Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia.

Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good.

The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine.

The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along the Mediterranean shore.

First time staying in this hotel, which is part of a complex of 3 hotels. We usually stay in the Santido hotel..we tried to extend our stay, as our family were going back to the UK and we wanted to stay for an extra couple of nights, but the hotel was fully booked. So we stayed in the Aishen hotel, which in our opinion is best suited to families.

Big shout out to the receptionist who was extremely busy and she was on her own. All staff were excellent. X

Charged extra 560 euros due to error on behalf of Expedia as they say, even tough at check in no issues. Was charged 2 days after. Checked price for 3 adults and 1 child and same as charged, so paid 560 for nothing. They are making up policies as they go and please. On receipt paid the same amount was charged by rxpedia, £450 for the extra guest, and they charged again 560 euros for same thing. Complete rip off.
Chrck everything before getting here. All inclusive but premium drinks charged, private beach only offering refreshing drinks and water.
Reception attitude appaling even though being shown in the wrong.
Never again. Choose a different resort around. There are plenty. Deffinetely bot a 5 star. More like a 4 with indulgence.

Some staff were nice some had bad attitude issues
Charged extra per night as there was a mistake made on the booking where my child is 12 but was entered as 0 years a genuine mistake they could waived the fee .
Rooms were made up late cups weren’t cleaned properly
Balcony was flooded by the sprinklers as we were on ground floor .
Overall not happy

Went as a couple for a two night stay in November. Met up with friends as we have done for the last couple of years. Entertainment was really good too. Food was plentiful with all choices. My friends have stayed in season and they said it is magical with so much to do. Always a very enjoyable stay.

Some of the staff was exceptionally good and helpful. However my experience with some of reception staff who are main port of call wasnt good, they were rude and hardly understand to communicate in english. The bell boy in the golf cart car who supposed to collect luggage from your room to reception didnt turn up on check out and we had to drag 3 large bags and 3 hand carries to the reception which was quite a walk. Its not all inclusive and you have to pay to eat in Al carte restaurants which is vague and misleading on booking. Poor communication and needs improvement to welcome visitors after all its an expensive resort.

Amazing hotel

After a 3-night stay that ended today, I want strongly recommend this hotel. Everything is as a tourist wants. The rooms are large and good. The facilities are excellent and everything is available in the hotel. The food is very diverse. The entertainment team works in the best way to give you happiness. Aqua gives an extra advantage for adults and children. Just a small note that more attention should be paid to cleaning the rooms, but I will not let it reduce my rating for the hotel

1. Terrible cleaning service. We left $20 for the room cleaners every day from the first day of our stay (because we have a young child and wanted it to be very clean), but the cleaning got worse and worse. Not to mention, we checked into a room with sand on the floor. The broken drain in the bathroom wasn't fixed even after several calls and visits to the reception.
2. The rooms are either very old or poorly constructed. Everything is shaky and falling apart. The mattress is simply "alive"; if two people sleep in the bed, you'll bounce every time the other person turns over.
3. There are no elevators in the buildings, so if you have a small child, don't accept the 3rd floor. It'll be tough for you.
4. The service is a whole other story... In the restaurant, they don't care about you. Nobody will ask if you want something to drink with your dinner. We also went to the paid Italian à la carte restaurant, after which we all got food poisoning. We were severely sick with high temperatures and all the symptoms. Did anyone from the hotel apologize? No one! I repeat, they don't care about you at all.
5. The food in the restaurant is not tasty! I've been to various hotels, from 3-star to 5-star, but I've never had such tasteless food. The selection is very limited. Breakfasts are terrible. Nobody will make an omelet to your liking. In summary, the hotel doesn't live up to its claimed 5 stars at all. Paying 4,000 euros for 9 days, we expected some basic respect.

It was our first visit to Antalya and we really enjoyed our stay at Aishan K Club.

Room was very comfortable with all amenities. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food was very good, with generous buffet and plenty of options. Pools were very clean and well maintained. Water park was excellent as well. Beach also had plenty of facilities including free snack bars, ice cream corner and drinks.

Overall it was very kids friendly and our three year old loved every bit of it.

Only suggestion is to include Iron/ Iron board in rooms and arrange facilities for women only pool.

Indoor pool warmer then outside pool if you are going not in hot season.
Very well maintained kids club hIGHLY reccomend, our kids was in good hands and actually wanted to stay in there.

I stayed between the 2nd and the 23rd of August, so you could say that I spent enough time to see everything there is to this resort.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online, I had booked a deluxe family room with one double and a single bed, on my arrival I found the room with 3 single beds. They were over booked so they were not flexible in giving me what I paid for.

