Fabulous hotel with some fabulous rooms with fabulous beachfront views!
The hotel's included breakasts, lunches and dinners were also fabulously delicious!

The hotel's 2 large, shallow pools were relaxing, and they looked especially fun for families with children. Luckily, the weather in the hotel region was perfect for swimming in pools or in the Mediterranean or hiking on the beach across from the hotel.

Thanks to the really efficient, helpful and kind receptionists, housekeepers, restaurant workers and other members of the hotel's fabulous team

It was me and my two daughters. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. The resort is massive! They had a good activity for the children one of the nights. The buffet food was good, though it got overbearingly crowded during lunch. The resort was completely full, but we still had enough space outside to have a good time.

There is many reasons why it was so affordable--a lot of corner cutting. They said do everything through the app, but even the staff coudn't figure out how to use it. Staff was often completely unavailable to help--for example, they would say \"oh, I don't know why that's not working, come to the front office.\" Walk to the front office, and that person is gone, so they told me to wait, or go somewhere else. I got the runaround a few times.

We couldn't get a speciality dinner (we were there a few nights). Finally gave up after getting the runaround and spending a lot of time trying to figure this out. Most staff don't know how to answer questions aside from their immediate job, and people who can answer questions are seldom available.

Overall, my daugthers had a great time, and that is what is most important. It is cheap for a reason.

The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable.

The services were horrible, nobody gave us any information about reservations for restaurants or where to get food from. We had to figure out everything on our own. If you call into reception they would ignore your request and just not show up (we requested water and none showed up). The buffets were catastrophic, super crowded with kids roaming around with no supervision. And and top of it all, me and my family members got diarrhea from eating in the buffet.

The last 2 days I was there, my room had a sewer smell. I notified front desk and they “rectified” the problem by lighting essential oils in the room. It helped with the smell but it came back the next day. I was in room 1154. Not sure if other rooms had the same problem

Very expensive, my family and I didn't got what 4

At arrival nice stuff meet us at the front.They tryed to accommodate good us as they could.
My mother is an elderly woman and they provided us with a wheelchair that its really old and rustic, but they had no otherwise.
We travelled to the hotel 12 hours from Asikah, and At arrival we arrived around 7:40 pm and we could got to reserve at any of hotel restaurants because it required 24hs ahead booking. We managed to eat at buffet late that night.
The only booking we got is at Marakesh restaurant at 21:00 nect day, because that only time they could got ud.
We took what we got and when we show up at 21:30 next day the front personal was not happy and he wanted to seat us on 3 separated table, but I insisted that we are family and we need to seat together.
The sad part after all the hassle to have one table, the foot didn't show up
Untill olmost 22:30 ; the steak uncoked & fish was cold
The Gym is a big mess, very old outdated machines.
My daughter call the technician to look at treadmill but no help because the machine was so old and rustic.
For hotel like that it's a shame.
This trip was a family reunion that my family and I looking to have this getaway every time. My mom and brother are living in Morocco, my sister & family came from Germany, my daughters & granddaughter & I we flew from Alberta Canada.

The entairtenement stuff are great also all stuffs at hotel a special thanks for the hard work and big smile.
Whithout them we couldhad a horrible stay.

Where are the smiles?

Booking a 5* all inclusive, my expectations were quite high.....however, this was immediately quashed at the point of check in.

The staff on the front desk were surly at best....generally though were quite rude. I think perhaps they didn't speak English....so they ignored me and spoke instead to my (Moroccan) husband.

I think if there was a way to make the experience as complicated as it could be, they would find a way to do it. For example, I wanted to have a massage at the spa, so I asked reception for a brochure (as there was no information in the room). They said they had run out. So I went to the spa....made an appointment there and told me I had to go and pay at reception and come back to them with the receipt before my massage ....it was just s little annoying (as I would just have expected it to be charged to the room).

However, the facilities were good. Swimming pool area was well looked after, spa was nice (not 5* star, but was good). The food was pretty good....though after 4 or 5 days, it was getting a bit samey....though I suppose most of these places were like this.

The hotel also has a private beach, which really is the highlight....beautiful sandy beach, wonderful views.

Overall, mixed feelings about this place....but what let the hotel down is the poor customer service .....come on Iberostar smiles are for free!

Do Your Homework Before Staying Here

The hotel is beautiful if you like cigarette smoke in the lobby 100% of the time. Second hand smoke is a problem as the smell never goes away and only smokers get to enjoy the lobby. There was ash everywhere and I was disappointed that the staff did not take the time to clean the tables after the smokers left. The air conditioning did NOT work the entire time I was there. My travel partners had issues with room keys not working after the 7th time getting a different key. The food was very good if you like a cafeteria style ambiance which I was fine with. The internet connection was horrible as the signal dropped every 10-15 seconds and there is a 25' x 25' area where you can get internet if and when it works. Overall I would not stay here again. Oh, did I mention that the sewer was backed up and the hotel entrance was closed with the smell of fecal matter emanating in the air for quite some distance. Other than this complaints, the hotel wasn't that bad.

My stay at Iberostar!

The hotel is nice overall. However, customer service needs great imporvement. The staff in recepetion was uncooperative at all. I had booked a 2 nights over the interent and I was very sick and I could not make it the day I was supposed to come. So I made it the next day. The staff at reception refused to give me an extra night instead of the one I lost. So I ended up paying for 2 nights and I only spent one night! Also the bedrooms are Very beautiful but the beds are very uncomfortable and poor! There should be nicer and more comfortable beds as well as double beds. This is a 5 star hotel and the beds are not by far a 5 star level.

Overall the customer service needs improvement and beds need to be upgraded for sure!

Es ist nicht 5* drin, wo 5* drauf steht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber alles total in die Jahre gekommen. Das Buffet war leider nicht annähernd 5, 4 oder 3 Sterne. Zwar vielfältig, aber das Essen war nicht wirklich heiss. Die Angestellten waren nett, aber irgendwie überfordert mit dem Ansturm der hungrigen Leute. Sehr schade, da doch ein stolzer Preis verlangt wird.

Hotellet er fantastisk, personale er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vil takke Ikram, Btissam og Mohammed fra resepsjonen og takke masse Hassan ( consierge) han hjalp oss mye med bagasjen ut og inn i bilen og til og fra rommet.
Maten var veldig variert og kjempe god.
Stort hotell med mye plass på basseng, restaurant osv
2 min å gå til stranda med solsenger.
Kommer garantert tilbake.

Nous avions effectué plusieurs séjours à l’hôtel IBEROSTAR de Sadia il y a quelques années et c’était plutôt satisfaisant mais à notre dernier séjour d’il y a quelques jours nous avons constaté que l’hôtel est devenu un lieu qu’on pourrait surnommé hôtel low cost alors que que avons payé 300€ par nuit pour une chambre double pour 2 adultes et un enfant. L’hôtel a privilégié la rentabilité au confort de ses clients en effectuant un remplissage “vannes ouvertes” !! Des queues interminables pour accéder aux buffets, nous n’avons pas pu déjeuner ou goûter à plusieurs reprises, quant au dîner il fallait se rendre très tard (après 21h) pour éviter la foule ! Notre chambre était plus que basique et très médiocre ! Nous n’y retournerons plus ! A fuir ! Nous devons reconnaître la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel qui semblait épuisé mais courageux !! La Direction de l’hôtel doit revoir sa copie et prendre plus soin de son personnel et de sa clientèle si elle veut la garder et non pas penser qu’à remplir “son tiroir caisse” !!

Le pire hotel depuis bien longtemps

Nourriture fade, longues files d’attentes au buffet ( jusqu’à 10 minutes selon les plats), salle à manger tres bruyante, wifi médiocre (quand on a la chance de se connecter), les essuis sont pris au matin et ramener en fin d’après-midi (donc on peut oublier la douche en journée, boissons imbuvables en journée (entre tiède et chaud), on veut nous impser des heures pour le buffet (petit dejeuner de 9h30 à 10h15, puis dejeuber à 14h30, le top quand on a une felme enceinte). Je crois qu’il s’agit d’une de mes pires expériences hôtelières, et pourtant je fait plus de 50 nuitées par an à différents hotels. Il ne mérite absolument pas ces 5 étoiles…

The check in was very smooth and the staff were both helpful and welcoming.

The hotel had a great pool area and the beach was just a short walk over the beach walk.

The food was good and the fruit section was the favourite with tasty melons.

The Moroccan hamam experience was a great experience and must try!

Check out was smooth and we could store our luggage until pick up arrived.

It would be ideal if the gift shop was a little bit larger with traditional clothing for both men and females, also some Moroccan teapots would have been good to see for sale! It would have been amazing if ice cream from known brands were sold in the shop as well :)

Das Iberostar war leider bei meiner Ankunft aus Deutschland geschlossen, obwohl ich ein Monat zuvor gebucht und bezahlt hab.Erst nach meiner Ankunft wurde mir das von einem Parkwächter mitgeteilt das es geschlossen sei.Bin immer noch sehr schockiert.Ich wurde schließlich in ein anderes Hotel mit schlechterem Strand Abschnitt ein paar Kilometer weitergeleitet.Was schnell und problemlos funktionierte !Schade das man so mit seinen Kunden umgeht.Über eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung das das iberostar geschlossen sei, hätte ich mich gefreut, es war 30 Tage Zeit gewesen mich zu informieren.

