When we arrived at check in there was no staff, had to wait around for at least 10min after a bit the restaurant staff went to search… Was told that he was in the toilet, but I suspect he was watching the German football game. Also I had understood that the parking was included, but maybe I got that wrong, anyway we had to pay €10 and then drive it down the road to a parking house, not very convenient with suitcases and dog etc. Appart from this the hotel was lovely and modern, in a very nice and convenient location. The only real complaint I have is that the windows are very old and that you could hear everything on the street, I was woken up at 04.45 because of seagulls making noise!!!

I like the location. Everything is in walking distance. The shower is excellent even for Europe. No A/C can be a problem. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small. No fridge.

Good bits - but annoying additional charge.

Generally good stay in a nice hotel.
Tablet in the room is loaded with loads of useful and interesting information.
Room did not have a kettle and when I asked about one I was told that there was no housekeeping on at that point. I was told to get a jug of hot water from the bar - I WAS CHARGED €5 for this jug of hot water…only to find that there was a kettle sitting on a trolley in the corridor outside my room for the entire night.
It might seem petty - but I think that was an expense that really wasn’t required.

Everything fine except the climb.

The lift only went up to the second floor, so we had to carry all our bags and suitcases up (and down) another level on a rather narrow and twisting staircase. This was quite an effort and even a little risky at our age!

Fin indtjekning, men vi havde hjemmefra krydset af i feltet med, at vi har en hund med, samt skrevet i kommentarfeltet, hvilken slags hund det er. Da vi ankom til indtjekning, sagde hun, at vi ikke havde skrevet om hunden og at det kunne blive et problem. Vi fik et værelse trods alt, men hvad mangler vi så at krydse af? Meget pænt værelse. Dog ingen varme i gulvet på toilettet. Det tændte vi selv, samt radiatoren, da der var køligt på værelset.
Morgenmaden er ikke 20 euro værd. Der var ingen glutenfri muligheder ved brødet, og jeg skulle spørge efter havredrik. Ingen mælkefri yoghurt eller andet muligt. Jeg blev meget skuffet over udvalget. De vendte heller ikke tilbage med, om der var mælk i røræggene.

Det var et fantastisk hotel, fine værelser, meget sødt og hjælpsom personale. Et hyggeligt loungeområde med en fin bar det eneste der manglede var ild i pejsen.
Vi spiste i restauranten en aften og virkelig god mad.

Der var meget koldt på værelset. Ingen mulighed for at lave kaffe/the. Man havde egentlig ikke lyst til at opholde sig på værelset. Vi har været på hotellet flere gange før, men nogle år siden. Synes tidligere det har været rigtig godt.
Vi fik et classic værelse, trods det vi havde bestilt et comfort værelse og også betalt for det…
Så det var nok vores sidste ophold der.

Great, great, great

What a fantastic, centrally located hotel! Super friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient located.
When you book a hotel like this, do expect a bit of noise from the street - especially the police and ambulances which we heard a couple of times. Not a big issue for us, but a thing to be aware of before booking.

Fungerar bra med rullstol

Fungerar bra med rullstol. Även om det var en del backar och tunga dörrar inne på hotellet. Vi bodde i ett anpassat rum som var onödigt stort. Särskilt badrummet var som en balsal.

Die zentrale Lage ist mega. Die Zimmer incl. Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Durch die zentrale Lage, die kurzen Wege, ist man auch von einer Tagestour kommend nochmal kurz ins Hotel zum frisch machen und dann nochmal los zum Essen.
Das Personal am Empfang war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Veldig fint hotell. Hjelpsom personell.
Hotellrommet var rent og fint når vi kom, litt støy fra veien. Savnet en sofa og kjøleskap ellers ikke noe å klage på og alt var tipp topp.

Godt centralt hotel med god morgenmad

Virkelig godt hotel centralt i Flensborg tæt på ZOB og gågaden. Værelserne er fine, dog mangler der et lille køleskab og en kaffemaskine. Med den klasse hotellet i øvrigt udstråler burde dette være en selvfølgelighed.

Larmende og stærkt oplyst værelse

Hotellet ligger ud mod en meget travl gade med mange daglige udrykningskøretøjer udover busser og biler.

Derudover bliver facaden oplyst af et par meget skarpe spots der oplyser hele ens værelse, så man er nødt til at trække gardinerne for.

Personale er dog utrolig venlige og imødekommende.

Wonderful hotel, central, comfortable,dog-friendly

Great central hotel, very nice room and breakfast. Very dog friendly, they left a snack and some food for our dog, which was so cute. They had also pre-filled the water bowl and had a dog bed.
