Our room was spacious and clean, especially the king bed. The spa and its staffs were outstanding, so are reception staffs. The breakfast buffets were so tasty and have many variations of food items (Vietnamese and western).

For business travel, as long as pick-up/ drop-off are arranged, it’s fine. Otherwise, there is no public transportation around. The district where the hotel is situated is fine. Some dining options around but translation APP is recommended. For the hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful. English can get by.

I recently stayed at the Melia Vinpearl Tay Ninh and while the experience wasn’t bad, there’s definitely room for improvement. The hotel is probably the best option in town, though I personally prefer a more minimalistic design, which this hotel lacks. The room itself was comfortable, but the housekeeping left much to be desired. They made the bed but didn’t bother to replace the used coffee cups with clean ones, and they were other issues.

The reception staff was inconsistent. Some were friendly and helpful, while others seemed disinterested and not particularly customer-focused, which affected the overall experience. The spa was a pleasant surprise and offered a relaxing environment, but I was disappointed to find a large nail sticking out of one of the benches in the sauna. And cleanliness was 6/10.

The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was enjoyable, with a decent variety of options, though the service was a bit slow. The vegetable selection could have been better, but overall, it was a good way to start the day. Dinner, on the other hand, was less satisfying. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but the staff was very slow to clear plates and seemed to lack proper training, which made the dining experience feel disorganized and inattentive.

We were told there was “nothing available”. We were there for 3 nights and the hotel was pretty empty the whole time. Disappointing

The room was clean everywhere (no bugs, no cigarette smoke odors, comfy arm chair with leg rest) and the bathroom design is good and functional and they have hot water. It was very quiet on the 20th floor and i slept like a rock. The breakfast hot foods menu was mostly meat based but there were also plenty of vegan options such as the salad bar, fresh tropical fruits, breads, congee, rice rolls, and a platter of stir fried bak choy. I loaded up on sprouts.

Hotel is awesome. I had my wedding here and my family stayed here as well. Beyond a doubt it is the best hotel in Tay Ninh. Prices are very reasonable. There is a nice local market just ouside with cheap prices for clothes or gifts. It is attached to a mall with CGV movie theater next door. I would recommend staying here to visit Ba Den Mountain(black virgin mountain).

As I saw, the decor of wall and furniture mostly white and gold. Great for taking pictures. Xmas tree in lobby nicely decorated to take pictures with.

Room is nice and comfortable.

An all perfect stay, except for a weird functioning ac. We were here with a group of 20 as part of a wedding and almost everyone experienced extreme high room temperatures unless the ac was cranked all the way down.

Wonderful 5-star break in a brand new hotel. Everything went great, the staff really took care of me and made sure I had everything ok. Tây Ninh is a surprisingly large scaled town spread out, nearby mountain was a nice day trip. I stayed here for 4 nights and would've been happy to enjoy the pleasant stay longer. I'm happy I came a bit out of the way from Ho Chi Minh and chose this as a luxury retreat. Local taxis were safe and easy to use, shopping right next door and the pool and spa was a welcome thing to have.

Lovely hotel at a bargain price

For 750,000 VND this is an absolute bargain. Rare to find a hotel of this quality at such a low price. Fantastic service, gorgeous room, spotlessly clean. Very elegant lobby, and a nice welcome drink during check in. Area is really quiet without much street food so it will be a bit of a walk to find a good selection of restaurants. Plenty of coffee shops and a bar nearby though, plus a Vincom mall with cinema. Overall really liked the stay here.
