Great value. Easy access. Felt secure. Restaurant choices were few but the quality of breakfast and dinner choices were excellent. Service was friendly and always available without feeling intrusive. WiFi was fast but still spotty even in areas of the room we stayed in.

Relaxing Resort

Amazing hotel next to Airport. Good rooms with nice bathroom. Swimming pool was very clean and large.
Good restaurant and excellent breakfast.
Could not fault hotel at all, just a bit far from Sukhothai, no problems for us as had own own car.
We had visitors from Australia with us and they loved the hotel as well.

Sukhothai Heritage Resort is a wonderful place to stay and relax from the moment you arrive you are given a warm smile and a welcome drink. Sunset time was beautiful by the pool and could be seen from our balcony as well. I was only there for a night so did not have time to see what was in the surrounding area so I ate that hotel. The food was good but it is recommended to order your food prior to your dinner reservation as the food takes awhile to prepare.

Truly relaxing atmosphere with low rise resort and 2 pools. I like this healthy breakfast.

The nice neighborhood includes small zoo, chinese temple, organic farm. All is accessible by short biking distance from the hotel.

The property is absolutely gorgeous… Incredibly beautiful and private… But that just makes it more heartbreaking that they have not hired even one employee with a shred of service mentality

The ONLY reason ANY tourist would be in this area ... THE ONLY ... is Sukothai. But in your room is not the tiniest pamphlet about Sukhothai

Sukothai is large and you might want to plan your time at the site ... but they do not have any map of the historical site ( even though I later found out they could’ve gotten one for free from the historical site )

Sukothai is Famous for photography and many people will want to be there around sunset and sunrise… But the staff could not recommend a place to be at sunrise or sunset… I did not even know in what direction would be the sunrise or at what time

It’s as if the staff believes that everyone has arrived simply to stay inside the walls of the hotel and that making this day enjoyable is only about what happens inside the hotel… Despite the name of the hotel clearly showing that this is not white people have arrived

The fact that this would be so easy to do, and that they could do it once and then hand a little Sukothai primer packed every guest that would cost them almost nothing but dramatically improve the value and enjoyment just makes a job dropping that no one at the hotel has thought of this yet

Good stay for and early flight at the airport

The hotel is great if you need to catch a flight early in the morning. Over all it a beautiful hotel and decent restaurant. The only problem I had was I had booked a superior room with a king size bed through the app that was already paid for and booked 2 days earlier but when I arrived they said I had to pay extra for the king size bed so had to settle for 2 small beds to be put together We did arrive later than the normal check in time and since we were going to sleep early because we had a early morning flight did not think it was worth to pay extra. That was the only disappointment with this resort.

Hotel on the way to Si Stachanalai

The hotel starts looking its age (9 years) and is on the private road to the Sukhotai airport which is not obvious to find in the dark. Food was excellent and so was the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I was clearly the only one using the pool. If ever I want to write a book, this is the perfect place

Fantastic property near Sukhothai airport.

Stayed 2 nights recently. Fantastic property! Great room, excellent swimming pool and really good food. The breakfast is very nice; good coffee and perfectly poached eggs!
They offer free bicycles for pedaling about the area, which is nice. There is a zoo nearby and an organic farm. The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and helpful.
It's a bit out of the way for visiting the old city temples, but the resort has a van service that took us for a fee.
The airport is a 3 minute drive, so it was extremely convenient for arrival and departure.
I'd return to stay again anytime.

Great place to start your Sukhothai adventure

This is a really nice place about 1.2 km from the entrance to the Sukhothai Historical Park. It's really nice and quiet with a pool and nice breakfast. I've been here twice now and the staff are friendly and very helpful. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the room and they changed me to a new room very quickly. Wat Chang Lom is right behind it.

Luckily we were only staying as convenience to be near the airport but for a holiday or visit I would certainly look to other accommodation in sukhothai first. The rooms are lovely, although in the suite we had we did have a dead mosquito nest in the toilet and a dead baby bird on the balcony - other than this it was pretty spotless so I assume these were not occurrences that happened through lack of cleaning but just unfortunate coincidences. The service could be more consistent - some customers had their luggage escorted to their room for them, others didn't. Some staff were lovely and others seemed extremely bored (although to be fair it was absolutely empty on the nights we stayed. The pool area is lovely but could do with some maintenance - as you walk around in the pool many of the floor tiles are loose or have come away altogether and are floating around on the bottom of the pool. Not much else to say - nice accommodation and the grounds are lovely but felt a bit soulless.

Good hotel- restaurant needs to improve

Plus: the rooms are great, very comfortable I would give them a 5. The hotel is away from town, but that can also be an advantage as there is no noise and it is very relaxing- you only hear the birds.

Minus: The restaurant has a limited menu, especially for breakfast. Limited wine list. Being 4 stars, they should offer more food options also because it is your only choice to eat.

