Room tv language set to Romanian, bedding sheets clean but ripped, dirty ear cleaning buds in bathroom bin.
We are using this hotel for years, but I think it's time to look for somewhere else.

Perfect location en route to Austria as it is at the motorway service station. Check in is at the desk to the right of the service station restaurant. Everyone was very welcoming and the room was quiet and clean. Our room looked out over the fields at the back, you couldn’t tell it was so close to the motorway. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location for a one night stay if you travelling through Germany, everything is absolutely perfect, if I really want to be picky then the check in should be done online and not old fashioned way filling out all your personal details on a piece of paper.

The hotel is great. The rooms are clean, quiet, great size and comfortable. They treat you with a glass of water and chocolate in the room. Check in was quick however this time there was a building work front of the hotel. As we arrived 9pm at night it was very difficult to find the way to the enteance. Very long walk in the rain. The staff did not speak in English at all but they were very very helpful. To find the car park behind the hotel this time (big building works) was extremely difficult. One of the staff member came to pick us up at the petrol station with her car to show us the overnight parking behind the hotel. We did not know that EV charger does not available this time it was another problem for us at the night.
Overall the hotel itself was lovely.

Overnight to Munich - pets allowed.

Overnight to Munich - everything was easy and clean. Functional hotel to spend the night. Quite comfortable for a road hotel. It's located in a gas station but everything very clean and safe. Breakfast at the food station nearby was good but a bit confusing as they do not speak English and for us was a peoglem. Dogs allowed.

A good convenient hotel just off the motorway. Our room was spacious- a double bed and bunk beds which was great. We literally just slept and carried on with our journey early the next morning. No complaints & we would stay again.

Very nice hotel!

Great stay if you know what you want.

Had a perfect stay in a totally functional accommodation comforting all we needed. Infrastructural connection is brilliant as it's literally next to the Autobahn. Perfect if you'd like to commute between Würzburg Bamberg area. Breakfast was definitely worth the money at a high standard.

Voor een snelle tussenstop is het ideaal. Op de snelweg dus voor de gezelligheid moet je het niet doen. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Ontbijt is heel betaalbaar en prima, niets bijzonders verder.

Beim Check-In etwas Wartezeit mitbringen, da die Rezeption in der angrenzenden Raststätte ist und dort auch alle anderen Gäste bedient werden. Der Check-Out ist unkompliziert. Es gibt einen Briefkasten in dem man die Zimmerkarte einwirft. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig aber sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet

Godt alternativ til de dyrere hoteller i Nürnberg, hvis behovet er at ville overnatte uden at ville se og opleve andet end motorvej. Morgenmaden er OK, men ikke mere.
Aftensmaden kan man bestille til afhentning i rastepladsens cafeteria. En skam er det bare at de QR koder som ligger på værelset tilhører Steigerwald Nord rastepladsen og ikke Süd. Dvs. at maden er klar til afhentning på den anden side af A3 motorvejen som ikke er tilgængelig uden kørsel på mindst 10 km.
24 timers reception er her ikke, men der er
Personale når der er behov for det.

Rooms, beds and the breakfast were good. But…

Worst check in ever. The man at the gas station who handled the check-in demanded payment from us, even though the room was pre-paid and we showed our receipt. The man refused to speak English, and also refused to hand over the key to us. Only an hour later, when another employee at the gas station arrived, we were given the key to our reserved (and paid) room. Not the treatment you want at 10 pm after a whole day on the highway with two tired children in the car. Catastrophicly bad!

Einfach eingerichtete Zimmer aber sehr sauber, war positiv überrascht.
Praktisch: Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Im Hotel selbst gibt es keine Rezeption. Diese ist im Gasthaus nebenan. Frühstück für 8€ war sehr gut. Obwohl es an der Autobahn liegt, war es sehr ruhig.
Den einzigen Minuspunkt würde ich für den Wasserdruck geben. Der war wirklich sehr schwach.

Uitstekende gelegenheid om een nacht te verblijven tijdens onze reis. Een familiekamer voor 4 personen inclusief ontbijt voor nog geen €120,-. Alles erg schoon en netjes op een ruime kamer. Het wordt 5 sterren voor alles als de parkeerplekken voor de deur ook klaar zijn. Nu is het echt even zoeken waar de parkeerplaats is.

Prima moderne kleine kamers voor een nachtje op weg naar het zuiden. Goede schone badkamer. Bedden wat hard maar oke. Parkeerruimte wordt nog aangelegd waardoor je nu best ver moet lopen. Is te doen.

Neither good nor bad.

The entrance to the hotel is from Esso Gas Station, which is 300-400 meters away. You have to buy the things you need from the market here because the resting facility next to the hotel is closed. I had made a reservation as a large single bed, but was given a room with two separate single beds. I couldn't make a room change as there was no reception to take care of it. Besides, there are no channels other than those broadcasting in German on the TV and the wi-fi does not connect to the internet. You can leave your car free of charge in the open parking lot 500 meters away.

We waren aangenaam verrast: een ruime familiekamer met een modern badkamer met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding!
Kamer was heel schoon met fijne bedden en voldoende handdoeken voor 4 personen. Eten kon in de naastgelegen “Raststätte“.
Wij zouden hier weer verblijven. Voor een tussenstop zeker een aanrader!

An der Tür des Hotels stand dass der Check in im Rasthof Restaurant sei. Dort angekommen wurden wir auf die Tankstelle verwiesen. Diese war weiter vorne und durch die wild geparkten LKW war es schwierig diese zu erreichen. Ich fühlte mich nicht sicher genug um dort zu Fuß hinzulaufen.
Im Zimmer waren noch die Badeschlappen des vorherigen Gastes und ich frage mich wie das bei der Reinigung nicht auffallen kann.
Positiv ist, dass man die Autobahn nicht hört.
Die Matratze war ziemlich hart und die Kissen dafür viel zu dünn.

Direkt an der Autobahn ist diese Unterkunft dennoch hervorragend zum Übernachten geeignet, da die Zimmer sehr ruhig sind. Die ganze Organisation ist durchdacht, von der Buchung bis zum Verlassen. Frühstück is günstiger für Hotelgäste. Personal freundlich, Unterkunft sauber und praktisch.

Für einen Zwischenaufenthalt auf einer längeren Fahrt fantastisch geeignet - niedriger Preis, sauberes, zwar kleines, aber mit allem Nötigen neuwertig ausgestattetes Zimmer (ebenerdige große Dusche), Parkplatz vor dem Eingang, superfreundliches Personal, ordentliches Essen zu akzeptablen Preisen (der Burger und der Pfälzer Weißherbst sind eine Empfehlung). Natürlich ist es eine Autobahnanlage und kein mittelalterliches Städtchen an der Romantischen Straße. Aber solche sind nah. Absolute Empfehlung und die zweite Serways Raststätte nach der im Spessart, die ich als Vielreisender mit ausgedehnter Erfahrung in allen Hotelkategorien in angenehmer Erinnerung behalten werde.

Easy to reach hotel along the Autobahn. Accessible from both directions, there is a small tunnel under the highway that you need to go to if you travel in the direction of Frankfurt. Good sound isolation from highway noise, but keep the windows closed. Rooms, bed and bathroom are fine; good enough for a one-night sleepover. Reception is not in the hotel but the Serways restaurant next to it.

Zimmer SEHR ruhig (Fenster geschlossen) obwohl Zimmer Richtung Autobahn, Zimmer sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Kleines Frühstück, wie der Name aussagt klein (2 halbe belegte Brötchen mit Kaffee) aber für knapp 5€ völlig OK. Zimmer und Bad für 1-5 Übernachtungen von der Größe her OK, Zimmer klimatisiert. Für längere Aufenthalte auf dem Zimmer nur bedingt geeignet. Alle Mahlzeiten werden im Nebengebäude im Restaurant eingenommen.
Fazit: um ein paar Tage Bamberg und Umgebung zu erkunden völlig OK und gerne wieder.

Leider war das Personal an der Tankstelle nur spärlich besetzt und somit dauerte der Check-in sehr lang. Als ich dann in mein Zimmer kam fand ich leider eine Toilette mit Urin Flecken vor. Bei 149€ für eine Raststätten 3 Sterne Unterkunft ein absolutes No Go

Chambre pas propre et qui sentait la fumée malgré que ce soit une chambre non-fumeur, informations pas clair du personnel, ventilation très bruillante, wifi de très mauvaise qualité, les portes serviettes étaient vides, pas de mini frigo ni de coffre, nettoyage de la chambre faite très tard, la réception ne se trouve pas dans le même bâtiment.
