Thr room has very poor lighting. The decor red sheet at the bottom of the bed fell on the floor from 1st night yet they put that back on the bed instead of putting it for wash. I removed it and gave it to the receptionist. The headboard had dust on it. Wasn’t cleaned before we arrived nor was it cleaned during our stay. The room is small, very tough to open bags and move around the room. No space to keep luggage. The hand shower fell on my son’s head once and the shower room was also leaking making the entire bathroom floor wet. For $60 more, you can get a better hotel with cleanliness and more space. Our itinerary changed so we had to checkout one day early so they did agree to refund the 3rd night back which was good. Would I stay here again? Nope. Won’t recommend either.

This is the worse hotel and it looks nothing like on the photo. I asked for a quite room as I am a light sleeper so they give me a room on the 3rd floor right below the restaurant. I could not sleep at night before someone moved tables and chair all night long. The room itself was very very small and not updated. There was an A/C but the smell was so bad so I kept just the window open.
Also, the location is busy and anywhere you go, you need to go up to hill..

Abit noisey car horns 24/7 but that’s Istanbul
And abit of a good bad seagulls at breakfast
Don’t leave your plate outside or it will be gone
But you can eat inside if you want and what comes with well fed birds is you know what hard to clean every time I suppose but breakfast staff did a sterling job

Managed the basics, but little more.

The hotel is very simple. If all you need is a bed and shower, it's a good value. First the good – the bed was comfortable, the rainfall shower was nice, check-in and check-out was easy, the food at the rooftop breakfast was acceptable and the view of the Sea of Marmara was a lovely way to start the morning.
The location was also fine. It's about a 10 minute uphill walk to the Grand Bazaar.
Negatives – the room was very tight. We had to squeeze around furniture to get to the far side of the bed. While all of the rooms are non-smoking, we still woke up with our room smelling of cigarette smoke every morning. If you're very sensitive, steer clear. Maybe it was wafting down from smokers on the rooftop terrace? Windows open or closed and A/C on or off didn't seem to make any difference. The WiFi worked fine in the lobby, but was basically non-existent in our room. Staff was also a mixed bag, mostly they were very friendly, but one day, we were waiting for a tour pickup and our driver was a bit late and I asked the front desk if he would call and reconfirm our pickup time. His first response was to demand to know why I hadn't booked the tour through the hotel.

We had a nice stay and the rooms are relatively clean. The location is within 12 min walk to tourist areas. One thing to note is that the tram station is uphill so keep this in mind for older people who may have problems walking uphill for 5 min. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the free breakfast had a good variety, the terrace dining area is very nice. Good value for what we paid.

Huge range of choice of dinning close to the hotel.

Hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and amazing views from the hotel terrace dinning area.

Close to all the sights.

Hotel Amber is close to all the sight seeing sites. it is a good location and the staff are extremely helpful. Halil and Jakob in particular. Clean rooms and terrific breakfasts. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Poor quality hotel

Though location of the hotel is relatively close to historical sights, there is no honest way how it could get such high rates and comments. Booking and paying several rooms upfront 2 months, there were no available upon arrival. All rooms in a very poor condition (especially \"family\"), terrible views from the windows, lots of noise till late night. Breakfast was far from ideal, some food was not fresh. This is a max 2 star hotel. Very disappointed with the choice.

not the best choice for female business travelers

On this site, the hotel claims that the price for roundtrip transportation to Ataturk Airport is 35 EUR. After booking, I contacted the hotel by email to make arrangements, I did not receive a response. I made contact a second time by phone and was told that the roundtrip price was 70 EUR. I was disappointed by the dramatic price difference, but was told that nothing could be done because the price was pre-arranged with the transportation company. I would have appreciated some small gesture as an apology for the mistake.

The overnight porter couldn't understand why a woman was traveling alone and asked me many questions. I'm certain that he meant no harm, but it was clear that my presence was strange in this hotel and I felt safer with my door bolted at night.

There was a mix-up with my key card and it took several attempts on three different floors to find my room. The TV did not work and when I asked the overnight receptionist to have a look at it, he just told me to remind him later. After a long day, I called him again to order room service, but he informed me that I would need to go up to the restaurant on the terrace to place my order... not really room service.