A great place to relax and recover

Our main reason for visiting the area was to visit the ancient city of Sukhothai, and this hotel is a good 40 minute drive from there, which only their own van as an option, which is quite expensive. Having said that, the hotel is really lovely, and so as a treat, it felt worth it, and we did have a driver and air conditioned van from 8am until around 4pm for about £50, so not that bad really!!!
On the first night, it felt like we were the only guests, and the waiter at dinner brought us freshly baked rolls, explained all the specials, and generally made sure we had absolutely everything we could need, excellent service. On the second night, there was some kind of Chinese/Japanese travel agent meeting going on, and our waiter from the night before said hello, and then he would be working upstairs that night. We didn't get anywhere near as good a service, which after how special the first night was, felt disapointing. The food on both occassions was excellent though.
I had the swimming pool to myself when I used it, and it was very peaceful and tranquil.
I would recommend this hotel as somewhere to have a bit of recovery time from travelling about, and just accept that cost of getting to Sukhothai as part of the experience.

A beautiful resort but need more attentive staff!

A beautiful resort set in the out skirt of Sukhothai. It is actually next to the airport with the closest town being Sawankhalok not Sukhothai despite of the hotel name. Transport to the town is about 30 to 45 min drive. The front desk was efficient and in a true Sukhothai fashion polite, sincere and service with a smile with Rung leading the team at the Front. The up keep of the surrounding such as pools, yes two pools and gardens are superb, unfortunately, the housekeeping is the weak link. We stayed in the suite room for 9 nights, beds were made but floors remained dirty after cleaning with the bathroom supplies not replenished. We constantly having to call to get supplies. The staff at the Lotus Restaurant with the main person, Puy leads a team of staff with limited English during breakfast. it is a hotel for a stopover rather then a destination. No pool service and no in-house day spa setup. Overall, we had fun and enjoyed the stay but will probably choose a different accommodation if we visit Sukhothai again.

It took them a week at the Lotus Restaurant to offer us a high chair for our one year old daughter. Late is better than never I guess.

Not nearly what it could be.

The overall presentation of the resort is nice, with some problems with the maintenance of the installations, such as the ponds and plumbing. The Kenny G music that continuously plays at night all over the resort is quite annoying. What really displeased me was the overpriced water (30 Bahts, compared to the free water offered in all the other 3 places I stayed in Thailand during this trip) and some less than forthcoming information about the day trips and their prices.

Schönes Hotel auf Flughafengelände

Das Hotel entsprach den Erwartungen, saubere moderne Zimmer mit gutem W-LAN. Wir hatten das Gefühl die einzigen Gäste zu sein und die ganze Hotelanlage für uns zu haben. Der angeschlossene Flughafen ist ganz hübsch, jedoch waren der Zoo und auch das Orchideenmuseum zur Hauptsaison geschlossen. Das fanden wir sehr schade und hat unseren Besuch ein wenig getrübt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut, es haben sich teilweise vier Kellner um unseren Zweimanntisch gekümmert. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch, bräuchte aber etwas mehr Leben durch mehr Hotelgäste.

Notre but était de visiter l'acuité antique de Sukhotai.Avantage,l'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport (5mns) inconvénient il faut faire 30 kms pour aller sur le site.
Hotel propre,chambres spacieuse et d'un charme certain mais déjà presque vieillissant ....que 10 ans ! les piscines sont grandes et tellement agreable le soir....les matelas sont à renouveler....
On y mange bien et le personnel est gentil
Globalement, une bonne adresse

โรงแรมอยู่ภายในสนามบินสุโขทัย มีการตกแต่งอาคารแบบพื้นถิ่น ภายในห้องพักสวยงาม น่าอยู่ สะดวกสบาย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน แต่มีข้อเสียที่ห้องน้ำภายในห้องพักมีกลิ่นท่อระบายน้ำ โถสุขภัณฑ์เสียงน้ำไหลดังและชอบค้างทำให้มีเสียงน้ำไหลตลอดเวลา ผนังห้องน้ำสกปรก ภายในส่วนอาบน้ำ ตัวฝักบัวมีคราบราดำน่าขยะแขยง และการออกแบบที่ทำให้ห้องน้ำคับแคบกว่าที่ควรจะเป็น ส่วนอาหารเช้าก็เรียบง่าย ไม่ได้มีตัวเลือกอะไรมากนัก และมีข้อเสียที่น้ำดื่มกดออกมาแล้วมีเยื่อของผลไม้ประเภทส้มหรือเลมอนออกมาด้วย จึงแจ้งพนักงานให้ช่วยเปลี่ยน ทำให้รู้สึกแย่ว่าโรงแรมขาดการเอาใจใส่ในเรื่องความสะอาดของอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม

เข้าพักตอนเย็น บรรยากาศในโรงแรมดีมากๆ พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก บรรยากาศดี ห้องนอนขนาดใหญ่ ทั้งๆที่เป็นห้องแบบมตรฐานธรรมดาแต่การตกแต่งสวยงาม มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องนอนครบถ้วนทุกอย่าง อาหารเช้าอร่อย ทำเลสะดวก สามารถขับรถไปเที่ยวได้ทั้ง 2 อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ที่อยู่คนละทิศ เพราะโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดกับสนามบินซึ่งอยู่บริเวณกลางๆระหว่าง 2 อุทยาน ถ้ามาเที่ยวสุโขทัยแนะนำให้พักที่นี่อย่างน้อย 2 วัน เพื่อไปเที่ยวอุทยานทั้งสองแห่งละ 1 วัน มาสุโขทัยคราวหน้าก็จะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน
