This hotel is pretty decent. The best thing about it in my opinion is that it had an excellent view of the beach. And the shower was really nice. The rooms are small, not really clean. There was no shampoo and shower gel.The elevator stopped working when we were checking out, but the staff was really helpful, and helped us with our heavy luggage.

Trashy hotel, outdated with nasty furniture, found blood in one of the sheets, they refused to clean the room if you’re staying more than one night, the key needs to be updated every day, never again, needs to shut down for renovation otherwise they will lose customers.

I stayed at Elaaz Farm for three nights and ended up extending my stay because it was so incredible! The peaceful setting, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch service made it the perfect getaway. The food was a highlight—fresh, local, and absolutely delicious.

Definitely a budget hotel

It is a budget hotel but even so, the buit-in furniture was chipped and the bathroom had stains and was generally unappealing. There were two dirty mattresses against the wall in the hall. Nice swimming pool and good dinner menu. The breakfast was very basic. The man at the desk was polite, and arranged an \"uber\" to the station. It was an unwashed car but got us there.

I really didn't like my stay in the hotel because I booked rooms with ocean views but I found the opposite. Rooms were not clean enough. Even the staff were not well-trained to communicate with clients. Very poor service

Escaping Marrakech heat for the weekend

Very disappointed, the hotel is in dire need for makeover. Rooms are dirty (beds, showers…etc). I had to pay extra tax that wasn’t part of the booking price. The only thing that was nice and friendly was the staff. We didn’t have any other choices to pick from if you want to stay in the city and close to the beach. I hope management will take action to improve the image of this facility:-)

Location is close to the beach. I stayed there for one night in summer, I recognised the air con can turn on the heater only, even I told the staff at counter. A maintenance staff came to have a look, but they could not fixed it. I open the window to get some cool for overnight.

Hotel would benefit from a refurb but although tired it was essentially OK and you know what you are going to get with Ibis. The price was quite high for what you got. Having said that there was nowhere else that looked any better. The town itself is a medium length walk from the hotel and less prosperous than others on the coast but it was a convenient 1 night stop over between Essaouira and Rabat. The hotel was right on the promenade and we booked an ocean view however these had already been allocated (possibly to a coach party) by the time we had arrived (4pm). There is a small but adequate car park and the attendant wiped the salt spray from our windscreen before we left. Having walked round the town we decided that the hotel was the best option for dinner which was fine. There was a swimming pool at the back of the hotel which looked ok but we did not use it.

Booked for 1 day to take my family on a 1 day relaxation trip as I had been sick undergoing treatment and I wanted a break for the family and my kids to swim in the swimming pool. Guess what? on Wednesdays, they close the pool for cleaning! the only one day that I brought the kids! and it says nowhere on the reservation info that the pool is closed on wednesdays, if I had know, I would have selected another place for my kids. Kids were really mad :( The staff: did not care and shrugged their shoulders with the usual 'Sorry'

Can smell smoke in the corridors, cement/concrete chips on the floor from some construction workers boots. Got bitten by insects overnight. Water is cold. There was some dirt on the shower floor. Wood floor is dusty as hell. At least the bed was clean.

This is a good hotel that I use two or three times per year. It is on the beach and there are some good restaurants near by if you want to eat out. This last stay was a bit chaotic as the hotel is undergoing renovations to the main reception area. This has meant that the lifts are not available as is the pool side bar.

We were originally staying at hotel ibis budget which our friend very keep Nilay booked for us. We were not happy with the room so checked in next door to ibis.The room was clean. Firm mattress and a headboard. The shower was a good size as well. We would advise a room facing the sea which we had and it made the stay pleasurable.

Pleasant efficient lady on reception checked us in quickly and gave us a room facing the afternoon sun.
The bedroom was very small as was the bed.
We arrived early afternoon. Having had breakfast before 0800 hrs we were famished. The restaurant was closed but I was able to order a limited range from the bar. I had the worst ever club sandwich !

El Jadida is , on the hole , a resort for Casablanca's wealthy .Hotel Ibis caters for this well and is rite on the beach , a short walk from the main town .The Hotel staff tryed their best despite not speaking English , basic French would definitely be an advantage as in the rest of morroco .
The hotel was clean with a good, if expensive , restaurant .The hour and a half journey from casa airport can also be expensive and may be best booked / organized before arriving .
El Jadida is well worth a visit and hotel Ibis would make this comfortable and peaceful , out of ten . . . seven!!

Best hotel we stayed in during the whole fortnight

Couldn't believe how good it was for the price. We had stayed at other Hotels and Riads during our trip to Morocco but the overall welcome and comfort offered here, whether by staff unobtrusively helping, directing or just smoothing our stay, surpassed anything else we had received (and the rest were good! Ibis was just that bit better!) The staff were excellent, the food was great and only the weather let it down. We wished we had stayed longer here.