I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for female business travelers. Though the afternoon receptionist was very helpful (made very specific last-minute travel arrangements for myself and some clients), he was the only one who made an effort to make me feel more comfortable during my stay.

To some up briefly, the hotel was very noisy - we had noise coming from reception, communal areas, other rooms until 3am which is completely unacceptable. Worse night of sleep we've ever had in any hotel. Bathroom had a leak. Every time you used the shower, the bathroom floor would flood creating a hazard as well as a major inconvenience. This problem is unlikely to be new since the wooden floor in front bathroom has lifted up. Staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating even with simple procedures like checking in and out.

Worst night of sleep!!

We were advised by the manager on arrival that our room had been given to someone else and that we were to now stay in Best Western Empire Palace instead. We explained to him that we booked the Ambler hotel for its proximity to the Yeni Kapi Ferry Port as we had to catch a ferry at 7am the next morning. He responded by shrugging his shoulders, saying there was nothing else he could do. So we waited in the lounge for 1 hour for their transfer car. The hotel use a taxi driver that charges them slightly less for the journey so made us wait for this guy rather than call us a taxi that would come immediately. At the other hotel we noticed the bathroom had a leak so the floors were completely wet. There is no sound insulation in this hotel. We could hear the reception talking on the phone very loudly to a friend until 3am and general noise seemed to be coming from all directions. It was without doubt the worst night of sleep we've ever had and we were a complete mess the next day. We were promised a pre-packed breakfast as we had to check out earlier than we would have if we wasn't forced to change hotels but this never happened. In fact, the receptionist was very rude when we asked if our breakfast had been pre-packed and said that there would be nothing for at least another hour. When I noticed some buns had just been delivered I asked if I could take some but he sighed and said we could only take one each. So we paid for a room with breakfast but only got to take a bun.

Great Place!

This hotel is well looked after. My room was spacious and clean with lots of windows and a great layout. Staff were very helpful and the rooftop deck for breakfast has great views! It is close to all the main tourist attractions and everything is walkable. It is down the hill from the tram and the grand bazaar (if you have trouble with hills, you can take a taxi or select another hotel as it is a long hill but totally walkable for those without mobility issues).

This is a great hotel if you want to be close to all the tourist attractions which are all within walking distance. There are many restaurants behind the hotel. The room is clean but it is very small so only stay if you do not want to spend much time in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Having been advised that this was a hotel used by UK travel agents we decided to read up on this hotel and compare the price etc to others.

The price we got was very good for 4 nights and it seemed to be very close to the major sights.

The only problem it can cause is if you are not used to climbing rather large hills as you need to do this to get to the main street, although there is an option which we found on last full day.

The staff cannot be more helpful and it was nice that we knew each and every one of them by the second day and it certainly has a very homely feel as it is so compact.

Breakfast was included in our price and it was more than sufficient with lots of choice.

Should not be open to guests while being renovated

We arrived to find the lift does not always operate, the air conditioning was broken (and had been for several days), workmen were all over the place so there were plaster dust, paint fumes and broken glass as windows were being replaced. Had I not prepaid, I would not have stayed in those conditions.

That said, the staff was very courteous and did not charge us for several meals. A lovely plate of fresh fruit was brought to our room after the air conditioning was finally working. All the food was excellent and we were within easy walking distance of cafes and a wonderful Turkish bathhouse. Once all the renovations are complete, it should be a lovely facility.

European hotel hair dryers are the worst! This one overheated frequently and cut out, plus the on switch has to be continually depressed so it is difficult to use.

The mini fridge in the room was not cool, let alone cold. Ice is hard to come by.

We enjoyed our stay at Amber Hotel. The location was convenient to major attractions, service was great and the room comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had variety and a good view on top of the hotel. I would stay here again. Some may find the room a little small and the walk to the tram a little far but then if you want a closer similar hotel the price goes up significantly.

