Great facilities, but annoying experience with ‘nickle-and-diming’ services. For example, they make you pay for every individual component of tennis rentals, including having to rent racquets, court time, and having to buy the tennis balls - all separate payments and relatively steep. Additionally, even if you purchase the dinner package, you do not get any drinks including water. You need to order mineral water (at a relatively steep price), and the irony is that this is a mineral water hotel. As long as you don’t mind paying for activities as you go, facilities are very nice.

The rooms and communal spaces are nice but this is NOT a 5 Star. There venue felt very crowded for the amount of space in the spa so it was hard to use the facilities.

The customer service was lacking. E.g ordering drinks at the lobby bar was not allowed as they were “too busy. And, asking the opening times was clearly and unhelpful question as were we sent to multiple different desks around the property to get an answer.

This is one of the best hotels in Bulgaria! The amenities are great! The rooms are gorgeous! The buffet for dinner & breakfast is the best ever! The staff is very nice! I will definitely return!!!!! Love this hotel!

Room is very clean and spacious. Dining option for both breakfast and dinner are fine, has cold and hot food. Staffs are helpful. Spa appeared clean, the minerals water jacuzzi are nice. The only down side has observed the adult pool and jacuzzi filled with baby and very young children which not very safe. I think the hotel should be more aware of that and remind the parents or carers not to break the rules and policies in the hotel, that to prevent any risk of avoidable incidents. Afterall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Room was good but that is the only good thing. Service was terrible, had to wait 1h on a line for check-in. No parking spaces available. They nickel and dime you for everything. We had dinner included, food was below average, there was no water. No music, the night club was closed. SPA center was overcrowded and the hotel was not even full.

This spa resort is a great get away, perfect for a relaxing weekend for rejuvenation. On the edge of the city but a short drive to the major sights if you want. The pools and the spa are great and onsite food offerings looked good (just had a sandwich at the pool bar but it was tasty). The breakfast buffet is enormous! The staff were fine, except I was told at checkin that my free drink voucher would cover both of us but that was refused at the bar. We had massages from friendly, professional therapists. Wish we had stayed more than one night!

Different groups don’t communicate to each other snd made it my responsibility to align them (cleaning and reception, restaurants and reception etc). Most of the staff at the reception was not properly trained with an exception of Alexander. I had the worst experience with one individual who wouldn’t look at me, was unhelpful and used unprofessional language. I was shocked and shared with the front desk manager. She just asked me to be understanding due to him being very new.

Service and especially cheffs and waiters could tremendously improve. They are simply not what one would expect from a five star hotel.
Apart from that, the building and especially the thermal and spa zone are excelent.

To start with when.we asked for a room with a view the receptionist said we’ll like it and the only thing that we could see was a car park. Obviously they don’t know the term \"room with a view\". Secondly you’ll be always meet with a smile when you ask them to solve any issues but they won’t do anything to fix it.. Thirdly there are no procedure to check the spa facilities and amenities which can be annoying for certain things you’re expecting to be done. And finally cash is the best way to go if you don’t want to face troubles with your finances, the accountancy department is just useless to solve any issues with your payment if something goes wrong. I’ve never had experienced such an incompetence EVER.
In conclusion I’d hardly will recommend King’s Valley Spa hotel to anyone even to my enemies. Just stay away from it.

This place is fantastic! It’s a great value for inclusive hotel, pool, dining, and spa options. The buffet was great and had a lot of options. There was plenty of space at the spas and pools. The staff was super friendly. The massage was excellent and reasonably priced. I even stayed an extra day because I had such a great experience. My only complaint is that the laundry service was unreasonably expensive and charges per item. . My bag of clothes that normally cost 10€ to wash and dry had an estimated cost of more than my whole room! I wish they would charge by weight instead.

Late check-in at 5pm , instead of 3 pm. There were no towels and bath robes. We asked to be provided but there was no reaction ,luckily on the second day we saw a lady cleaning the room next to ours. She gave us towels and bath robes and told us that nobody informed her that we have asked for the same. Room was not cleand during whole stay ( 5 nights), houskeeper visited us at 4.30 pm on the day before we leave the hotel! It happened also that there were no towels on the SPA reception on our first day ( we also had none in the room ). There are not enough tables in the resturant, often you have to wait to find a table, same on the pool where sunbeds are not enough for the capacity of the Hotel. I would not recommend it for the value!

The hotel is brand new, so modern and luxury, the room and the bathroom were huge for standard ! The spa and the pools were great and we are very pleased but the salt room was closed. The buffet for breakfast and dinner had plenty of food to choose from but the quality is something that they need to pay more attention. They are still under construction as was little noisy in the afternoon above us.
For lunch you don’t have options as only their a la carte restaurant is serving lunch, the room service and Sofra restaurant are due to open.
