Lo único bueno es la ubicación, pero la limpieza del hotel es pésima, las habitaciones muy mala condiciones, los colchones viejos y duros.

El desayuno es aceptable, los empleados muy amables.

Pero deben acondicionar el hotel, no están aprovechando su real potencial

We stayed here for one night while looking for an affordable option, and overall it was a decent choice for the price. The room was spacious, which we appreciated, though it did feel a bit dated.

We did run into an issue with our first room, but the staff quickly switched us, which we were thankful for. That said, the property could use some TLC. The door lock was somewhat broken, and the cleanliness could have been better.

Since my husband is a local resident, we didnt have much expectations. Still, for the price we paid, it offered good value overall.

Staff don't speak English!

Ok, couldn’t get breakfast, we still went to the place and the guy was trying to charge us . I contacted Ana and said it’s 1 pm and we still trying to eat, he did agree to pack us 10 lunches to make up for missed breakfast . Ana didn’t fix any issues, we couldn’t cancel the next night on Expedia we asked Ana listen we deserve a refund at least for one night of the 4 rooms we reserved. Yes of course I will send your bank info and I will send it to you. That was January 4th till this day no response.
We couldn’t fathom staying there another night Hell No. Expedia needs to remove this place from their website period. Unprofessional unsafe fraudulent service. Not giving what is promised and not providing safety or satisfaction to the customer at all. I felt so bad for the employees because they are fed up of people complaining everyday, they say once you pay Ana or administration doesn’t care, they say let them leave they already paid, this is coming from the employees. They are there to work and they do their best. But please remove this place from here it doesn’t clever deserve to book 1 room. Mind you there were many people complaining in the office. We only stayed because there was no were else to stay and it was already late. But it was a nightmare truly. I will pick pictures up soon . Oh I will add it’s a Shame because this place is right on the beach, beautiful view but that is all you are going to get and we were lucky to find coffee. Thank you to the workers whonhelped.

Motel experience.

Unfortunately, me and some friends book 3 rooms at this \"motel\" just for 1 night on a stopover to Los Patos beach area and the place was on a completely dark \"dead end\" road. We arrived late in the evening..1 room was not properly cleaned and the toilet was used and had not been flushed and the other rooms had some issues, like a/c not working on 1 and toilets could not be flushed do to broken flushing valves, ceiling lights not working on 1 bathroom..Attendants did changed 2 rooms but the experienced was already unpleasant..We managed to get a warm shower and sleep there since it was late and we had no other choice at that late time. I sincerely could not recommend this place based on our experience that day...Management did not meet our expectations...Hope they learned from their mistake and take action to better this place for future guests. I won't be one of them.

In all honesty we didn’t even stay at the property we turned around from the door rooms where smaller than expected and pictures could be very desieiven, and as soon as we arrived this little Tiny bugs where biting us, so fumigation is a most when it comes to cleanliness.

La habitacion que me toco tenia vista parcial al mar , un sitio muy tranquilo si buscas ir a descansar y desconectarte de la ciudad, ya sea en familia , en pareja o solo.
La atencion de el personal fue buena , y el desayuno que me brindaron en la manana. El pueblo de Barahona me queda a 15 minutos y alla hay varios restaurantes y bares.

El Hotel estaba limpio, pero de verdad deberían darle condiciones y mantenimiento a las piscinas y adecuar un poquito más. El lugar, las fotos son preciosas, y cuando ves el Hotel te decepciona un poco porque está descuidado