It is very nice location for tourists to go anywhere in Istanbul. It is only 10 minute walk to Sultan Mohamed Mosque. There are reasonable local restaurant around the hotels which is cheaper than tourist area. I recommend you to stay.

good value, location & staff

Hotel has good location to prime spots, rooms are clean, staff is co-operative & helpful. Room & bathroom is small but sufficient enough. TV was small & old types but it really doesnt matter since news & music channel was enough for me. I like morning coffee so I carry sachets, on request i was provided a small kettle :-). Breakfast was good but cold at times. They also arranged a taxi for early hours flight. Location is walking distance to Blue Mosque, grand bazaar....spice market if you are good at directions and can walk for 20 min. They offered me boat tour which was quite expensive but I did everything on my own for a fraction of cost. In the end, loved my stay at the hotel.

We got late to the hotel and it was overbooked. After 1000 apologies by the front desk manager Nesim we were taken to another hotel right across the street that was very nice as well. The following day in the morning there was our room waiting for us. Once again there was Nesim to greet us with a very nice smile and eager to help. The room was as we requested. Very well lit and clean. The staff was always eager to help. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. The breakfast buffette was very complete. It had a bit for everyone. Great view of the bay from the restaurant. We also had dinner one night and the food was also excellent. We requested the help of our always there Nesim (front desk) to schedule a last minute trip and we had a travel agent in the hotel that very same night who made all the arrengements. This is a hotel that I would recommend anyone. It is very close to a restaurant area which is very popular and within walking distance of all main attractions.

Nice hotel, very clean, lots of extras ie shaving kit, dental kit, etc. Easy to hear other guests at night, doors can't be closed quietly ever. Very noisy street some nights, others not so bad. Very noisy street of restaurants behind the hotel, keep you awake until they quiet down around 1:30 am. The night staff were very noisy, talked loudly in the back courtyard and watched tv at full volume, every night we had to ask them to turn it down. Good location, but wear good shoes as Istanbul is verrrry hilly. The hotel rooms are not as described. The front desk said not one room had a balcony but it says so in the description. No sitting rooms in the room either.

Great find in the heart of the old city

This new, clean hotel was located in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the water, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and other major attractions. It was a bit difficult to find at times as the roads are a bit windy in the old city, but its right near the Kumkapi train station and everyone knows the outdoor restaurant area known as Kumkapi which is right outside the hotel. If you plan to use public transport, please be aware that the hotel is down a pretty long hill from the tram stop (Beyazit - 10 minute walk). The rooms were a bit small, which is to be expected in the area, but they were clean and the bathroom was well appointed. The complimentary breakfast on the roof terrace was pretty extensive (get there early) and an excellent way to start the day. The staff were friendly, but kept trying to sell us the overpriced tour packages - no need for these, its easy to walk around and see everything on your own. Overall, and especially given the low price, this hotel is a great find in a great location.

great place and very nice staff! has a nice free breakfast, free internet, clean room (standard smaller european size) with comfortable bed. 10 minute walk up a big hill to tram and grand bizarre, and then from there not too far to the main attractions. situated on a semi-busy and sometimes noisy street, which didn't bother me. good value and great place over all!

Cons: Rooms are small (European-size). For an American like myself, definitely felt slightly cramped with my travel partner and the twin beds pushed up next to each other. No room to put your luggage except in alcove area so be warned if you pack heavy. Our shower drained very slowly, water came up past ankles. The hotel tended to it but we saw no difference. Smell of fish permeated the room (hotel is in a fishing town) for some of the time. Lots of noise outside (we had heard this was where the \"escorts\" were although we didn't see any or couldn't tell). Men everywhere, almost no women (strange). Rooftop had views of shanty-like housing.

Pros: Attentive staff. Good breakfast spread daily. Booked a tour easily with hotel staff. They also gave good tips on how to get around. Clean rooms. Close to Grand Bazaar and tram that goes everywhere. Charming and quaint feel.

Good value overall although I wouldn't stay here again because I can't stand the smell of fish.

Good quality of room, all amenities worked well,
stuff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Worse hotel ever

Rip off, it says 4 stars but it doesn't even qualify for 2 stars, the bed is very uncomfortable woke up with knee pain, room is unbelievably small, worse service ever asked for someone to fix tv nobody ever showed up, be carefull if you book with them I booked two nights, delta's flight got delayed I missed my first night they won't give me a second night even though I called as soon as the plane got delayed which a day earlier and explained the situation but they didnt really care, I didn't even ask for a refund all I asked for is two nights as reserved and paid for, real RIp off, breakfast is limited, it's not close to sultanahmet area it's a little less than a mile away. Will never book with any best western again.

