Convenient hotel if you're looking to explore La Mancha towns like Consuegra, Argamasilla de Alba, El Toboso, and others. I used it as a hub to visit these smaller towns, which have limited quality accommodations. It worked very well for me, especially with the easy and convenient outdoor self-parking

High cost hotel; good staff: a bit old fashioned: we had to change rooms as difficult to move around- after change it was ok.
Would be nice to have coffee/tea facility in the room.
Didn’t use restaurant- looked expensive.

seemed under staffed.
Had to look for Bar Staff Breakfast Staff was friendly but
wasn't available when a cooked breakfast was required
so went without!

Buen sitio, cerca de un parque perfecto para dar una vuelta o hacer ejercicio. A 1Km del centro y facil para aparcar y llegar.
La cena no estaba rica, sinceramente deberian de mejorar ese aspecto.

Ok for small town accommodation

Plentiful of free open air car parking and service at restaurant was fantastic. Dinner was simple but delicious and great value for money! The good stops here however. The room was relatively small and dimly lit. If you need power sockets by the bed side you would have to remove the lamps which made the room even darker. Balcony is a great touch but room is so small the furnitures block the balcony door from opening. Balcony is full of bird droppings and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks I wouldn’t even go outside. The in room safe was locked when I arrive and front desk said he had to write a note for the technician the next day as it was after 5pm and only the technician can open the safe. I then saw him put away the pen and empty paper notepad after I walked away. Had a small cut on the day of checking out and asked front desk if they had band aid or plasters. She thought for 1 second, shook her head, said no and then went back about her business. Note also that if you miss meal times, you will have to drive out into town to get food.

I enjoyed my stay, help full staff and reasonable prices.
Unfortunately was not able to make use of the Spa or pool due to time constraints.
Room was good size and kept to a good cleanliness standard.

Best hotel in the area

Very good sized rooms and the hotel is in a good location for walking through the park to the town centre. The gym is very small and limited which is its only draw back. Overall, a very nice hotel which I've stayed in a number of times now.

Beautiful interior but some flaws

Beautiful hotel and great view from the room. Dogs barking and loud guests kind of ruined the stay. Bed was ok but had much better in Spain. Doors don't do much for sound. Didn't use the restaurant but food looked good.

Good hotel and well positioned

Nice hotel for individual guests and weddings. There was an outdoor pool, but it closed at 8.00 pm which I think is too early during the summer. The rooms were big and had a seating area. I had to pay extra for breakfast but although it was buffet style, it was nice. I would recommend this hotel

Great Hotel... but make sure you print a map to find it...

...that is not the map the booking website offers since the website map icon places this hotel in a totally different town a half hour drive way from its actual location. To make matters worse, my GPS wasn't very helpful as it couldn't interpret the address as stated by te booking website. So we drove around for over an hour and had to ask for directions several times. We were actually pretty lucky to get there. Lucky to guess correctly as to which town it is actually in since it is not in Ciudad Real or in the town the website map icon indicated, and lucky to find someone who recognized the name of the hotel since the street address wasn't helpful. So all of the above is a complaint about the booking site. The hotel itself was excellent and a great value. The room was very well appointed modern, and clean. Parking was right in front of the lobby.

Great stopover, good value

Our 1st stop on the way home, super modern hotel, great room, brilliant Wi-Fi. It was a shame that the pool was closed the week before we arrived, we had driven 300 miles in 30+ degrees and were expecting to be able to use the pool. We walked into the town which was disappointing and eventually had a superb meal in the Hotel Restuarant Courtyard. There was a wedding on in the Hotel but we were not affected at all, we had the courtyard mostly to ourselves and the waitress was very helpful given her limited English. Bear in mind that the Restuarant Menu is limited at weekends.

Probably the best hotel in Alcazar

The only drawback with this hotel is that it is on the other side of town from the railway station. There's a taxi rank outside the station but you may have to drag the driver out of the bar opposite!
The hotel itself is modern and, although on a main road, the room I was in was at the back, very quiet, with a balcony overlooking the garden and open air pool.
The reception staff were efficient and spoke good English. They also arranged a taxi to get me back to the station on the morning of departure.
The room was large and comfortable with a large double bed and the bathroom was immaculate, well-lit and well-stocked. The one slight problem was that I could hear people moving about in the next room, especially footsteps on the wooden floors, and they could probably hear me and my squeaky bathroom door in the middle of the night.
The restaurant has an excellent menu. There's a version in English but the translator was not up to the task, so there was a bit of guesswork in selecting dishes. The young barman doubled as the waiter. He was very pleasant and well-presented but his English was not much better than my Spanish. The food was excellent and everything was well-served. Sadly, there was only one other table occupied so there was no real atmosphere.
Breakfast offered a good range of juices, cold meats, bread products, conserves etc. with the same waiter in attendance (I assume he gets some time off).
I do recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Alcazar.

La recepcionista no pudo ser más maleducada. Se empeñaba en indicar que debía pagar 4 noches en lugar de 3, porque según ella, había estado alojado una noche más, no siendo así. Pese a mostrarle mi factura (pagada la noche anterior al check out y la confirmación de reserva donde se indicaban mis 3 noches) ella seguía empecinada en eso, siendo súper cortante y borde conmigo. Cuando finalmente lo comprueba en el sistema, solo indica de malas maneras que la compañera lo había anotado mal, y no pide ni disculpas por el trato que acababa de darme, porfiando todo el tiempo y dudando de mi palabra. Una vergüenza.
Las limpiadoras a las 08:30 h de charla en los pasillos, contándose sus vidas con carcajadas, voces elevadas, etc sin respetar el descanso del cliente. Las habitaciones son muy amplias pero con mobiliario muy deteriorado. Las colchas pesan muchísimo, se hace hasta incómodo taparse con ellas, las paredes colmadas de rayones y desconchadas, una pena. El hotel es precioso en zonas comunes, pero a las habitaciones les hace falta un lavado de cara.

Camas incómodas sin nórdico para taparse

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel no fue muy satisfactoria. El personal amable, el desayuno correcto, el tamaño de la habitación bien y limpia, necesita el baño reforma y lo que me pareció arcaico es que siendo invierno y a 0 grados no hubiera ni un nórdico para taparse, únicamente una sábana. En el armario un par de mantas viejas nada más. Teniendo en cuenta que somos alérgicos pedimos por favor un relleno nórdico pero no tenían nada. Me parece muy arcaico que en pleno SXXI un hotel de 4* sólo disponga de mantas llenas de polvo para taparse. Además los colchones incomodísimos, duros de muelles del siglo pasado. Conclusión, dormimos como pudimos con jersey y al día siguiente con un buen catarro. Es una lástima!

Me ha parecido un buen hotel, con una preciosa vista al parque. Habitaciones amplias con 2 camas juntas. Muy cómodas. Bañera en lugar de ducha. Igual habría que hacer un poco de mantenimiento en las puertas, pero me ha gustado en general mucho. No es céntrico. Personal muy amable.
