, Küche, Bad und großem Balkon relativ günstig buchen.

Located in the city center, complete breakfast.

In general everything is nice. There is a fridge with beers and a nice room to have them. The breakfast is complete and good quality.
The only negative is the parking. According to apparently old info the price was 2.50 euros, but the real price was 5 euros. In my opinion it should be include with the room price, which it was more or less acceptable. Or it should clear and then you can decide!

Ikke prangende; men rent, pænt og velfungerende. Meget venligt personale. Øl i køleskab på gangen, hvor man selv tog + slog en streg på et stykke papir. Morgenmad fin. Til prisen meget anbefalelsesværdigt.

Bra läge och smidigt service,

Rent och fint i receptionen och allmäna ytrummen. Man hade även en kylskåp med öl i korridoren. Vi välde comfort och det var helt ok rum med jättestor badrum. Bekväma sängar dock lite mjukager än det behövs. Hela hotellet är gjort med bra tanke på detaljer. Centralt läge och kunnig personal.

Vi havde desværre fået værelser i den gamle afdeling. Meget kolde værelser. Ikke engang dagen efter med fuld varme på radiator, var værelset varmt. Sengene lå man ikke godt i. De skulle have været skiftet for mange år siden. Ekstremt lydt! Kunne hele natten høre naboen snorke! Så det blev kun til 3 timers søvn! På trods af, det var et ikke ryger værelse, så lugtede det fælt af røg! Flotte nye badeværelser. Det er forsøgt gjort hyggeligt/romantisk. Spisestuen lugtede af gammel sur mælk. Ikke særlig hyggeligt at sidde og spise i. Juice manglede, røræg så gammelt ud, og var meget tørt, ligesom brødet, frugten, pålægget osv.... Der kommer vi aldrig tilbage...

Goede ervaring met hotel, eten was ook goed. Voor 2 euro 50 per dag kan je auto op hun terrein plaatsen als je dat wilt. Ga zeker nog een keer terug.
