I highly do not recommend people to go there. The man at the front desk was extremely rude from the time I entered. I ignored it thinking he just had a bad day. But when I left, I asked if there was a problem with their wifi and he responded extremely rudely, perhaps it's your phone that does not work. He then continued to go on and on with insult, screaming and told me if I don't like it there, I can leave now. Since it was raining, I stayed by the exit door to wait for an Uber, he choose to continued to curse at me from the front desk. The maid was also rude and as I walked in my room in the afternoon to rest, she was there and just stared at me until, who I think was her boss, finished the job for her and they left. Also, they took a charge of $70.00 in case I would take anything extra, like drinks or I do not know what else. Supposedly, that amount will come back to me since I did not take breakfast or anything else for that matter. I am still waiting for an email informing me that the money will come back. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

Lovely staff, great location because it’s not so touristy, more local feel, but still close enough to see a lot of sights within walking distance. The room itself is on the small side (but I think that’s typical). The AC is not the best, and the bathroom is split, with a really tiny sink. But the hotel is cute, clean, and great location. Would stay again!

The room was small and the A/C was not to good. I had to go down to front desk a couple times about it. And 1 night sent an email early in the morning because we did not have A/C over night. Metro is close, grocery store close, dining options close. There is a great place down the street that makes good crepes and an Awesome pizza place on the street in back of the hotel.

The room and safe were lovely! As a woman traveling alone there was never a moment I felt unsafe at this hotel! I will say it is about 45min-1hr walk to the tourist district of Paris. HOWEVER, there are many bus and metro (tube) terminal within 2min walking distance that can get you anywhere you’d like! Would highly recommend for the price and service of this hotel.

We recently stayed here for two weeks and loved it. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and friendly. The maids kept the room clean and fresh each day. The hotel itself is very conveniently located near the Metro stop and we found it very easy to go anywhere we wanted to in the city. There are many cafes, bakeries and restaurants all within easy walking distance. As expected in a urban hotel, the room was small but very liveable. One drawback is that there is a fire station 2 blocks away, with daily siren noise. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Simple things are not thought up. Example there is no ware in the shower to place your shampoo except floor. Very small sink (airplane like).

What a bummer.
We arrived late, after 24h of travel.

The front guy couldn't do his job? he didn't explain anything, charged my credit card 100e more for \"deposit\" and was not able to explain why. I don't even know if that money was taken or not since I never got the confirmation at the check out (they told me I would get an email? I'm still waiting)

We only had one key. But it was a reservation for 2. So inconvenient.

The room was utterly small. Nothing like the pictures. The beds were children sized. It was like a bad joke.
No bathtub only an old shower which was leaking and either way too hot burning or cold as ice.

Walls are made with paper you can hear your neighbors crystal clear.

When we arrived we only had 1 towel. For 2. We went down to ask and front guy told us to come back at 8am because he didn't know were the towels were? Dude after 24h of travel I need a shower ok?

On check out day, we were told that we needed to pay another tax of 60e, that no one ever told us about before. Is that normal? This is supposed to be done at the check in no?!

Anyway, nothing good from this place. I'll never go again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and again it was perfect.

The location was perfect as everything we like is within 15 mins walking distance. The staff here are kind, polite and welcoming!

The room was cosy and warm, had everything we needed for our stay.

I will book here again in the future as it’s perfect for our stays! There are some fabulous restaurants and bars around, explore the 10th & 11th arr, better smaller local amenities rather than tourist traps.

I have mixed feelings about Hotel Beausejour. We stayed 4 nights. The room was very small but that was expected. It seemed clean but had a foul odor and there was visible mold in multiple areas. We purchased some air fresheners and that made it tolerable. By the end of our stay we were really starting to enjoy the property. However, we left on a negative note. The day before our departure we requested at the front desk to schedule a taxi to get us to the train station next morning. We were assured it would be handled. The staff did not fulfill our request and we missed our train! I would not stay at this hotel again.

The place was recently renovated, so the room looks neat. The shower area is extremely tight, and I’m not certain a tall/large person would fit comfortably there. As other reviewers said, WiFi reception could be improved as I barely got reception on my room.

I highly discourage people to go here. First, the place is is not great conditions and room are not clean.

What is unacceptable is the personnel. Both the girl and the guy at reception insulted me for no reasons. The girl was extremely rude when I asked to work from my laptop in the bar (when the bar was obviously all empty). As I then worked at the bar I observed how badly she treated other costumers commenting on their back when they left.

The guy instead, as I was locked in the bathroom (as locker broke) insulted me, kicked my luggage and called me an uneducated individual.

I never do bad reviews but the service in this hotel is unacceptable. I hope Expedia penalizes this type of accommodations.

To note: I also notified Expedia directly due to insults and harassment received.
I hope this review will help other to make the right decision and not book this place.

The lication is close to the metro. Easy to get around.
The room itself is Paris small. Paid 40 euro to check in early. The bed is tiny and horrible. Marginally bigger than an airline seat lying flat. We did have a cleaner enter our room while asleep when we had a do not disturb sign up. She was very apologetic. The second latch to lock the door didn't lock so i had my suitcase up against the door and it gave us a fright when she did try and enter.
The condition of the property is nice but i don't think I would stay here again.

