Amazing hotel, great staff and stunning location.

The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads.
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food.
The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment.

Excellent touring stopover.

Nice hotel and excellent value. Stayed one night while touring the Pyrenees by motorbikes. The guy on reception was very helpful and spoke good English. Very safe Golf Area and the hotel was happy for us to park opposite reception. Very good breakfast for 12 euro. Also has pool and gym but we didn’t use them. Would stay again

Special spot to stay.

This may be a bit out of the way to get to but the trip is worth the drive. Our GPS was not accurate but we eventually found this hidden gem. The views are spectacular, countryside walkable, beautiful pool, golfing, tennis, biking. Anything you might wish. There was no on site restaurant when we were there but the town close by has several bars, restaurants, and a good pizza place. The staff was very helpful and kind and we would definitely make sure to stay here again.

Nice hotel, shame about the restaurant and food.

I have stayed this hotel on two occasions. The location is superb, especially for the golf.
The rooms are clean and of a good size. The lounge if anything is too big but is very pleasant.
The personnel are very pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately all of this is spoiled by a restaurant that feels that it is in the basement and the food although passable is uninspiring.
Shame.

Confortable , propre, piscine et petit déjeuner super, le village de Alp très charmant, des ballades à pied ou en vélo sont faisables en famille.
Je regrette un peu la chaleur dans la chambre ( le thermostat n'était pas allumé ce qui fait qu'on s'est réveillé à 3h du mat en sueur) et l inexperience du personnel au checkout.

A wonderful hotel. Nice and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Next to golf fields and you can walk along a river or cycle between villages. 20 min drive from ski slopes. Negatives: restaurant was basic and the heating did not work well the first night, but was fixed.

Normal habitaciones se oye todo

Las habitaciones justas de tamaño, a la que se despierta la gente 7am +- se oye todo desde la habitación … muy importante el tope que hay en el suelo de la puerta del baño, no existe PERO esta el tornillo, con lo cual es una trampa por tus pies, muy fácil de pisarla o darte un golpe ! Pogo foto

Lo que no me gustó es que en Expedia me decís que dispone de restaurante y llego y no es verdad. A quien reclamo esto? Por qué el día 25 nos resultó muy difícil encontrar sitio para comer y estábamos con una niña de 5 años. Así que la descripción que dais es engañosa sobre el hotel. Espero respuesta de parte de Expedia que fue donde reservé.

Todo ha estado muy bien, el lugar, el servicio, el hotel.
Si queria hacer dos comentarios.
1. Es una lastima desayunar en el sotano con las visitas tant espectaculares del entorno.
2. Preguntamos la posibilidad de hacer el check out algo mas tarde ( 1hora) nos dijeron que teniamos que pagar 50e y eso nos dana derecho a estar hasta las 16h. Es decir lo mismo que nos habia costado la habitacion.

Hotel en un entorno extraordinario, con la pega de no tener restaurante. Les sugeriría que para dar mejor servicio, al menos facilitarán algo de comer en el bar (bocadillos, fruta, yogur, etc) para suplir la falta de restaurante.

Un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, el personal encantador y cordial, recomiendo hacer la ruta del Segre en bicicleta o simplemente disfrutar del paisaje y desconectar. Muy recomendable.

Es la segunda vez que vamos, un sitio muy tranquilo con unas vistas inmejorables. Y aunque no sirven cenas por el tema covid, si tenian a disposición de los huespedes el comedor, con un mucroondas y las mesas con platos y cubiertos para que te calentaras tu cena, todo un detalle. Volveremos seguro

Super Bien!

Super buena opción por el precio. Pagamos alrededor de 50 euros y nos dieron una habitación doble con vistas a la parte de atrás. Habitación con bañera y burbujas que no usamos, y todo muy limpio y comodo. Exceptuando el recepcionista que estaba en le momento de hacer el Check in, que fue poco borde (todos podemos tener un mal día). Todo super estupendo!

Puede q no hubiese leido bien las prestaciones incluidas en el precio, pero una vez allí me dijeron q tanto el gimnasio, como la piscina o el padel era con coste extra... Creo q unos servicios así deberían de estar incluidos a un precio por habitación.
