This is a hotel for elites with spoiled children that are mostly disrespectful. I have been in rural Vietnam for a week where the kids behave with class and are very humble. The kids you find at this resort are the opposite, a product of their parents lifestyle.

Kids kids kids everywhere crying and yelling. This is not a peaceful resort. Don’t come if you’re a couple. So far, I would place this resort as mediocre at best. I am used to Western style resorts with much higher expectations. The restaurant serves subpar food. You will have to go offsite for decent prices and exceptional food while I do commend their staff for great service. I don’t think it’s five star. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I am just disappointed with the food service it seems this resort was slapped together last minute. I think this resort has been open for several years, which leaves me feeling perplexed as they have not ironed out all the kinks. If you are used to European hospitality or North American you’ll be a little saddened. The prices are exuberant for the quality which leads me to believe there is not much value here. This resort is great for families with children not really couples. We are about 15 minutes from the city which makes this not walkable. I would highly suggest eating offsite as there are much better options in the city. I just found out some funny information about this place. They will charge you 2 million VND if it smells like fruit in your guest room, but they will not

5 star gem in southern Vietnam

Special thanks to Y who i didn't get her real name for taking care of our daughter in the kids club and cooking class she made the stay memorable for our daughter.


Quiet resort with great services, family friendly, in hotel daycare, pools with lifeguards, very high quality breakfast, high quality 5 star resort. Infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Stayed 4 nights, will book again if in Phan Thiet. Area under development reminds me of phu quoc 10 years ago, the airport is under development easy to get in from HCM but harder from other cities. The resort was at full capacity on Saturday so i would avoid that day if looking to relax.

I have traveled and stayed several movenpick hotels and I loved every single places. But definitely I cannot recommend this place. Dining option is very limited, staff is awful. No one understands English and service is so bad. Gorgeous pool but pretty much that’s it. Nothing else to do, terrible service and terrible food. I will never come back and I cannot recommend this place unless you speak language or stay there only one night. This hotel makes me question Movenpick branding.

Beautiful resort, super clean, nice music, nice pool with clean water, nice gym room with alot of new equipment, I don't like the beach because it has alot of trash.

Vi havde et fantastisk 5-dages ophold på Mövenpick! Personalet var så søde, og gjorde vores ophold nærværende og personligt. Vi havde tilkøbt helpension, og blev opgraderet med Executive Lounge og vaskeservice da vi ankom. Flotte rene pools og værelser ideel til børnefamilier. Maden kan også sagtens anbefales! Eneste minus er, at der ikke er mange andre spisesteder/butikker i nærheden, da alt er lukket. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Fint hotell mitt i en spökstad

Kommer till hotellet och får besked om att frukost inte ingår för barnen trots att det på vår bekräftelse står att det ingår för samtliga. Mycket tjafs och kontakt med hotels.com så tillslut löser det sig men personalen i receptionen är inte tillmötesgående. Överlag känns personalen förvirrad och har dålig koll. Missar room service, placerar ut fel vid middagar etc.

Hotellet är fint men läget är inget vidare. Känns som en spökstad. Stor gatan utanför som behöver korsas för att komma till stranden. Stranden ok men inte mer än så, vattnet var grumligt och man ser ej botten.

Städpersonalen bankar på dörrarna innan kl 9 och skriker HOUSEKEEPING så det ekar i hela korridoren. Spelar ingen roll om man satt upp Stör ej skylten för det är sjukt lyhört så då hör man att de bankar på grannens dörr.

Trevligaste personalen är killarna som står vid grinden vid poolen och delar ut handdukar samt tjejerna i barnklubben de är toppen!

Detta är ett hotell för barn 0-13 år det bör varnas för alla andra. Alla middagar och frukost är som att äta i en skolbespisning- en enorm ljudnivå. Det är slut det är köer och det är spring stoj och lek. Hotellrummet är fint, bra städ och service där. Men på en semester vill man rätt ofta lämna rummet.

Værste service nogensinde. Fra vi ankom til vi forlod stedet. Meget dyrt at spise og meget lav kvalitet af maden. Frossen pizza som var elendig og igen dyrt

Havde ikke styr på hvilke regninger der var betalt og ikke betalt og ville opkræve penge for allerede betalte regninger.

Havde ikke gjort et bord klar til nytårsaften, og måtte vente 30 min indtil de fik styr på det også krævede de ellers opkrævning for betalingen da vi skulle tjekke ud og selvom regningen var betalt.

Servicen til morgenmaden under alt kritik, og maden var specielt god.

Ingen håndklæder ved poolen og fik at vide der ville gå 2 timer før de var klar.

Hyggelig personale og alt du kan forvente av ett fem stjernes hotell.
Nedsiden er at området rundt hotellet er under konstruksjon. Det var ikke noe bråk mens vi var der, men det er noe øde. Tar 30minutter inn til phan thirt sentrum. Ellers er det ganske lite som ligger rundt hotellet.
Det er noen restauranter. Vi var veldig forbøyt med pizzaen til høyre for hotellet og restauranten «trung duong» som ligger i enden av gågaten like ovenfor stranden.

Frokosten på hotellet var svært god, men a-la carte menyen var begredelig. Ferdigbunn på pizza, uspiselig hamburger og hardt brød på club sandwichen. Ville ikke kjøpt helpensjon. Frokost på hotellet og spis andre steder utenom. Vet ikke hvordan middagsbuffeten er, den så god ut, men vi har ikke prøvd den.

kids friendly hotel, facility was clean as it has newly built.

There was a small incident I experienced. I was in the club lounge and asked a staff if I could reserve a table for the Christmas eve buffet dinner. She told me, ‘no reservations are required’ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didn’t have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully booked.
Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir)

Schönes Hotel - nettes Person, kleine Schwächen

Das Hotel ist recht neu und hat alles was das Herz begehrt.
Das Frühstück war super - nur leider um 7 früh ohne Sitzplatz, da alles überfüllt war.
Wir hatten auch Mittag- und Abendessen mit bestellt - hier hat man quasi Menüs für jeweils 2 Peronen zur Auswahl - wir einigten und dann auf einzelessen von der Karte - statt der Menüs. Die Essen wie Pizza oder Nudeln waren ok - nur fehlte es etwas am Geschmack, hier musste man nachhelfen. Zimmer sehr gut - das Personal sehr nett - die Gegend befindet sich gerade im \"Aufbau\" - schlecht war, dass es zu wenig Liegen im Poolbereich und auch am Meer gab - hier sollte man bei so einem großen Hotel auch für mehr Liegemöglichkeiten sorgen.

Khách sạn k hút bụi nên chân đi sạn nhiều.đồ ăn sáng k ngon và ít món.bên novaworld đi qua các điểm chơi quá xa ( 3-4km ),nhà mình thuê xe đưa xuống nên bất tiện việc đi chuyển qua các điểm.mưa đi bộ tạt vào hẳn hành lang.k thấy nhân viên mang đồ lên phòng cho khách ( như những hotel 5 sao khác ).7/10

Très bon séjour

Notre séjour a été confortable, après quelques discussions avec le check in et un supplément pour des chambres avec connecting door, le séjour était très correct, sans aucune responsabilité de l hotel, les annimations au environs de l hotel ainsi que les transports annoncés ne sont pas encore opérationnel.

Lors du check in, les rafraîchissement offerts sont très appréciés ai si que les traditionnels tea/ cakes a 16h.

Special merci au manager du restaurant ce matin pour sont accueil et sont support.

We could have an upgrade because we are gold member of Expedia but the refuse to upgrade even that is empty..they could promote the hotel by giving the upgrade.