They cut corners in terms of cleaning and it wasn’t frequent enough. The sheets weren’t changed unless I complained, I would find small ants in my bed and eventually I had enough. The food was honestly terrible, their menu was consistent and changed maybe once or twice throughout our three week stay, so you can imagine how disappointing that is for a family that paid for the all inclusive option.

I had asked them to place my room close to that of my children but they didn’t care. During my second night, all 3 of my children, aged 20, 19 and 13 heard a hissing noise (that of a snake) behind their bed. There was no night manager on the property and so they had sent security to check the room. After security dismantled my sons bed, I saw a makeshift panel trying to cover a hole behind the headboard. My children were frightened to fall asleep and reception wouldn’t change their rooms until 2 days later.

When coming on holiday you would expect that you are there to relax, not to worry about the safety of your children. I’m utterly disgusted and appalled by the level of service provided.

Their restaurants were either closed or impossible to reserve! hallways were always full of cleaning bags (full of dirty towels or sheets), you had to jump through them to go out! Totally forget about drinking a quality drink in this property!

The property is very clean. Customer service was great. Air conditioner did not work in our room when we just checked in, so we were moved to another room while they were fixing our unit. For the inconvenience, they let us check out late for free. They have medical assistance on site and it came very helpful when my husband did not feel good and we were in heed of medical help. We will definitely return to this place.

Once we changed our room, the house keeping was poor in the new block. Disappointing it wasn't consistent. Other than that the place is brilliant and has lots to offer.
Maybe children shows at earlier times would have been great given it caters for family.

A first class resort for families of all ages although it does seriously suffer from a lack of English language channels on the bedroom televisions (only BBC world and CNN) which renders it useless for young children.
Additionally, there is no indoor bar area (K club) making it very uncomfortable to be anywhere other than the coffee shop in the cold evenings (May 2019) The hotel 'guest services told us on the penultimate day that the bars in the adjacent properties could be used - a bit late methinks.
The existing unwelcoming outdoor bars are poorly staffed leading to long queues throughout the day.
I was not a fan of seeing hugely overweight males parading through the dining hall without a shirt or T shirt whilst the staff say or do nothing. Completely inappropriate IMO.
Other than that, a very well maintained family resort with top quality amenities and food choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at kamelya k club, we are a family of 5 and we found the family suite to be perfect for us. Our children are 9 years old, 5 years old and 3 years old.

We really loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel gardens, the food was delicious and there was always plenty of ice cream at the cafe and restaurant for the kids. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

The hotel is nice by being next to the beach and having entertaiment. However their downfall they had too many cats which walk freely in the restaurant while guests are having meals. On our last meal one of the cats pooed behind me while we were having dinner which put everyone off and we left. When we told the staff they did not seem bothered they said we know we will cleam it.

We have stayed in a deluxe room for 9 nights in Kamelya K Club hotel. The hotel room was ok but needs a refurbishment in a bathroom. The service for the rooms is very early, staff kept nocking on the door 9.00 am every single day.
Food was nice and big variety, we were entitled to choose one la carte restaurant out of 5 for a dinner of our choice and food in Chinese restaurant was delicious.
Canteen for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very busy, always was a struggle to find a table.
In overall it was a good holidays.

all the staff were polite and friendly, Ozlem cleaned our room daily she was very friendly and did an excellent room cleaning. Jimmy, and all the animation team organised things to do during the day and the evening. There was a mini disco for children and then there were some extremely good dance acts, followed by different events in different locations on the site. The food was presented well, perfectly cooked, and the waiting on staff were very helpful. It is located between Side and Managvat, both have markets which you can visit and outside you can get the mini bus to both cities which are both worth a visit. the cost each way was 4.5 lira ( approx 60p).from Managvat we took a further journey to Alanya for 11 lira one way (approx £1,50).We took advantage of the a la carte dinner in the China and Mexico restaurants by the sea. well worth trying them as both provided excellent food and service. for me the Mexico restaurant just topped the china - there was nothing much in it. The only thing which disappointed me with the whole area is that they advertised prices in Euro's - when i go to Turkey I want to spend lira and see prices advertised in lira not euros.

It was ok but anywhere else in the world it would be a standard 4* hotel as opposed to the 5* rating they have fairly disappointed with cleanliness of the room and service from room staff. Ok if you want a family holiday with many pools but dont hope for a guaranteed sun lounger as the majority russian guests who wake up at 6 to go throw their towels on them and go about there business without coming nowhere near the loungers and the hotel do nothing about it so you end up arguing with guests if your like me and want to push for your rights or end up without one for majority of your holiday if you dont want to cause an argument.