Best Western Amber ---Istambul

I stayed in amber hotel with my brother for three days. Although the weather was miserable we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, after thoroughly hectic days of walking about in the cold rain so we could cram in as much of Istanbul, in our short stay, we looked forward to our warm room with very comfortable bed towards the end of the evening.
The staff was really friendly and helpful, in fact if the reception staff were unable to help with any queries they were very prompt to get the manager Mr Kurubacak who is most accommodating.
The hotel is near most tourist attractions in the old city the only drawback is that you have to walk over a short steep hill to get to these areas.
All in all our stay in Istanbul was made comfortable and enjoyable by the warm and friendly environment of the hotel and its staff.

Best Western Amber Hotel

The room is very clean and that is very important for me, but it is a bit small for a 4 star hotel. I moved to the Sapphire Hotel which is a 4.5 star hotel and it is so much more classy and bigger. It even has an indoor swimming pool and a sauna.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful especially Mr Yaqup, who is the manager of the hotel and is always there, behind the counter.
Booked the hotel through Expedia for a week trip to Istanbul with my mom. Our trip was enjoyable due to the good sevice provided by the hotel; was clean, situated in the old city close to the main attractions and helpful staff.
The hotel s situated on a narrow lane which tends to be busy and noisy until after midnight. As we were on the first floor, we kept on listening to the hustle bustle in the street below which did not particularly bother us, but can be fretful for light sleepers.The neighbourhood itself gives you a flavour of the lifestyle of old city.
The hotel is just two stops away on the tram from Sultanahmet; we only took it once as we preferred to walk, even though it was a bit steep. We even used to make the journey twice almost every day.
We did not eat at the hotel other than the breakfast which was wholesome, though became monotonous for us towards the end of our stay. The staff never complained or showed impatience even though we were late for breakfast twice.
We thank the staff at the hotel and would not mind going back there to stay if ever we go to Istanbul again.

Good positioned respect to most of the principal historical sites and the Bazar. The district is still a living district with real life and working places of small business. Most buildings are in reconstruction and are not a residential area !!!
The personnel of the Hotel are very friendly and give you all held needed.
Rooms are confortable, but very small !! Internet service is free and very fast.

Good deal in Istanbul

The best part is the service you get when you are hosted in this hotel, it is almost as if your family is serving you, and helping you in any way you need.
Very close to the hotel is a small boulevard with the best seafood in town, and the music and the celebration is all over the place.
The only thing I regreted was the fact that you can hear everything that is going on on the corridors and the stairway of the hotel, so if you get loud people walking and closing their doors very loudly, you will hear it all.
The hotel is at walking distance from the Grand Bazaar and the Beyazit Tramway station, but it is like going up in a mountain, it is not a big deal...
Istanbul is pure magic, and this hotel let you taste that magic in a very good way.

Best Western Amber Istanbul

The hotel was fine and we were satisfied with our experience except one thing. The \"shuttle service\" that the hotel supplies has to be reserved in advance and it cost 70 Euro. \"Shuttle service\" needs to be clearly stated that it is not free. Other than that we had a good experience. Would definitelyx recommend it to anyone staying in Istanbul near the city center and historic sites.

Poor location, no air con, not a good choice

Despite advertising itself as close to the tourist sights, this hotel is very hard to find for the taxi drivers in Istanbul. After a few days, we decided to ask the taxi drivers to stop about 15 minutes walk away.

The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are generally helpful but we got conned into booking a very expensive tour from them and when we wanted to cancel, the hotel manager kept €100 of our money as the cancellation fee which he claimed he negoitiated down from the actual tour company. That was not a nice experience.

