Extremely wonderful stay. Also was upgraded from deluxe to club room and I have to say that is what everyone should book, as instead of facing more tents you instead face the mountain. Perfect for downtime on the patio out front. Would 100% recommend to others. Clean, good staff, good food.

Great place for safari. Close to the park, the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Loved the diversity in food selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms were perfect. Felt a bit rushed on our check out day but otherwise it a great experience.

Love the room club tent. Tons of room. Great view. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and respond to your needs instantly. The Ostriches are absolutely hilarious. Made us laugh everyday! Food is top notch. Staying outside the park is good so you have option to pay for the park or not. We saw Craig the old elephant outside the park at the conservancy.

Kibo safari camp is simply stunning with awesome views of my Kilimanjaro,and tented accomodation is like a 5 star room,fully serviced,the staff take the entire credit of our holiday too and chef Andrew is such a brilliant cook,well done Kibo team .Even the other chefs did so much to make our holiday special .

Amazing place next to the Amboseli entrance park. The settings, the tents, restaurant and bar have a lot of charm. The view on the Kilimanjaro is beautiful. Staff is fantastic and the food is the best we've had in Kenya, a lot of choice and Absolutely delicious. thank you !

Honestly, it was OK but there’s a few things that they need to work on. They should have a WhatsApp system where we can connect with employees when we need something in the room instead of walking all the way to the front desk to ask for a simple thing like a towel. Also the system of ordering is ridiculous. You have to sign on every order you ask for. For example, if you ask for white wine, they give you a paper to sign for it then if you ask for Water, you get another paper to sign for it so you get 5-6 papers to sign For a few things that you order. And you have to sign before the water even comes to you.

Kibo is a lovely camp. The staff was so accommodating and very attentive. I would like to say that the marketing of the accommodations is misleading. The pictures of the \" Luxury tent\" show that you have a view of Kilimanjaro...but you do not. .I think that this should be stated. This was a huge disappointment as this was my first group that I have brought to Amboseli.

Exceptional service for dinner and Lunch. Thank you, Felix, for your attentiveness.

We were awoken at 3.58 am on a Sunday with blaring music next door. Literally 100+ decibels. We went for our tour after breakfast (incredibly, the music continued after we reported to management). On our return, we found that this continued because there was a \"Church Service\" next door. Chanting, \"Talking in Tounges,\" and preaching continued until late afternoon on Sunday. The manager never gave us any feedback. There is an issue with the location of this church service in the quiet of a National Park Resort.

The bar/Lounge service was simply horrible for us. The service staff in this section were passive and unattentive. This is in sharp contrast with the dining section, where the service was exceptional. But I think this perhaps was just our unlucky day as the other guests seemed to have a great time.

The food was very good overall. Good value for money.

We experienced 16 power outages, lasting from 5 to 15 minutes each. While we eventually got used to them, it would have been helpful if we were informed about this normal occurrence in advance.

Forget using Wi-Fi in the cottages. (Well, for the ones facing Mt Kilimanjaro's side, at least.) Forget about hot showers in this section. Hope for lukewarm.

The reception staff is mixed—very good mixed with very bad.

This is a great place to stay in Amboseli. Located right outside the gate (less than 3 min to gate). The accommodations are great! The food and staff are great too! We had Benard as our driver and he was great as well! If you’re coming to Amboseli stay at Kibo, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at Kibo Safari Camp! We stayed for 5 nights and were made to feel very welcomed and at home! Dinner is amazing - there is a wood burning pizza oven and different grill stations! The bar area is beautiful and spacious. Our tent was very spacious and comfortable. It did not get cold at all, which was surprising!

Located very close to the Amboseli park gate the property offers a very scenic resting place before or after the next safari. Having a friendly stuff, good food and comfortable tents it was a good pick for our stay during our Amboseli national park trip. Highly recommended.

Construction in lobby which is the only place the wifi works, which was very irritating. No non-dairy options for coffee and tea, not that hard to get almond, soy or rice milk. Felt like much of the staff was in training, which is not what I want to deal with.
Most of the staff was very friendly. Food was ok, had vegan options. Wifi didn't work the whole first day, which is a nuisance when you are trying to download pictures from the day.

Love our stay here. The tents are very comfortable and it was a real treat to stay here. The only downside is it that its a very big place and it can sometime feel like a school camp! But otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The tented lodges are locates just outside Amboseli. It is a large lodge with 85 tents, a spa, curio shop etc. very friendly staff. The buffet had a good selection of continental and african dishes.

Great camp. Benjamin was a great guide. Highly recommend Benjamin if you can request him. He made it his mission for us to get pictures with Mt. K and elephants. In addition Duncan and the staff were great. Highly recommend Kibo if you are visiting Amboselli.

Mooie safaritenten, heerlijk eten en super gastvriendelijke staff. Vlakbij de ingang van Amboseli NP, net buiten het NP! Wij houden meer van een kleinschaliger kamp en jammer dat je vanaf het kamp niet op een drinkwaterhole uit kijkt.

Kilimanjaro at your doorstep

This place is located beautifully, at the entrance of Amboseli and with a stunning views of Kilimanjaro.
It’s a close drive to Kilimanjaro Baloon Safaris, a professional company which takes you to unforgettable early mornings balloon rides.
Service was quite good at Kibo, the food was ok.
Desserts were plain, and being emptied quickly without being filled again
The rooms aer beautifully done in true African style.
We asked for floors to be cleaned, twice, something that hasn’t been done
There weren’t enough towels, and no conditioner/shampoo/bodywash that one would expect to get in places of this price range
And there were school excursion at the same time, something that’s made us complaint to the manager because of the noise during the evening
All in all, a great place with a beautiful location
We would definitely come back if they would improve these small things that can make a big difference

Flott sted, meget komfortable rom/telt, utsikt mot Kilimanjaro, alt i alt veldig bra. Kunne gitt stedet den beste rangeringen, men de sliter litt med logistikken i restauranten, der det ikke er noe system, ofte overfylt og med lange køer til maten. Generelt mindre og dårligere utvalg av mat sammenlignet med tilsvarende lodger.

This is a very nice hotel resort. The tent is in good condition and spacious. Security is good especially it is in fact a tented accommodation. You feel so secure within the camp. It was so nice to sit outside the tent (they provide sofa chair outside the tent which is so considerate). Looking at the sky and hearing the natural sound at night was really a great experience especially for visitors from cities like us. The only setback is the hot water. I was forced to take cold water bath twice. One is in the afternoon when i got back from safari at 1pm (a break of the safari and resume at 4pm again). It was OK because it was in the afternoon time which is sunny and hot. But the other time they told us that they need to \"repair\" the water pipe which takes hours, we have no alternative but to take cold water bath at night (it was around 12-15degree celsius at night with cold wind).. It was really shivering and not pleasant. The food is very good which provides both European and African cuisine and covered a lot of dishes. I would say their food is amongst the best I have ever taken in my African trip. The hot water problem is just a minor thing and overall this is a very nice accoomodation and experience. Highly recommended!!!

这家酒店真是太棒了，虽然不能外出，但是白天安安静静的坐在阳台上，听鸟叫，看蝴蝶飞，远处有原住民走过，时不时抬头望一眼乞力马扎罗山，晚上看繁星，太安逸了，我们住了2个晚上，酒店经理也很好，只是里面的工艺品有点小贵，后来去寻猎，路边有好多卖同样工艺品的，价格才三分之一。三餐也好，服务员是发自内心的微笑，餐厅里有一位男服务员笑起来很有趣，如果运气好的话，听到那笑声，能让你跟着笑个不停。还有一位负责汤的女服务员叫smile, 也是很可爱。总之，很喜欢这家酒店，相比后两天住在国家公园内的那家昂贵的酒店，这里更舒适。

服务非常好，我定错了一天，酒店还帮忙调整了，吃的也不错，但是不同时间不同日期吃的不一样，有些喜欢，有些不那么好吃，不过总体来说种类很多，味道也不错，只不过房建没有wifi，这点再改进一下就完美了