Great value hotel with very charming hotel manager (and I presume, owner) who provides a superb value and varied breakfast: more for your 14 euro than in nearby cafes. Comfortable spacious room with meticulous daily cleaning to the highest standard. Fridge was useful; coffee machine provided. Modern shower and modern furniture; attractive artwork. Windows open for fresh air and heating was excellent.
The area was a revelation; after 120 visits to Paris there is always an area to discover: the Square Maurice Gardette is very beautiful and there are so many places to eat and drink. Very close to 2 or 3 metro stations and the 46 bus connects well for many routes. Supermarkets very near. Great location and much less than half the price of some other hotels nearby.

Hotel in great location and good service from staff. Stayed in a twin room but was slightly disappointed as our room smelt of damp and the beds were very small for a single. There is also not much privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom as there is a gap between the door. The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything from other rooms.

An excellent small hotel! staff is pleasant, hotel has been re-decorated and is like-new. Rooms are small and our room was for only one person: one chair, one single paper cup. There was no telephone number index and finally no closet. Hanged clothes were directly exposed to view, shower steam and dust. No place to store empty lugage!

I was traveling alone and missed a flight, she immediately got me back into my room and was such a warm comforting welcome to come back to! The location for this hotel was fairly central - easy for use of the metro with many different stations in close proximity. However, the rooms were very very small. The mattress was uncomfortable. However, the room was cleaned every day and was in good condition so for a city break it’s all you really need. But it would have been nice to have a bit more room, it did feel a little claustrophobic at times.

This was a really mediocre hotel to stay in. One member of staff was really lovely and chatty, the other two we encountered behaved like we were an inconvenience to them ?!
The plumbing stank at certain points throughout the day ( if we dropped bags off in the daytime it was noticeable ), and the road was just beyond noisy. So much so that we had to sleep with the window shut.
The bathroom door was frosted glass, and didn't have a latch on it, so be prepared to be *very* intimate with whoever you are staying there with !
It was OK, but won't stay again.

Downsides - the air conditioning was either broken or just blows out hot air on the cold setting.
Hotel is on the main road so to get air into the room it was a bit noisy and it let the mosquitoes in on our last night annoyingly

Overall - good value for money compared to some of the other hotels in Paris - would stay there again as long as the air conditioning worked

El lugar estaba aceptable limpio, cómodo el baño de la habitación individual era muy pequeño pero funcional. Para mi experiencia “solo travel” estuvo bien. La habitación más sencilla que fue la mía contaba con refrigerador y cafetera y cápsula de café y dejaban snacks y te,, pensé no tendría ni eso. Así que todo bien.

El servicio del staff es muy amable. Todas las chicas y los chicos de recepción fueron muy simpáticos. El hotel general está bien y sus alrededores son buenisimos. Es un gran lugar por la cercanía a todo.

El cuarto del hotel es muy pequeño para dos personas, no podíamos abrir las dos maletas al mismo tiempo (por ejemplo). La puerta del baño nunca cerró, por lo que no existía nada de privacidad haciéndolo muy incómodo. La regadera tampoco es la mejor, ya que no salía bien el agua y solo era un chorro.

En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación, todo bien. Nos entregaron los jabones, hacían la cama y limpiaban de manera general.

Si buscas comodidad y espacio, quizá este hotel
No es para ti. Si buscas estar cerca de todo y llegar solo a dormir, esta es la opción.

Por cierto: el desayuno es caro para lo que sirven. Es mejor hacerlo afuera.

War zum zweiten Mal dort. Sehr hübsches Hotel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Anbindung an die Metro. Nur das Zimmer benötigt mal eine kleine Renovierung. Vor dem Bad kam das Parkett leicht hoch und die Fussleiste war durch einen kleinen Wasserschaden etwas aufgequollen. Nichts Gravitendes, aber könnte man mit wenig Aufwand schnell wieder in einen guten Zustand bringen. Auf jeden Fall ein gutes Hotel, wo ich zukünftig gerne wieder einchecken werden. Für einen Kurztrip perfekt und ganz klare Weiterempfehlung.

un des pires hôtels que j’ai pu faire, refait à neuf mais déjà délabré. Douche quasiment inutilisable avec une porte qui ne s’ouvre pas entièrement.

Nice sentral hotel

It was nice! Small rooms but as expected. The standard was good and a big bathroom with a nice shower. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Good area.

Hotellet var fint og pænt. Personalet var søde, men meget uvidende og havde en arrogant attitude da man ankom. Rengøring var gode til at gøre rent, når man var ude, MEN de braser ind om morgenen uden at banke på, mens man ligger og sover stortest uden tøj på. Det er svært at sove om natten, da der er meget støj fra badeværelset, samtidig med, at rengøringspersonalet larmer helt afsindigt meget midt om natten. Alt i alt et fint hotelværelse, men det er ikke noget vi vil anbefale, hvis man vil have en god nat søvn.
