Very central hotel, well-signed from the bus station. Eleven floors high but not as huge as it first appears. We were pleased to get upgraded to a room with a cathedral view, though most rooms seemed to face the same direction. Fairly good breakfast. Very good staff on reception.

The staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the Museum of Human Evolution and the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. The room was clean but it could use new paint. and the furniture looks old and tired.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the . The room I stayed in was on the 11th floor with a large patio with a magnificent view of the cathedral. You can see the lit up cathedral at night which was so pretty. I highly recommend.

Wifi had poor signal, then we had a message to say it was unsecure, so off liine for our stay. Otherise hotel as expected short walk to Burgos Cathedral so excellent location. Be aware of no bar or evening food available, though snack/ drinks vending machines provided.

We have stayed in the hotel many times but have never been given a room like this. It was room 205 which was situated next to the lift which kept us awake most of the night. Also the room size should have been for a single occupant not a double. The beds were situated so that the orange emergency lights shone in your eyes all night it was like trying to sleep on the landing strip in London Heathrow Airport. Very disappointed this stay

Very reasonable price but very small and sparse room but comfortable bed. Car park is very dark and the ramp to get in and out of the underground car park is very narrow. We have stayed there on 2 occasions and both times scraped the car.

The Worst Hotel Stay That We have Ever Had

We will never , ever, stay here again. We wanted to see Burgos but almost couldn't because of our stay at this hotel. We booked a superior room, which had a great view and nice patio on the 11th floor, but the weather was quite warm and the air conditioner did not work. We spent a hellish, uncomfortable night, and when my wife went down and complained the next day the desk clerk was sullen and blamed us/her for not knowing how to make it work.Well, they sent the housekeeper up (who seemed to be their handyman also, figure that one out) and she confirmed that it was not working. When I went down and resolutely told the clerk that I would not stay another night in the room I was met with a \"so what\" response. Finally when I became adamant, the clerk said that if they couldn't fix it they would move us to another room. This was after at least ten minutes of \"so what responses\", which was hard to take after a night of no sleep whatsoever. When we returned 2 1/2 hours later the air was working but we were told under no circumstances to remove the \"card\" that had been placed in the switch at the door. Upon checkout we were met with sullen hostility like we were terrible problematic people. We have NEVER had a worse experience at a hotel ever, and we have traveled the world for far more than a decade. If you should read this but still decide to stay, you can't say that you haven't been warned. We must, however, sincerely thank the maid/\"maintenance woman\".

Nice for the price but not child aware

Comfortable beds and clean room and bathroom. Window exteriors were very very dirty so it gave a negative feeling to being in the room with the curtains open. They were kind enough to provide a cot for our little one, but it was missing the solid base so the metal bars under the thin soft mattress would have been dangerous and very uncomfortable. Also no sheets whatsoever and no pillow were provided. So we didn't use it. We didn't want to bother the night receptionist as it was late already. We thought it unusual that it was delivered in such a poor state. Our little one slept with us in the bed in the end.

Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Difficult to say much as I was there just one night and out with a friend a lot of the time. The hotel was clean though the reception area a little narrow for social distancing leading to a couple of mask to mask encounters particularly coming out of the lift. Overall I felt pretty safe though. Room was comfortable and clear. Didn't try the catering partly due to the issues above. Parking very close and convenient which was important though a bit on the pricey! I would stay again (as indeed I am tomorrow on my way home ....)

Not a good experience !

At check in we paid for parking , no explanation of how that worked , got stucked inside the parking garage with no way out. Only because we had a chip on the phone to call front desk we manage to get out, otherwise we would still be there. Also a smell in the room , whatever they use to clean it stinks. And at the breakfast only Pepe was nice , the other waiter very rude.

I spent one night waiting for a flight so I didn't care much about the hotel but still I read many reviews and some aspects were disapointing. The room was quiet little with out a window and the sink in the bathroom was not drain as it should
However, the location is excellent and the stuff is very friendly and I guess that other rooms may be better

On the edge of town, but a good value nonetheless!

This is a very comfortable hotel. It's a little on the edge of town, but only a short walk or cab ride into the center of things. There are some cafe bars nearby, but your best bet is to walk a bit into the city. The room was clean and the bathroom was good too. I'd stay there again.

Excellent hotel situated in an easy walk to the cathedral area. The only downside is that the bar and restaurant are no open on a Sunday and we were not informed of this. Normally this would not have been a problem but the Sunday night we stayed there happened to be an horrendous storm!

Quite a good location however hotel is looking quite tired and grubby and is in need of an update. Breakfast was particularly poor with hot food only lukewarm. When we complained about the scrambled eggs being cold the waiter just went off, 5 minutes later he returned and put a plateful of freshly cooked egg on our table without saying a word. However this did not make up for the rest of the food being cold. We did mention this when checking out but were advised that as we had fresh eggs that they would not consider any reduction for the poor breakfast. Oh well lesson learned!

Good base to explore Burgos

Good hotel, 5-10 mins level walk from the cathedral. Private underground parking is shared with other occupants of the building but seemed secure and we had no problems. The hotel only has a snack bar. There is a good tapas bar a short distance away, but you have to walk into the old town for proper restaurants.

Hotel very close to main attractions and benefited from underground parking, lifts direct to rooms, clean and modern facilities, very polite staff and dog friendly! great for a stopover on the drice from Calais to the Algarve

The hotel was nice, clean, easy to find, and in a good location. They had a cafe and breakfast options. Not in the heart of the Cathedral area, but only a 5-10 minute walk. Parking available at the hotel or free street parking all around. WiFi strong throughout hotel.

My dad and I stayed here during our Camino walk, so needless to say the private room and bathroom was a breath of fresh air! The only thing I'd say is that we had a room with 2 twin beds but they were pushed together which was kind of funny.
Great place overall and really nice to relax and rejuvenate.

The hotel is well-located and has a garage so you can leave your car and walk to the center of the city, the cathedral, castle, etc. The weekend I was there, there were a lot of kids in the hotel for a sports competition, and the three rooms closest to mine had 9 adolescent boys in them, shouting, banging on the walls and doors, and behaving like kids. I complained to the front desk, and they took care of it. I didn't hear another sound for the rest of the night.

Hotel sin personal en recepción: debes hacer el check-in online y entrar con un código a edificio y habitación. Sí hay algún problema te atienden de manera eficiente por WhatsApp. Es un hotel renovado hace nada, las instalaciones están muy bien, las camas, sábanas, toallas, etc. muy bien también, pero la falta de personal in situ, obviamente, genera problemas: una de las noches dejaron la calefacción encendida toda la noche y sudamos como pollos, tuvimos que abrir la ventana con 2 grados centígrados en la calle, y vimos cómo muchas otras habitaciones hicieron lo mismo. El último día hicieron las camas fatal, no pusieron las almohadas en su sitio, se dejaron una botella de limpiador en el baño y no nos rellenaron el dispensador de gel/champú y nos tuvimos que duchar solo con agua. No volveremos a no ser que bajen los precios, porque esa falta de personal genera que los huéspedes hagan parte del trabajo haciendo el check-in, alertando de problemas o solucionándolos ellos mismos, y por lo tanto eso se tiene que ver reflejado en el precio.
