O hotel foi recém reformado, os quartos são bons e limpos. Porém a acústica é terrível. Muitos argentinos, estrangeiros, parecia que estávamos em outro pais. Povo sem educação, barulhento, não conseguimos dormir nenhuma das noites direito, barulho até tarde e as 6 da manhã barulho de novo. Café da manhã com som alto, já logo cedo. Foi uma experiência bem diferente. Se vc tem interesse em descansar em lugar tranquilo. lá não é uma opção. No anúncio naonficou claro que o estacionamento era pago e rotativo. Deixamos o carro na rua. Mas o local é seguro, porém difícil de achar vaga por perto.

O valor foi alto pelo tipo de estadia, vinha um cheiro forte do banheiro do encanamento do hotel, se deixássemos a porta aberta do banheiro aquele cheiro tomava conta do quarto. Ao entrar no quarto se deparávamos com um reboco de cimento na parede. Era um quarto de luxo mas nao tinha nenhuma cortina, o guarda roupa era aberto não tinha nada de luxo, era uma acomodação simples Pelo valor pago teria que ter pelo menos uma cozinha mas não.

O atendente que nos recepcionou na chegada não foi simpático e o quarto que nos acomodaram não era no local que havia visto no site. O ar condicionado não funcionou e as 5hrs da manhã acordamos com o barulho da cozinha que ficava ao lado do quarto, na preparação no café, conversas, risadas e bateção. Quem paga por um hotel busca ao menos dormir tranquilamente. Acho que poderiam nos colocar em outro quarto usando esse do lado da cozinha apenas em último caso.

A estadia é muito cara para o que oferece. Os preços praticados na região são exorbitantes. O quarto apesar de ser triplo, estávamos em 2 pessoas, era bem apertado. Não tinha nada para colocar roupas, nem armário, nem gavetas. O mais próximo era uma arara sem cabides. O trato com a recepção era difícil pois eles demoravam horas para responder o WhatsApp, e ficavam localizados em outro prédio. No dia que chegamos questionei se a piscina estava limpa e o atendente Matheus afirmou que a manutenção era feita na parte da noite, no dia seguinte comentei que iria tirar uma foto para postar na avaliação, Qnd eu voltei da praia a piscina estava interditada, ou seja, se eu não falasse nada não teria sido tratada. Os hóspedes, na sua grande maioria argentinos, não respeitam as regras de não fumar, não estender roupas na grade da piscina e os funcionários do flat nada fazem. Ontem, apesar do horário da piscina ser até as 20, os argentinos estavam com som nas alturas fazendo algazarra na piscina até 01 da manhã. Mandei msg no zap da recepção e estou esperando resposta até agora. Meu voo era hj cedo e o hotel nada fez. As camareiras fazem boa limpeza e trocam as toalhas sempre que necessário. Nao recomendo.

Unica coisa legal é a localização. Fiz a reserva pelo hoteis.com. chagando lá, fomos direcionados a um quarto que, acredito eu, estava fechado desde a temporada passada, cheirando a mofo. Solicitei a troca de quarto visto minha rinite e que iria apenas dormir uma noite no local pois tinha uma prova de concurso no outro dia. Foram cobrados R$ 80,00 a mais pelo outro quarto. Ainda se nao bastasse, duas pessoas adentraram o quarto enquanto estamos dormindo. Ao ver que o quarto estava ocupado, deixaram o local.

No geral foi boa. Só um detalhe quanto ao horário de checkin e checkout. Exigem Checkin as 15 e checkout as 11. Por lei uma diária deve ser de 24 horas e nao 18. Saí às 15 e tive que pagar mais meia diária.