If you are looking for a hotel that is suitable for toddlers, then this is NOT the place for you. Everything is very far apart, there is no babysitting for those under 4 (although they say they offer babysitting at an extra charge), and my kids both ended up with hand, foot and mouth disease.

I had to fight for three days to get the hotel to provide me with a babysitter for just three hours a day. In the end the guest relations manager helped, which was great. But it took almost three days of fighting and yelling.

So... while it is likely perfect for kids over 4, stay away if you want a hotel for toddlers.

Great facilities but 1 restaurant per week?!

Nice hotel with lovely facilities. About an hour from Antalya airport. Wasn’t many English (at October half term) mainly Russians & Germans.

Disappointed at lack of non smoking areas. Even some outdoor tables without ash trays would have smokers sat there & staff don’t take action.

Hotel has 5 restaurants yet you can only go in 1 a week. Not 5! Just 1. Why bother having 5 if most guests can only experience 1?! Rest of time must be taken in buffet. Also smoking allowed in restaurants (not indoors at buffet). Guess we just not used to this now in UK?!

2. Stay and very bad service!!!

I am staying here 2. time in a row after 14 days perfect holiday last year 2016.
But this year service was so bad, and restaurants were dirty. Food still tasty but combinations of chicken and minced beef only. There were fish available so we eat fish all times.

In room the bed was very old and torn, 25 October 2017 night room got flooded. Floor was full of water while we sleep. Luckily, I did not leave my laptop on the floor.

Our flight was late and been charged 35 Euro to keep the room until 9 pm. I was expecting complimentary late check out, after the room got flooded and we still stayed there.
I am Turkish and speak the language and hotel staff was so not trained wasn’t able to understand what I ask and was rude while talking.

But hotel territory is great and huge, I like it. I hope next year they make some upgrades to rooms, cleanness and staff. I will not stay there anymore as I do not like rude service as long as I pay for it and its not there.

Good luck to Kamelya with this service level.

Beautiful resort with everything you need

We stayed at the K club, and were allowed to use facilities at the Selin and Fulya which was wonderful to have access to all three.
The K Club did not have much indoor activities which was a shame if you didn't want to stroll down to the over two.
Food was fantastic as was the service and rooms. Do not use hair dresser. I am a brunette and came away completely blonde after asking for a few low lights. ...they need to employ better English speaking people as most speak german

Beautiful hotels on a blue flag rated beach

A stunning collection of hotels right on a gorgeous strip of beach. The complex has a 3 hotels with the use of all 3 hotel facilities. An excellent choice of food through out the day with lots of bars & snack place in between. Amazing set of pools indoors & out with a huge dejection for children. A very child friendly hotel with lots of activities for children. A good collection of entertainment for all. Overall a good location for a summer holiday

Nice and close to the beach, hotel staff are not very helpful. We was a part of ten and 4 our of 10 of us had suffered with diarrhoea for more the two days of our 10 day holiday. My wife has come back to the UK and is still seeking medical attention for this bug. We believe it to be from either the swimming pool or the sea. Please be careful if you are travelling to Turkey.

Lots of Pools and Families

The room is of solid 3-star standard. The all inclusive nature of the place works well, with food put out for lunch at various stations by each of the pools. Overall, the quality of the food is fine, except the coffee which is horrible. The biggest failure is the lack of staff at reception and the fact that a lot of the decisions have to be made by one overworked person. It literally took 1 hour for us to make a dinner reservation at the internal Turkish restaurant. It is nice to have access to facilities at the other 2 hotels on site (Fulya & Selin), as Selin especially is quite nice. Most of the guests are German and Russian families with children under 10 years old. But there is plenty of space for everyone.

Very nice holiday resort

We just returned from a week long holiday there and found the resort to be better than our expectations based on past reviews. The food, staff, facilities and entertainment team were amazing! The beach area was very clean. Plenty of food & drinks available around the clock. foam parties, beach parties, dance shows, sports and activites were all well planned.
We checked out at 12, and were picked up by the taxi at 6; staff was cordial enough to look after us till then and make use of all facilitues. Loved the service!
Would recommend this resort.

Nice with private beach

overall the resort facilities were very nice. some little advice, if you are over 50Kg weight do not ride the water slides, no one will stop you but I found the water landing pool was not deep enough as I hit my feet into the pool ground and hurt myself. they should put some warning, but for kids and teenagers it is great. Food menu is huge and I never had the chance to taste everything. there is always food for hungry people. the beach sand was very tiny and very pleasant to walk on. my only problem was the towel office. they are closed from 12 pm till 4 pm, which I found it very odd.
this hotel is about 90 minutes away from Antalya airport. you will need to put this into your considerations, other than that I found it a very good place for family with kids
