We always stay at this hotel.
We had an absolutely incredible stay without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling forced. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

The location couldn’t be better convenient, central, and close to everything you’d want to see or do. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable.

The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, the amenities were high quality, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming back and relaxing after a long day.

What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly, and you can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect location. A truly outstanding experience.

My friend and I stayed five nights and loved this hotel. The staff were pleasant & helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. It’s in a good location and walking distance to many restaurants and places to see. Although it’s on a fairly busy street, we did not hear any noise at night. (Our room was on the 7th floor.) Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast and drinks on rooftop need improvement. The help for the drinks on roof was very bad. It is a beautiful space but the help was not good and she didn't seem to care. The breakfast food was mediocre compared to my first stay in 2019. But the space is lovely.

We loved this property - perfect location, extremely clean and comfortable, really quiet, delicious breakfast, and amazing rooftop. I compare it to the first class Waldorf Astoria in NYC without the grand lobby but with a beautiful rooftop. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The room is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast has many variety and delicious for the price paid. Staff is very friendly and helpful with luggage storage and VIP lounge like rooftop area that has great views of the Gran Via. Overall is great place to stay in Madrid centered around everything we need. Highly recommended.

Hotel Atlantico was perfect for our needs. Great view over Gran Via, and windows that open (Juliette balcony). The buffet breakfast was adequate, it wasn't amazing but exactly what we needed and nicely priced at €12. The bath was great, actual bath tub, and a good powerful shower. Ninth floor has a really nice roof terrace. The whole hotel has a really lovely boutique about it. There's no restaurant for dinner or spa or gym in the hotel but you're right on Gran Via, so it's perfect!

A wonderful Easter break at the Hotel Atlántico. The hotel is fantastic. My wife and I were delighted with everything especially the comfort, cleanliness of the room and bathroom. A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all.
Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible.
As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there.

Hotel is located on Gran Via right accross from the Callao metro station, great location near restaurants and shopping, also not far from the Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol and Prado area. The breakfast is good, the room is basic but clean and comfortable. We’ll probably stay here again when returning to Madrid.

A very comfortable hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Easily accessible by Metro, bus and on foot, with some really good markers around that will help you remember where your hotel is. If you love shopping you have easy access to a lot of them. if you want to attend theatre performances, again lots of theatres about. The City tour bus stops also outside when you do the old town route. What we loved is coming home to chocolates left for us by the turn down team. A sweet surprise after long days out.
The room was cleaned every day, and were always left a small note to say who tidied things up.
The room was super quiet despite the loud environment outside.
The only thing that we found difficult to figure out is how to make the AC fan run at a slower rate, so we opted to use only the sheet as cover instead as the room was relatively warm.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team for your superb service.

Very central location in Madrid. Right across from a subway station. Easy to catch taxi also in front of the hotel. It is a busy thorough fare with alot of access to stores and restaurants. It is the touristy area of the city so keep that in mind if you are looking to be in a quieter area. I was on the 4th floor, but couldn't hear much noise.

Rooms are very clean and great condition. Great housekeeping. Staff overall friendly.

Overall great hotel. Lobby area and public spaces need some updating and would be my only comment about furnishings and not having a coffee maker in the rooms are the only two slight comments about the accomodations.

What a wonderful hotel! The Gran Via is not for those looking for a quiet bungalow to relax. This gem is really an oasis from the hustle of the city outside. The rooms always kept spotless, the buffet staff and breakfast delightful. Always looked forward to returning after a long day of touring Madrid. Truly a home away from home. Highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of the action with stellar views and service.

I have stayed at this hotel many time when visiting Madrid, and until now, my experiences had always been positive. Unfortunately, this last stay was very disappointing. I booked and paid for two deluxe rooms, but upon arrival we were given two standard rooms. Despite repeatedly explaining that the room was not the category I had reserved, the hotel kept my family and me in the lower-category room for two nights.

The rooms we were placed in were dusty, had dirty furniture, and the air conditioning was broken. The hotel staff made no effort to resolve the issue proactively. I ultimately had to contact Expedia who intervened and facilitated the move the rooms that we had originally paid for.

Even after acknowledging that we had been placed in the wrong rooms, the hotel made no attempt to refund the rate difference for the two nights we did not receive the correct category.

As a frequent gust, I expected much better service and accountability. This experience has made me seriously reconsider staying at this property in the future.
