First of all we were charged twice for the same night. When our trip date was changed, we called to reschedule/rebook for our new date. We spoke with Diana but she did not rebook the both reservations as indicated. They could have even given us a break of half but no they did not. We did not have much of a choice but to pay them. We did file a complain with the manager on duty but no one contacted us as of today date.

The BAD: No hand soap in bathroom, no wash towel or small towel provided, matress was flipped upside down leaving the guest to sleep on the hard part of mattress. Shower wouldn't drained. Lizard found in room.

The Farmington is my go to hotel in Liberia. It is close to the airport so it is convenient. It is clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and service oriented and the food is great!

When you have likely traveled a long way and then had the terrible experience of getting thru Roberts International Airport, having a driver from the hotel there waiting for you so you can escape the chaos is a blessing.

This is not the first time I have stayed here and I have never really been disappointed. It is conveniently located across from the international airport. The staff are so responsive and courteous. The only reason for a 4 star rating as opposed to 5 star was the water temperature was only lukewarm.

It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. When flying into Liberia it is the perfect place to stop for a good meal, a good night's rest, a hot bath and a good breakfast before heading into the city. The shuttle can pick you and your luggage up at the airport. It is so nice to get some sleep after 24 hours plus air travel and you don't have to face driving into Monrovia in the dark. From the shuttle driver, to the bell boy, the front receptionist and restaurant workers, the staff are warm and friendly.

Staff was cordial. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Hotel was well kept. Lobby and common areas were spacious and comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. By Monrovia standards it is an excellent hotel. Not certain of its rating but by international standards it would be a 3.5 star rated hotel. Five minute walk to the airport. Shuttle needs to be arranged about an hour ahead of time. Security is good.

Going downhill. The place is falling apart. I was ignored at the restaurant multiple times. The shower floods into the room every shower. I was approached by a prostitute as I was entering my room. They obviously allow them to be there. I saw the same two on the property 3 nights in a row. I overheard one on her cell talking to a “client”. Gross place to stay.