Prenez des vidéos et des photos de votre chambre avant le check out car il est possible qu'on vous accuse de dégradations, sans que vous en soyez à l'origine. Après leur enquête, ils sont même pas capable de s'excuser sûrement pour une question de fierté. C'est 1ère et dernière fois qu'on met les pieds là bas.

Belle hotel avec belle equipe d animations. Belle piscine. Sdb commence a viellir.
Le service doit etre revue. Il n y a jamais le bon nombre de serviette dans les chambres malgré les pourboire.
Côté restauration a revoir egalement pas assez dimensionner pour un si grand hotel. ( queue pour une omelette, queue pour du poisson, queue pour un dessert.... fatiguant de faire la queue pour manger...)

Hôtel très décevant, quand on paye 200e la nuit on s’attend au minimum cad la propreté. Cet hôtel est sale! De la moisissure dans la douche, des odeurs insoutenables d’égouts dans la douche et des fourmis partout dans la chambre. Bref inacceptable tout simplement.
Nous sommes partis au bout d’une nuit impossible de rester plus.
Seul point positif l’animation.
La nourriture est correcte.

Het eten was maar matig. Minder dan anders. Check in verliep moeilijk, we moesten de bevestiging van onze reservatie voorleggen terwijl dit bij boeking nergens vermeld was. Dan was ons belgosch huwelijksboekje niet voldoende moest ze ons marokkaans huwelijksboekje zien terwijl we helemaal niet getrouwd zijn in Marokko....

Ruimte voor verbetering...

Bij aankomst duurde het inchecken vrij lang. Een minuut of 25, doordat we per persoon een formulier moesten invullen zoals naw en paspoort gegevens, terwijl ze die ook met een kopie van onze paspoorten konden aflezen. Daarna werden onze koffers netjes naar de kamer gebracht en zag de kamer er wel netjes uit. Alleen jammer van de 2 x 1 persoonsbedden ipv een groot 2 persoonsbed (deze was ook niet te boeken). Ook was er geen strijkijzer beschikbaar terwijl dit wel stond vermeld op de site van hotels.com (ze hebben wel een stoom en was service, maar dan ben je je kleding 24 uur kwijt). Verder was het eten niet heel denderend, maar smaken verschillen. Wat de grootste ergenis was, was het brandalarm dat midden in de nacht afging en personeel niet kundig was om het uit te krijgen. Het brandalarm ongeveer 30 a 40 min afgegaan
en al die tijd werden hotelgasten niet of slecht geïnformeerd. Gelukkig bleek het vals alarm.

Check in duurt ontzettend lang en het was niet toegestaan om alvast bij het zwembad te zitten. Over het algemeen onvriendelijk personeel, los van animatie team die weten wel hoe ze met gasten moeten omgaan.

Hygiëne was ook niet al te best, ik kreeg zelfs een koffie kopje waar nog lippenstift van iemand anders op zat.

Wij hadden een 2 persoonskamer en die zou klaar gemaakt worden voor 4 personen. Vanaf het moment van inchecken(15.30) heb ik gewacht op extra handdoeken en lakens en kussens. Ik ben tot 5 keer aan de receptie geweest, bellen vanuit de kamer is blijkbaar een luxe want de telefoon werkte niet. Om 01.00 kreeg mijn lakens en kussens en kon ik eindelijk gaan slapen.

Het heeft geen nut om je ontevredenheid uit te spreken in het hotel, het kost je alleen maar tijd en stress.

Het was een verschrikkelijke ervaring, en zonde van de tijd en geld.

L’emplacement de l’hotel est excellent. La qualité de l’alimentation est juste horrible, ma mère a quitté l’hotel avec une intoxication. Dès qu’on est arrivé chez nous, elle a eu des nausées, des vomissements, des diarrhées et beaucoup de fièvre. Elle ne se sentait déjà pas bien deux jours avant notre départ. Je ne reviendrai jamais à cet hôtel !

La chambre très loin de la piscine et en 2 eme étage j’ai 2 enfant en bas âge j’ai fé une réclamation au service client Hotel .com pour quel me change la chambre mais rien est fé. Hôtel mérite 2 étoile pas plus,ce n’est propre odeur des égaux au parking insupportable restauration y’a pa de qualité beaucoup de retour de la veille je suis vraiment dégoûté de dépenser 1133,00 euro pour 4 nuit dans un hôtel comme ça

Très belle plage

La plage était merveilleuse, l’hôtel doit mieux soigner la propreté sinon tout le reste offre un séjour parfait pour les familles

Super hôtel équipe très sympa belle piscine repas convenable mais très basique manque de belles pièces de viandes au menu!
J'ai du partir plus tôt pour hospitalisation de ma mère et la direction de l'hôtel a refusé de me rembourser 6 jours loupés ....même pas un geste commercial du coup je suis très déçue et n'y retournerai pas ...dommage