The air con in the room switched itself off automatically after 3 minutes. Other cost saving ideas used by the hotel include not replenshing the toiletries (we stayed for a week and had to always go down and ask for the day's shower gel bottle). Breakfast was ok.

free breakfast is a plus but the way foods are handled is questionable because the servers would touch dirty things & without washing hands,they would touch the foods especially breads & items that don't require heating. everyone is very helpful & attentive to guests needs. Short hard walk to the Grand bazaar but hilly & lack of walkway are a big hurdle for older tourists. The location is hard to find on the part of taxi drivers who don't know how to read maps. Beware of taxi drivers who will charge more once the destination is reached. Always make agreement how much you will pay at the currency available.

Such a pleasant surprise!

As our bus negotiated the curving city streets we became increasingly anxious about all the challenges we might face regarding our hotel - what a lovely surprise! It was very neat & clean, the staff friendly & willing to help, our room large, attractive and comfortable. There were some city street noises, but Heh! - you are in a VERY big city! And the breakfast buffet is served on the rooftop terrace with a breath-taking view of the harbor! Very nice!

Definitely a great place to stay!

I stayed here in June 2009 with my Mom. The hotel itself (room, bathroom, breakfast) was great, and the staff was also. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, which enables you to gaze over the city and the sea - wonderful start to a day! There is also indoor seating if that is your preference. The rooms are typical European type small, but I only like to stay in nice places and this is a phenomenal price for a great hotel. I would double check the hotels.com printout of the address with that of the website as our confirmation receipt has the address of a different Best Western hotel on it and there was much confusion about this when we arrived. There are numerous Best Western hotels throughout Istanbul. This hotel is also situated close enough to several major tourist sites that we could walk around - Grand Bazaar, New Mosque, etc. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Beliggenheten var veldig bra og resepsjonist en var veldig greie men hotellet hadde forferdelig høy fuktighet i tillegg masse ting på rommet og badet som var ikke i bra stand og trengte reparasjon,frokosten var ikke det som jeg pleie å få den i Istanbul.

Das Hotel ist sauber, Personal ganz toll, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Haben meine Mama sehr herzig empfangen.

Allgemein bin ich eher enttäuscht, weil die Bilder beim buchen nicht der Realität entsprechen, es sind auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne. Frühstück hat keine Auswahl.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein.
Das gebuchte Hoteltransfer zum Flughafen hat nicht funktioniert, nach 20 min warten würde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel Transfer nicht kommt, stattdessen wurde mir Taxi bestellt.
Für einen stressfreien Aufenthalt würde ich es eher nicht empfehlen,

Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sehr schnell reagiert nach unsere Reklamation.
Das Hotel befindet sich in der historischen Stadt und ist c.a 20 min zu Fuß entfernt von Sultanahmet, Aya Sofia und viele andere touristische Spots.
Das Hotel entspricht aber leider nicht eine 4-Sterne Ausstattung.

Ett mycket dålig 4 stars hotell

Vi blev mycket besvikna på hotellets ledning. Vi hade bokat ett rum på 25 m² med vy mot stan men först fick ett rum på 15 m² med vy mot ett litet inne gård med 3 höga väggar runtom, d.v.s. ingen utsikt alls. Protesterades och dagen efter fick ett annat rum på våning 3 men igen på 15 m² men med lite bättre vy. Igen protesterade och visade vad vi har bokat, denna gång dem gav ett familjerum i 2 plan med toalett och dusch i nedre planet och säng i övreplanet, obekvämt verkligen att gå upp och ner från en mycket small spriralltrappa för varje toa besök och dusch. Ändå vi kunde inte vara kvar där för att hotellet behövde detta rum för en stor familj som var släkt med ledningen. So vi var tvungen att flytta för 4:e gången till ett annat rum igen på 15 m² med en hyfsad balkong. Under stark protest i gräns till vansinne dem ville boka ett nytt rum i ett annat hotell som ingår i hotell kedja.
Men vi orkade inte alls flytta igen för 5:e gången under så pass korttid och dessutom till annat hotell. Den som var mest sjuk att 2 av dem ansvariga (Nasim och Jakob) kategoriskt förnekade att det inte finns allas rum i detta hotell på 25 m² enl. dem alla är samma storlek, mycket bestämt förnekades. Men en dag på väg ut från rummet såg att dörren till rummet mittemot vårt var öppet och tittade in och konstaterade att detta rum exakt stämde med vårt bokade rum, betydlig mycket större ca 25 m² och vy mot stan. Vi hade bara få dagar kvar och inte värt att igen diskutera med såna ohederliga person

Einfaches sauberes Stadthotel.

