I nice hidden gem in Cau Giay

Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch.

Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. Also provided water dispencer with 5 gallons of water, more than enough for our 3 days stays. Washing machine is also available, so there's no worry it you have limited clothes during your stay. These will be on my top list, of accomodation, if ever we will be back to Hanoi.

I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi.

Not walkable to city but if you’d like to explore the Hanoi more broadly it is a fantastic location. Big spacious suite with office to work from, cafe downstairs in the building. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

I have been staying in many quality hotel apartments and I would say that in terms of quality and standards of service it was great. I have to warn you that there's a school nearby and the morning music is so loud.. also there's a supermarket near by which is good. But however in terms of communication, it was a challenge.. the staffs command of English isn't strong, they had a hard time understanding that I need my sheets changed and washing machine switched to dryer.. constant frowning and ignoring whenever I say thank you.
overall my experience was pleasant, I'll not stay here again for sure.. because in my opinion, communication is the key to a good hotel experience.

A basic hotel with full apartment amenities ie. kitchen, clothes washer, etc. Not too cheap and located far from stores and restaurants, it is 30 minutes from the airport, which is better than the 60 minutes in center city if you have an early flight. They have a decent Japanese restaurant, but that is about the extent of their offering. Nothing to write home about.

great hanoi option away from old town

Great hotel/apartment. Kitchenette was useful, indoor heated pool and hot tub is great. Bed is soft. Only thing it didn't have was a stocked minibar, or a dryer, but it did have a washing machine and an iron, nice tv.....decent bathroom. No complaints.

Very reasonably priced for an apartment type room. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff were welcoming, kept our luggage in store for several days for us. Easy to access Old Quarter by the shuttle they provide. We would certainly stay again if in the area for work.

Very comfy serviced residence in a good location

This is a very satisfying serviced residence that is situated in a convenient location, easy to reach various landmark venues. It takes about 15 minutes maximum to Keangnam Tower and Lotte Centre, and about 25 minutes to Hoan Kiem district by taxi. The hotel staff are all approachable and welcoming.

+Nice stay. Less than 30 minutes to airport. Breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was good. Service was excellent.

-TV is small by today's standard. Dryer not working quite well. Price is a little bit high compared to other nearby hotels.

A great hotel with great service!

We stayed at somerset Hoa Binh Hanoi first 2 nights and then 1 on our return. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff who went out of their way for us. Arriving early on the train both times we were able to have an early check in! The rooms were huge which includes kitchens and laundry facilities ! Just wounderful and this was just the studio room!! The resident lounge was great to use after check out with tea and coffee facilites . The swimming pool (20 meters long) was a great place to spend after a day out and also a nice warm spa was available . Even though we were 25 min out if the old quarter by taxi it is not expensive getting into town. Cost if this hotel is favourable when comparing quality with the others. Also the breakfast at Highlands restaurant was quite good if you like local cuisine ! It was the friendly staff that helped make our stay memorable and the fact they remembered my birthday with a gift was special !

First Class Hotel

This hotel was wonderful in every way. Clean ,comfortable , staff very efficient . The rooms were so spacious and had a full kitchen in ours so bedroom was separate to living / kitchen area . Beds so comfy too. Swimming pool ,of 20 meters , was a winner to do a few laps in at the end of the day. Breakfast had not bad Asian choices which we don't mind! It's a 25 min drive from the old quarter but what you save on accommodation you can pay on taxi fares.

This is the 5th time to stay this hotel, because the location is convenient for my client. Clean and confirtable enough to repeat many times. It is much better if they have shampoo and conditioner separately. But I have no difficulty other than that.

Great value for money

The rooms are quite large with great services. The hotel staff are very patient and kind. The pool is a nice treat and the gym is great! The only downside is the breakfast at the nearby Cafe (Highlands) is not well stocked and it seems like a burden for the Highlands staff.

1泊の利用でしたが、乾燥機付き洗濯機はありがたかったです。
その日のうちに乾き、チェックアウトに間に合いました。
娘を連れていきましたが２２階のラウンジのブランコや４階のジャグジーで楽しめました。

同じビル内に、KFCやカフェ、コンビニがあり雨に濡れず買い物できた点もよかった。
スタッフみなさんが子どもに優しく、安心して滞在できました。

出張のために宿泊しました。部屋は広く、キッチン、大きな冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機、ミネラルウォータータンクが常備されています。長期滞在に向いていると思います。隣はコンビニと喫茶店、近くににKFCもあり便利です。
観光地からはちょっと離れていると思いますが、部屋は清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。

A perfect hotel for business trip in Ha Noi

Somerset Hoa Binh Ha Noi is a perfect place for business people. The service and the facilities provided by the hotel is global standard and the room is pretty large that I could relax and work with having enough time. the crew at the hotel are always kind and professional in their work. The only thing that I would like to complain about this hotel is the location. Since I enjoy Korean food, mostly I stayed in My Dinh Song Da where there are many Korean restaurants. However, the hotels in My Dinh Song Da are not as good as Somerset Hoa Binh Ha Noi. I had to call Grab to go to My Dinh and it will be an uncomfortable point that I want to point out. If the guests do not prefer any specific food, Somerset Hoa Binh Ha Noi is one of the best hotels in Ha Noi.

호텔시설도 아주 좋았고 프론트 진행도 빠르게 잘 처리되었고 객실 내부도 너무 만족스러웠습니다.
수영장도 있어서 3박4일 있는동안 계속 이용했네요
생각보다 주변에 마트도 몇 있고 로컬음식점도 몇 있어서 이용하는데 편했습니다
다만, 프론트 외의 직원분들과 영어로 소통이 조금 어려웠네요...

過去に何回も利用しているホテルで.夕方19時頃にチェックアウトする事が毎回同じで.今回も最終日の朝に洗濯物をお願いした処.20時でないと洗濯物が帰ってこないと言われて困りました。(最近洗濯物を依頼している業者変更で出来なくなった事が理由らしい)　ホテルが時間までに何とかしてくれたことは感謝はしていますが.言い訳にしか聞こえなかったです。