The best you can choose !

Hotel location is good but not in down town. It takes 20 min. walk to reach the Portuguese Citadel in the old city. Hotel is clean quite and staff are all so friendly. Hotel facilities are all good. I enjoyed the beach and coffee shops in the area. I inspected the hotels in the city ... I found this is the best choice in a small town like this. I really enjoyed the hotel and the city.

Every thing is perfect

. Everything was perfect; the staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave me advises so that I arranged my short time very well. The room was clean as much as I didn't expect, and well arranged. I was so happy receiving such a room and staff. They are all perfect. The location is very nice just on the ocean shore, 10 min waking to the old citadel. Restaurants are not so far 5 - 10 min walking. The area is nice for relaxing or swimming in summer. I will go again for sure.

Het inchecken duurt heel lang. De man was niet op de hoogte van onze reservering en we moesten uitgebreide formuliertjes invullen.ook moesten we contant nog 4 € toeristenbelasting betalen. Het bed is prima. In de kamer is geen drinkbeker of glas aanwezig. Er waren deze keer wel kleerhangers. We hadden een kamer aan de voorkant met uitzicht op zee. Erg mooi. Het ontbijt viel tegen. Wat zoetigheid, maar weinig keuze aan hartig broodbeleg. Geen gewone thee, wel redelijke koffie.

Het hotel is aan het verouderen en vooral aan het versoberen. Er zijn geen kleerhangers, er wordt in de kamer geen drinkwater verstrekt, er staat maar 1 glas, er is geen koelkastje. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel was correct. Het was schoon. De ligging aan zee is schitterend.

Trop de lenteur à l'enregistrement.parking trop petit et pas opérationnel.
Service du jamais vu hormis les efforts de quelques femmes de ménages qui trop surbouquees
J'ai connu des Ibis mais celui ci sort du tas par la médiocrité du service des agents à l'accueil qui ne se transmettent les infos me donnant l'impression qu'on quémande
Un manque d'hygiène à la piscine.mais c'est dû à certains clients.
Dans l'état actuel à déconseiller aux gens qui ont l'habitude d'un certain standing.

“The man at the reception told us that we had to pay 20 euros in tourist tax, while according to Expedia it was only 12 euros. Upon checking out, it turned out that the man at the reception pocketed the 20 euros, and we had to pay the tourist tax again. Additionally, we were initially given two bad rooms, and after complaining and slipping them some money, they changed the rooms for us, even though they initially claimed everything was fully booked. But once we gave them some money, it suddenly became possible. The hairdryer in the room was broken, but fortunately, I had brought my own. Otherwise, everything was fine. However, be aware that you may be scammed by the reception, so keep a close eye on things.”

Hôtel à éviter !

Votre site annonce un check-in dès 12h or pas possible avant 14h. Puis toujours pas de chambre disponible après 14h30... Enfin votre site annonce climatisation or pas de clim dans la chambre au 3e, après réclamation on nous déménage au 2nd mais encore moins de clim puis après 22h nous avons enfin une chambre convenable avec sa climatisation ! Vous annoncez aussi une navette aéroport or rien n'existe, pas de poubelle dans la chambre ou la salle de bain, pas de serviette sans demander, la carte d'entrée se démagnétise à chaque fois, l'eau de la douche sort jusque dans la chambre, des clous sortent du parquet et nous piquent si nous restons pieds nus et pas de savon pour se laver les mains non plus! Très difficile ce séjour et je ne reviendrai pas c'est certain! Des travaux, perceuse et agents qui parlent très fort très tôt n'ont rien arrangés! Le Jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus si l'hôtel pouvait l'être autant ...!
Le réceptionniste Akram est force de proposition, il a su gérer tous les problème rencontrés. Merci à lui!

sejour dans l'ensemble correct ..la restauration affiche des prix un peu eleves neanmoins c'est propre ..le menu peut etre ameliore..pensez a affichez des commodites aux clients IBIS tel qu'un tour de la ville-visite des monuments- salle de sport et fitness..prevoir des chaines de sport qui marchent (eurosport-beinsport etc)

Heureusement l’hébergement était bien ainsi que le vol RAM du retour. Tout le reste est plus que décevant, je ne recommencerai pas un voyage Expédia.fr vol aller Air France lamentable, accueil froid et hautain, perte de mon bagage à Orly et aucun sérieux à l’égard du client. Location de voiture mal organisée et manque total de documents et d’informations. Je ne vous recommanderai pas bien au contraire.