No check in fui atendida por um rapaz, falava muito rápido, me disse que todas as informações estariam atrás da porta, não tinha nenhuma informação atrás da porta RS, a recepção é em um prédio e a estadia foi em outro e as informações foram passadas durante esse trajeto, enquanto eu andava o rapaz andava mais rápido e falando. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, o banheiro tem um odor intenso, as cortinas não vedam a luz, a cortina da janela em cima da cama enrosca na cabeça e atrapalha o sono, o frigobar faz um barulho muito chato e incomoda durante a noite. A tv só pega SBT e Record. O café é bom. A localização é boa. O quarto é bem apertadinho, as luzes do corredor não acendem em alguns andares e durante a noite precisei utilizar a lanterna do celular para descer e subir as escadas.

É um péssimo hotel, tudo muito velho e com péssimo estado de conservação. Os móveis estão caindo aos pedaços e a limpeza deixa a desejar......todos os dias minha família encontrava baratas no quarto.

De um modo geral a estadia foi boa. Os quartos são bem limpos e arejados. Banheiros também. Senti falta de estacionamento. Outra coisa foi que precisei falar para tirar algumas dúvidas e não fui atendida por causa do horário, esperava pelo menos uma msg pelo whats, então, tive que contornar a situação de outra forma. Mas, depois que começou o atendimento fui prontamente informada.

Olha teria varios pontos a falar mas para resumir reservamos um terraço no 3 andar de uma de suas torres se vc for para descansar não aconselho nós estavamos em 3 eu meu esposo e meu pequeno no apartamento ao lado tinham umas 10 pessoas muitoooo barulhentas chegamos a ir embora 1 dia antes do que eu ja tinha pago mas ok,o estacionamento tive que pagar uma taxa de 125,00 reais e eles monobrariam se caso nessessario pois os carros um trancava o outro um caos 1 dia que tivemos que pedir as manobras espsramos mais de 30 min e o menino que veio acho que nao sabia dirigir comecou a ligar para os proprietários dos veículos pra vir tirar nos acordamos cedomas imagina se vc levanta tarde e te acordam pra vir tirar seu carro que seria pra eles tirar pois vc pagou a taxa de estacionamento ,no site que reservei falava que tinha limpeza não era so troca de toalhas e retirada de lixo .

Na recepção fomos sempre bem atendidos por todos que nos atenderam, bem educados e atenciosos...quartos limpos, confortáveis, inclusive ficamos em três acomodações diferentes pois quando pensávamos em ir embora resolviamos ficar mais dias...voltaremos com certeza...super indicamos...preço ótimo...ótima localização, perto de mercados, lojas e principalmente da praia...agradecemos pela atenção recebida de todos os funcionários...

A estadia foi efetivamente horrível, pois NÃO inexistia qualquer asseio do banheiro, box e quarto, bem como as toalhas velhas e cama muito velha e suja, roupas de cama velhas e com pouco asseio. O quarto sem qualquer condições. Do café, lugar pequeno e café de baixa qualidade. Quanto ao estacionamento, somente não paguei porque demonstrei que no site d Hotais.com, não havia cobrança, se não teria que pagar o absurdo de R$30,00 a diária tento e não tendo a liberdade de estacionar em lugar certo, não lhe dando mobilidade, ou seja, sempre dependendo para retirada do outro veículo. A única coisa que podemos falar bem, é do pessoal da recepção, pois sempre de bom humor e prestativos. Por fim, e em resumo quanto a estadia, destaco que jamais irei recomendar.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto da praia e do centrinho. O café da manhã é bom, porém no hoteis.com dizia com café e na verdade o quarto econômico não contempla o café. Mesmo mandando um whats e perguntando se o quarto era igual ao da foto, ficamos em um da mesma categoria, porém não bem igual a foto. Ar condicionado e TV novas, cama confortável, porém faltam alguns itens de cozinha, como uma jarra por exemplo. A limpeza é a cada 3 dias. Ficaria novamente porém em outro quarto. A garagem é rotativa e um pouco apertada, porém as vagas na rua também são tranquilas de deixar o carro, sem problemas. Eles locam cadeiras de praia no hotel e a recepção fica até meia noite, ponto positivo. A Wifi funcionava super bem.