Es war ein schlichtes sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Es liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Zur Strassenbahnhaltestelle Beyazit muss man ca. 600m einen Hügel hoch laufen. Von da aus sind es 2 Haltestellen bis zu Sultanahmet, die man sehr gut zu Fuß laufen kann. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel empfehlen.

Ohne groß zu erzählen, da dieser Platz nicht ausreichen würde.

contra: unfreundlichkeit des Personals;
keine Organisation, da als wir ankamen angeblich keine Reservierung vorlag und wir in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert werden mussten;
unverschämtes Personal;
Zimmer nicht reinigt;
TV Kabel war abgerissen und keine kümmert sich darum;
vom Zimmerservice wurde der Kaffee und Tee nicht im Zimmer aufgefüllt;
usw.

Sauberes und zentrales Hotel

Wir waren zu zweit für 6 Tage in dem Hotel und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr sauber und in bester Lage. Grand Bazar ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und vor dem Hotel befinden sich zahlreiche Läden und Restaurants. Das Hotelteam ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Hôtel atypique sympa pour 3 nuits proches de tous les sites important d'Istanbul soit en moins de 20 minutes de tout ( 5 minutes Grand Bazard, resto 3 minutes à droite en sortant de l'hôtel, et le reste des attractions touristique en moins de 20 minutes en marchant tranquillement.)
Déjeuner simple mais suffisant il y a mieux mais correct.
Personnel sympa et discret.

Хороший отель. Не знаю насчёт 4*, но главные условия для удобного проживания есть. Номера небольшие, но и в номере сидеть особого смысла нет, когда вокруг столько интересного. Из плюсов - чисто, хорошая сантехника, ПРОСТО ПОТРЯСАЮЩИЕ МАТРАСЫ (спали как дети, и даже шум за окном не пугал). Нормальный завтрак, есть что перекусить, хороший вид с террасы на залив и урбанистический пейзаж из домиков и дворов. Из минусов - очень слабые стеклопакеты, слышно и машины, и сигналы таксистов и речь парня, который через дорогу делает кебаб. Утомляет, но матрасы прощают все :) чайник принесли ближе к концу проживания, может быть из-за чаевых. Зато новый совершенно. В целом нормальный отель - достопримечательности - 10 минут пешком, рядом есть все что нужно и кафе и сладости и супермаркеты. Было бы потише в номере - цены бы не было!

Hotel bien situé à proximité de tout, le personnel est très sympa et souriant. On peut manger vraiment pas chère juste à côté de l'hôtel. Par contre l'hôtel est situé dans une rue assez populaire. Les turcs adorent klaxonné, ça était très difficile de dormir à cause du bruit, il y aussi le problème des portes des autres chambres qui claquent. C'est dommage car j'ai apprécié cet hôtel mais je n'y retournerai plus à cause du bruit.

Нормальный вариант для короткого отдыха в Стамбуле

Комната размером чуть больше кровати, фен не работал (заменили), отопление за счет кондиционера, поэтому при включениии в комнате становится душно и влажно. Интернет еле живой на третьем этаже, приходилось выходить из комнаты для отправки сообщения по вотсаппу. Относительно недалеко от конечной метро М1 Еникапы, пешком дойти за 10-15 минут, такси стоит 15 лир. Примерно такое же расстояние до площади Султанахмет. Завтрак достаточно приличный, супер бонус - вид из ресторана на Босфор и восход солнца. Персонал приветливый, старается. По нашей просьбе перенастроили ТВ на другой спутник, в результате состоялась русская традиция встречи Нового года под Куранты

سالت ف استعلامات الفندق ع السعر وكان أغلى من التطبيق وحجز عن طريق التطبيق ولما دخلت للاستعلام عشان استلم الغرفه رفضوا وقالوا التطبيق غلط ولَم يصلنا اَي حجز من التطبيق بالرغم اني أظهرت لهم الايميل
